Every time me and my husband get a rack of lamb it is RANCID! 3/4 times this has happened. My husband was there today and was going to buy a rack of lamb and he asked the butcher guy from the back to open it to smell it (like I said before we’ve had a bad experience with getting a rack of lamb before) and they guy said they he will tell the other butchers not to open them up anymore. We don’t want to pay $50 each time for a meat that is spoiled before the expiration date.. never buying lamb from them again..He was arguing and being rude.

This store has everything you need. It also has plenty of mobility scooters for customers with mobility issues like I have. I also love the scan and go. I just scan my purchases as I shop and when I'm done I checkout on my phone with my debit card that's attached to the account and avoid the checkout lines.

I'm glad that I got to join for $20. There is a good chance you're going to run into somebody you know if you're from this area lol so look your best or not.You will find something you need here. The tire discount alone is worth the regular priced membership.

If you're just going in and out of the store you're fine. God forbid there's ever an issue or you need anything. Customer service is okay at best. I got my tires here and they froze the lug nuts on them forcing me to send my car to a specialty servicer to get them removed. Not only is that bad it's been a struggle to get them to take responsibility for it!

My Mother passed away and SAMS forced me to show up at a store, with a death certificate, to deal with it in person.MANY other organizations I called were able to verify this WITHOUT imposing this on me. I often waited for a minute or two as they looked up her obit or called the funeral home. I can understand why a Federally Regulated Bank, Medicare or SS would need this but for a club card is ridiculous!I am hoping, SOMEONE with the power of change, who also cares about people, will read this and report/fix this system that imposes such ridiculous hardships on grieving families.

It’s clean, organized and season items appropriate. Prices are fair on most items but be cautious on checking expiration dates, some items expire within 2-3 days, especially on bakery goods. Shop smart.

Normally a pretty well stocked store, but lately has had many of our favorite bakery rolls and sliced cheeses out of stock. Store is clean. Was pleasantly surprised not to have to wait in line to checkout today.

It looks like they are rearranging there open refrigerator section but was able to find what I needed. Cheapest rotisserie chicken in town. The dessert section was almost empty. I miss the layered strawberry shortcake in a tub. Have not seen it for a long time. I use the scan and go. This makes the checkout hassle free!!!

All I wanted was to call in a pizza order and after trying to reach both cafe and the actual store for 15 mins I gave up and went to spend my hard earn cash elsewhere. I did speak to a lady from the bakery named Amm, she seem cool ngl. I might ask her on a date frfr. Wish me luck guys. 👍🏾

Great store for stocking up on frequently used items. Always have the basics, good selection, and decent quality. Prices are fair and service is usually prompt.

The "pickup" option that I used to use now costs $4 each time. Now I do the "scan and go" feature. Often, there are special discounts that are applied for using scan and go, plus I avoid the lines. Nice easy way to shop without worry.

I love Sam's. Tried to hit it during the workday so it would be less busy, and it was. Good variety. It's not always cheaper than the grocery store, so you still have to check prices. I wish the pies were available all the time and not seasonally rotated. I have a Costco membership, too. I feel like Costco has healthier options, but Sam's is local and more convenient. I love just picking up an order.

Okay this First Responders stuff is all good and everything but when you don't see anybody in the parking lot or in the store and you have a plus membership which is supposed to let you shop at 7 a.m. which was specifically bought so shopping can be done after ending late night shifts or before starting day shift..I want to know why they don't give me a refund for the days that I cannot use my membership that I paid for in the way that the store promised I could use that membership..Either way not amused as a plus member..Update 7 months later still not able to go in at 7 a.m. even though they make 7 a.m. pickup available to other customers Plus members and business members are still getting shafted we paid for something that allowed us to come in at 7 a.m. here we are end of the pandemic and still conning their way out of my money..... using the pandemic bs as their excuse...

This place is so bad. The quality of their products is depressing. The produce is acceptable. The only reason for a membership is toilet paper,paper towels. Everything else somehow is disappointing. Poorly managed as well. Which I didn’t think was an option but apparently it is. Long line for check out and now they started copying the WONDERFUL amazing COSTCO asking for the membership at the entrance. It’s just the ugly copy of our favorite store Costco which unfortunately isn’t available in Springfield. I don’t like a single thing at this store sometimes only a kind employee but most times not even that.

I drive over from Decatur to shop at this Sams Club as it is much better than the Decatur store. The selection of items is great. I also frequently purchase gas here as it is has the best price on gas in town, premium fuel is a even better deal than regular if your vehicle requires it.

Easy accessibility plenty of handicap parking by the door customer friendly service they offer snacks at lunch time free they have a nice little restaurant that sells inexpensive food with plenty of seating

The staff is never to be seen, they usually have 4-8 cashiers open and this alone makes it slow, the samples are free. You can get just about anything here, except it's very easy to get lost

Purchased a TV, it started freezing after one month. Took it back and they refunded our money. Purchased a second TV, it lasted 1.5 years. I did not have the receipt, but customer service looked up our receipt and they refunded the second TV. It was amazing. I will always buy electronics from Sam's Club in Springfield. A+

Wide variety of products foodVery organized and clean.Prices have gone up on almost all products.They seem to be stocked up!You don't have to present your card upon entry any longer.They now have self-checkoutI have mixed feelings about it.Great if you have just a couple of items.But also taking jobs away from people.Although today's day and age businesses seem to have a hard time filling jobs.

Great place to buy products in bulk. I wish they had a bigger electronics section. So long as you plan ahead, the place is worth a stopover. I love their shopping app. Saves a lot of time.

Excellent experience at Sam's tire! The staff was professional courteous and very helpful! Big shout out to Trevor for helping me pick the best replacement tires when my Michelins were no longer available. Service was great and prices were comparable(,(if not better) than their competition. I will recommend Sam's Tire to all my friends and family!
