Trevor from Precision Detailing helped me a lot with my Q5 Full car tint. I would 100% recommend doing your cars tint here. Trevor finished the job in 3-4 hours. Normally tint places take a full day at least to tint. Even the pricing is cheaper than most good tinting places in the area!! I would love to do my future vehicles with precision detailing!

Once again, Trevor and his team killed it on my car. Had headlights and taillights smoked. He quoted me a price. Got into some. Called to tell me its not as easy as they thought. To tell me a cost little more. Before he got any further into it. But will say Trevor was fair about it, and lets just say it was well worth the money. The only place who i trust, and will touch my cars. Thank you, on the 2nd windows are getting done. Give them a call for all your needs.

Precision got my car in quickly and tinted all of the windows on my car and was able to pick up by the end of the day. They were very friendly and sis awesome job on my tint even put a decal I already had on my back window for me A+ service would definitely recommend!

Great family friendly business. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the owner Trevor and his wife. They have many services like body vinyl, window tinting, paint protection film & detailing . The bread and butter is limousine and special event transportation. With a fleet of 9 stretch and super stretch limousines in all the top luxury brands (Cadillac, Lincoln, Chrysler, etc.) Trevor can help you put the finishing touches on a night you will remember forever. Don’t spend all your time and money putting on an event to remember just to cheap on transportation. Arrive in style, have a few drinks and get home safe without the need to call a lawyer the next morning.

I have never had to give a bad review because I usually try to just not do business with places after I get horrible service. However, this one takes the cake and this owner deserves all of the bad reviews possible. I am a manager, so I know how talking to people is important and the way that you treat them is especially important when you OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS. I went to get my windows tinted. I had a gift card. I was also going to give them more business by having my car detailed. BIG MISTAKE. I went in and 2 employees greeted me. Very friendly and personable. They talked to my child and were caring and pleasant. I told them what I was getting done as I had an appointment that day. One employee said, "great, let me look at your car, the price can vary." TOTALLY understandable. I have kids, I get it. The worker goes and looks at my car-says, "it's a kid car, we've seen way worse, it'll be 175." I said great and was about to leave. Then, Trevor, who apparently owns the place, came from the back or somewhere and looks at me and says without introducing himself, "keys". Wow. Not, "Hi I'm the owner I'm gonna double check your car or even just "may I have your keys" just blankly says "keys". Well, very very rude. Not a good start. I told him I already gave another employee the keys. He says again very rude, still not introducing himself or explaining who he is, "Is it unlocked" So i said "yes.". He goes out, looks at my car and comes back in looking all angry and says, "first of all, I need to put on a mask before I can even talk to you." Apparently trying to emphasize how dirty my car was? Super unprofessional. WOW. First of all, as a manager myself, if I thought that, I would simply say, " give me a second I'll be right with you". Get my mask, INTRODUCE MYSELF and continue in a professional manner to explain the situation. Then, after I WAS ALREADY QUOTED A PRICE OF 175, he proceeded to say it would take 2 DAYS and cost me 325 to get it detailed. Apparently, Trevor thinks that you need to detail the car yourself before you take it in so he doesn't have to do any actual work. I told him that was ridiculous as I have gotten it detailed by professionals many times before. He talked down to me and tried to argue with me that I had not gotten it done somewhere else before cheaper. Arguing with the customer! Lol. He either was having a bad day, (which you should never take that out on a customer), is always that unprofessional, or thought he could talk down to a woman and get one over on me. I'm sorry Trevor, my little woman pea brain is actually a doctor and I am not that stupid. And 2 days? What a joke. My husband, who is not a professional, ended up detailing it (probably way better than he ever could)and it took him, a 1 man job, 3 hours total. So not sure what kind of people they have working that it would take 2 days. If he just didnt want to do the job he should have just been honest. He talked down to me and was very attacking and tried to argue with me the entire time. The whole issue was the way I was treated. One of his employees even felt the need to apologize on his behalf for him. I feel sorry for his employees. They were all so so nice and seemed scared of him. I can only imagine what they deal with. Oh, also, I had to ask an employee who he was, because through all this he still never once introduced himself or explained who he was. I thought he was surely just a terrible employee that needed some training in customer service. TrevEr, I will NEVER patronize your business again. You need a lesson in customer service. If you let your employees deal with everyone, you will be just fine. Kudos to them. I looked at his other poor reviews and he always attacks the customer instead of trying to be professional and take responsibility so I'm not surprised. Also, he said he took pictures of my car. If he didn't think he did something wrong why would he need pictures? Well, I took pictures too and I don't care if you post pictures TrevEr. Just continue to prove how unprofessional you are.

Not 100% happy with my interior and exterior detail. Back seats looked like they had not been cleaned. Brought up with them and they took it back to clean the back seats. Which they looked better once they did this. I get home to start putting my belongings back into my car and I noticed that seat the front passenger seat looked like it had not been cleaned. Same as what my back seat looked like when I picked up my car. Along with areas on the exterior with spots that were there previously there before dropping my car off. Which I know would came off it was cleaned because I was able to take a microfiber cloth and remove these marks. None of the inserts for my center counsel or doors were removed during the clean I found stuff underneath them that would have been removed if they were taken out during cleaning. They had my car for 6 hours. For the price I paid I would have thought the cleaning of the interior and exterior would have been way more thorough.Service: Auto detailing

Trevor did a great job on my Tesla Model 3 window tinting…even the rear window which most cannot or will not attempt to tint. Even though he did the rear window in two pieces, the horizontal seem is barely noticeable from the inside. From the outside, the seem is 100% invisible! Also, following a bubble that showed up on the driver’s side window, called, Trevor had me run right over, and he redid the window right on the spot in about 30-mins. Very happy!

I have been riding around with oxidation on my Headlight lenses for over a year that was so thick I had to drive at night with my brights on. I went to see how much it would cost to get new headlight lamps and they told me it would be $259 each not including taxesOr labor but I could try to go to precision detail because they do really good work. I went and I had a little over a half an hour before I was needing to be headed towards home for an appointment with the cable company. I was going to schedule an appointment for the next morning but the owner told me that he could get me in at that moment. Within about a half an hour I was getting my keys and leaving to go home. He had two workers working on my lenses at the same time so I could make it to my appointment. When I went outside and looked at my car my headlamps look like they were brand new. I was surprised because he had told me that a head of time he might not be able to get some of the oxidation off of it. He showed me the spots that he thought may be really bad. I will be coming back to get a full detail inside and out and also to have the crack that is alongside my headlamp removed. Thank you precision detailing I think I have a new best friend. Not to mention the owner and the workers are very friendly and they make you feel like they appreciate you bringing them your business.

Partial tint job due to a break in. Looks great. Installer had to unexpectedly deal with some kind of fiber or glass bits from the break in. Went above and beyond to re-tint it twice to get it right.

Very disappointed. The tint job was as expected but the aftercare was not. First, a tinting tool was left stuck in the rear window wherein I had to return the next day for it to be removed. In doing so, someone tracked a substance from the shop in my car and it transferred to my black leather seats. I called to ask them to take a look and no one called me back. So, I returned to the shop to be met with rudeness and unprofessionalism by the owner, Trevor. In fairness, he attempted to remove the stain but became very defensive and unprofessional when he realized it was not coming out. He even went as far as to blame my 8 year old daughter for the stain, which was clearly not present before I had my windows tinted. I do not recommend them. I planned to send three other vehicles to them for tinting, but will be taking my business elsewhere.Services: Window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

Let me start from the beginning Trevor and his staff from the get go was very professional and great to work with...Now on to the detailing job they did all I can say is I have 2 young boys that destroyed my car on the inside and after I picked this car up it looked as if I just drove it off the factory floor at the dealership. I was on a time crunch and didn't expect them to finish tinting the whole car however they managed to tint the whole vehicle perfectly exactly to how I specified. My son recommended for ceramic coating. We took our 2024 BMW to get coated. After they checked car our, they told us car already had a protective coating on it, so they didn't want us to waste our money putting more on. We were astounded how honest they were..My Son has used them for several services. We would totally recommend.

On three occasions I’ve taken vehicles here with minor body damage. On all three occasions it was fixed, same day, to perfection, and for much less than your standard body shop. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR INSURANCE WORK. THIS IS THE PLACE to get minor repairs done at an affordable rate outside of insurance. Better yet. If you have any customer work…..this place os great.

I had my 2012 Chrysler 300 air ride done at the shop. The guys did a fantastic job on the installation. They not only did a great job on that they also had to go out and get a couple parts that were not shipped to me. Trevor called me and let me know that they needed to this ahead of time before I went in to pay. The heads up on additional expenses was amazing. Wow what can I say! Let’s talk about above and beyond! Had my two front windows fixed from old tint that was on there from previous owner. Precision had to go the extra mile to remove old tint to put there top quality tint on. Done within a few hours and what can I say it looks amazing!
