popped in with my daughter so we can get supplies for our vision boards...they had everything we needed! we spent way too much time looking at all the stickers, anything u can imagine they have it...they're a bit pricey but u can tell it's good quality stuff. we will definitely be back.

Ridiculously slow cashiers in this store. If you have to have 3 people to figure out one transaction why wouldn't you hire more people? 6 registers, 8 people in line, 3 people working one register. Not worth the discount on the marked up prices if ya ask me

Great for craft lovers and creators. Great for home decor-related projects. Great for Sunday painters or novices. Unfortunately, professional painters (and more advanced amateurs may not find what they need and must shop in a larger city or online.

I got home, and I didn't have 3 packs of crochet needles and hooks I had put on the counter with the rest of my choices. I had glitter all over my stuff because all the baskets had glitter everywhere. An employee came up and asked me if I needed help finding anything, I asked if they had what I was looking for, and she said they didn't sell anything like that. As I walked out, I saw a few selections of said item.I am not giving reasons why not to shop here, just reasons why my rating is a 3

Nice, friendly staff. Clean with a large selection of sale priced, seasonal, and regularly priced items to choose from. No waiting for store pick up items. Self-serve station to the right as you enter, labeled by last name.

Placed a large order online and used my credit card. When I was not able to track my order, I called to find out that the order was cancelled internally. I call several times to see why it was cancelled and they never responded.. very poor customer service and customer response they just kept telling me to wait for my credit to be returned to my account and it never was done. ☹️☹️

I am not a craft person, but I do use their custom framing a lot. They do an excellent job and are very helpful in picking out just the right mat and frame. Just make sure you wait until one of the sales, as the regular pricing is very expensive. The sales are often enough that it isn't hard to wait.

Great store with a fantastic selection of supplies and products. I feel most is a tad overpriced and they don't really cover the crafts I've got going on. Fantastic selections of paints and what not.

I absolutely love Michaels! The staff is always very helpful in helping me find things and knowledgeable about their products. Their website is good and their phone app is very helpful with the rewards program and coupons. Most of the items I shop for there are in the fine arts department and I found that they have the largest selection in my area and the best prices.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and usually I find what I need but the selection of Wilton decorating tools could be larger. They aren't a baking supply store, so I won't knock Michael's for that. What they occasionally lack in selection is made up for with plentiful and frequent sales!

I love shopping at Michael's, but unfortunately I no longer shop there. The check out clerk is very rude, she always wants to argue with the customer. I was standing in line for 20 minutes waiting as she argued with the customer before me.

Now located in White Oaks Mall. Went in to get two things matted and framed. Process was quick and smooth. They have a preview option to see what your finished product will look like. Approximately 2 weeks until pick up. Appreciate the great service.

Where do I begin?!? Always had good service and can shop without someone always asking if you need anything. Great planners and accessories selection. Would have given 5 stars but I can't find 100% cotton yarn for my projects. ☹️

We shopped here for the first time on April 14th 2021. You are required to wear a mask in this store. Store was organized well and plenty of room to walk through the aisles. Some of the prices were a bit high . We went there for a diorama project that included needs for foam board and paints . The acrylic paint set of ten cost around $10.99 and the foam board was about $8 . The miniatures were a bit expensive though. The only thing I saw was the foam boards were in all sorts of places instead of just one place . The cashier was friendly and the store was not busy at all.

Went to the store yesterday to pick up something that the website said was in the store. I drove 45 miles to said store only to find out that they not only didn't have the item but they also don't carry said items (cutting dies) for card making and it also can't be ordered.I did look around at other things while I was there and it appears that maybe this store is going out of business.

Love Michael's! They have lots of crafts for the kids and adults. Lots of seasonal decor. This particular one was nice and roomy. Check out was fast too for busy holiday hours such as black friday weekend
