They refuse to honor the posted prices on the shelves. I bought Powerade last night for my mother who is sick and was charged $1.35 each. Didn't notice until after they had it totalled. The posted price is 1.20. I let it ride but told them about the mispricing. When I asked this evening if they would honor the posted price or not, since they still had not updated the shelf price, I was told no, that I either wanted it or not. Never going back.

I was enjoying the customer service and friendliness of the regular ( and interchanging) staff. However, lately the store has been closed at random times of the day with no real explanation or heads up. I'm not sure what is happening but this loyal customer of the Family Dollar franchise is not happy.

I was an employee at this Family Dollar for a few months I would like to report the manager, Jamie Phillips, for giving only certain employees like her daughter more hours than others, letting certain employees leave work while on the clock & also for wrongful terminations. I have endured & witnessed documented racial discrimination at this store. Be careful .

I bought a product and didn't realize it was Dated March...I bought this in May.The girl at the cash register kept saying I'm new here I'm new here. I asked her what was the cheapest cigarette they had she says I don't know I'm new here and never went to look.Then when I said I have a returned product she yells for someone named Ben and the other guy that works there says Ben went home to change his laundry. Needless to say neither one of them knew how to do a return. So the guy had to call someone on the phone and get directions on how to do a return. I don't think I'll be going back to this store.

I do not generally leave reviews but after 2 horrible experiences in a row I must. Past week I went to the store and the newest employee was outside using an excessive amount of expletives. Last night I went to the door and she comes outside cyssing AGAIN. Me, my kids and other customers go in. The employee comes in and decides she is going to embarrass a customer and look thru her bag with the excuse it was too big and should have been left behind the counter. Maybe if she was in the store and not outside again then the customer would have known. The fact she actually looked thru the bag (reuseable shopping bag) and the colorful language and old enough to know better tells me she's not cut out for retail.

The store is close to home which is nice. However , it has been closed for 2 days with sign saying "closed due to lack of employees." There are definitely 2 employees who are very helpful when they are open. The district manager needs to come for a visit. Freight all over u-boats but no one putting it out. Yes I was a store manager for 15 years.for a department storeBut I can honestly tell you I made sure my store opened

Worst manager ever. Doesn't know how to tell time! For the past two days I have tried to get coffee and bread before heading to work and both times it's 8:30 and still closed! It clearly states 8am is the time they open. If she would get off her phone and open the store like she is supposed to it would be amazing.

We showed up to the store at 7:53 p.m. Needed milk and did a little impulse buying so we shopped to 8:03 p.m. The gentleman who checked us out seemed very upset and was in a very big hurry. Also, we spent $64 and they said they could not give us a receipt. So I'm not sure if I was overcharged or didn't pay for something because he went so fast. We put things in the cart so fast that it possibly could have happened. Please be aware of this.

They have some good deals. Large turn around on employees..& out of the 2-3 that have been there.. maybe 1 of them are nice. Because it's close to my house, I shop there frequently enough that if they are there any amount of time, they know me. There always seems to be a problem with the food coolers working.. worth stopping by.

Staff was friendly and greeted me upon arrival and my check out experience was also friendly the cashier helped me find the correct charger I needed . I was asked if I would like a snickers or m&m . Store was clean and had a very peaceful vibe at 830 at night on a Friday night.

For some reason this place has really good deals on chex mix ingredients. Aside from that, its clean and that's about the extent of praise. I don't really have any big complaints besides in being a cheap hodgepodge where everything seems really random. Also, beware of vacuum packed coffee that's been punctured. It shouldn't be sold at all but welcome to America where profit is more important than health and safety.

We came to the store to get a bag of dog food ppl still in there just standing around no hours posted 2 guys come out and say they close at 8 due to the own safety then tell me why they are still in the store at 850 if they close at 8pm now why are they still standing around talking at 10 till 9 very rude guys
