A little piece of advice- treat people with kindness.I’ve heard that your store has a great selection of children’s clothing but isn’t exactly children friendly. I arranged for my parents to watch my kids today so I could visit alone and do some shopping without being rushed or inconveniencing other shoppers or employees.I walked in and wasn’t greeted, despite not many customers being in the store and the register positioned directly in front of the entrance. I asked where the children’s section is located and was met with an unpleasant “to the left, boys are girls, along the wall” by a blond woman who I can assume is the owner.There is quite a lot to choose from and I had about 6 items in my hand. I went to the register and asked to use the restroom and was told “we have no public restroom”. No apology, reason why, suggestion on where to go. Just a flat response from a seemingly irritated woman.This isn’t rodeo drive. This is a second hand store. In Sherman. I’m sorry if I looked unimpressive in my workout leggings and Birkenstocks, but I had every intention on spending money at your store. I understand certain policies being in place and would have gladly gone somewhere else to use the restroom, returned and shopped, but I felt anything but welcomed so I returned my items to the rack and will shop elsewhere.

Well organized and stocked consignment shop with high end clothes, shoes, accessories. Women and children's clothing only it seemed (I didn't peruse the entire store.) Nice professional sales staff.After numerous visits, I'm still impressed. This is the ship for nice footgear, from children's sneakers to women's slippers.

Beware and be knowledgeable of your brands before shopping here. Target, Walmart, and Kohls clothing were being sold for more than the stores themselves sell them brand new with their every day price. Walmart girls Avia shorts were all $5.99 and Walmart’s every day price for same shorts is $5.94.Saw a couple Target shirts that I’ve bought from the table at the store for $5-6 were $7.99. Prices for name brand such as Nike, adidas, etc we’re fair for condition. I would go in there again solely for higher name brands only.

I went in there looking for dresses to wear to church. The woman who greeted me asked if I was looking for something in particular so I told her and then she asked my size and pointed me to the area I needed to go. I literally hit the jackpot! One dress she said would look really good with red shoes 👠. I told her I could only wear flats and the other woman worked there almost instantly showed up with a cute pair that fit great! I walked out of there with enough dresses for a month and a half of Sundays without wearing the same one, 2 tops, and the red shoes!!!!! If my back hadn't been hurting so bad I could have went through the entire store because I need so much!! I left all my summer clothes at our Florida place so we very little to drag back and forth. I love this store!!!!!

I enjoy visiting this store as they only sell nice, clean, name brand clothing but the owner (I assume she is the owner) Lady behind counter (blonde hair) can come across as rude occasionally. My daughters like to just "look" at the beautiful prom/homecoming dresses they get in and they were snapped at by her one day while I was supervising them. I do understand keeping children away from items so they are not damaged but it was unacceptable. She left my youngest daughter in tears and we ended up putting everything back our last visit and I'm not sure if/when I will be back. Great clothing and shoes for juniors and women..just bad experience with service.

We have found so many good buys and nice items for both my children. I love the owner and her staff. I can call ahead and they can let me know if they have the size, color or option we need before I come. I definitely recommend.

The owner was beyond rude. Rude was looking at me impassively when I was speaking, mentioning the idea that a business could charge customers or the public to use a restroom as is frequently practiced in other countries.Beyond that was telling me that the closest public restroom is Casey's, and that she doesn't offer a restroom because she would lose money on it providing toilet paper and upkeep and that fifty people a day ask to use a restroom.So, you know a restroom is in high demand from paying customers; yet you shirk that cost and push it off onto a nearby business. Very unprofessional and not appreciated, I will not be back.Otherwise, the selection is okay though moderately overpriced and too crowded for my liking. Don't drink a caffeinated beverage before visiting like I did.

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom!!!! No public can use there's!!!!!! SHAME SHAME ON YOU. It was my first and last time there. I had 200. 00 to spend u lost what would of been a great customer.

I have now been in this store 4 times. I've yet to purchase a thing. The prices are as high as new clothing would be, it's organized in a way that makes it nearly impossible to find what you're looking for, and I've never felt overly welcomed by the staff either. I won't be back.

Very rude. My mother and I traveled from Chatham out of the recommendation of friends claiming this store was awesome. We made plans to shop here and a few other places as we are eagerly awaiting my son's arrival. I am 9 months pregnant. Upon our arrival I asked if there was a restroom I could use and was told there was not. We left to Casey's across the street to use a restroom and decided not to shop at this store. It is highly unlikely to me that a shop selling womens and children's clothing does not have a restroom. If the restroom is only for paying customers, we had full intent on shopping in the store. Even if there was only an employee restroom, common decency would let a very pregnant woman use the facilities.

Agree the staff (owner?) was horribly rude. Not family friendly. I went in nine months pregnant with a two (almost three) year old in tow who (of course) immediately announced "Mommy I have to go potty." The saleswoman immediately informed us that the bathroom was private and we would have to go across the street l to find a public restroom. So we replaced our merchandise and high-tailed it to the Casey's gas station across the way to avoid an accident on the store floor! Which of course - Casey's staff was more than willing to allowtoddler the use of the facilities. We will not be returning to this store- why sell baby and toddler clothes if you don't accommodate babies and toddlers? No thanks!

The owner is incredibly rude. I have been going to this store for several years and have been a very good customer. She has been rude to me on 3 occasions and so I refuse to give her any more of my business. And besides that, the racks are crammed too tight making it difficult to see the merchandise. Best of luck Chasity. I will be spreading the word!

I've been a customersince 2005 when the store was just opening in Sherman. Over the years the store has expanded to the whole strip mall. The owner and staff have always been kind, professional and wonderful to talk to, whether buying or consigning. They are hard workers and care a lot about the community, which in today's world is rare indeed. They give back to those less fortunate by donating the items that do not sell. I have personally seen other consignors store your "unsold" items and bring them out a year later when all is forgotten. Not The Clothing Rack. Chassidy is honorable, trustwothy and has integrity towards her customers and her store. The clothes, jewelry, will just everything is top-notch. The Clothing Rack will always be the only consignment store I go to.

Great place to co.e shop for kids clothes even small adults great pricing very nice staff and well maintained business we come here alot just to look around sometimes and buy alot for our girls here never had any problems and we recommend it to anyone with small children lots and lots of clothes to choose from

Very unfriendly & very unprofessional! I’ve been shopping there for years & each time I go back it gets worse. The few friendly faces I once use to see are not there anymore & last time I was in there I had to stop shopping on many occasions so that an employee could put something away or get thru the isle. Never in my life would I disrupt a customer shopping who is looking to spend money, it was very irritating & unprofessional.
