Pay attention to what you’re paying for and the price. Stopped in yesterday to buy 2 packs of smokes and the total was $15 and some change. This morning, I bought 2 more packs of smokes and the total came out to be almost $25. Yet the sign behind the counter says $6.78 a pack + tax when you buy 2 packs. Make that make sense to me? I get it cook county tax is through the roof but ain’t no way overnight tax went up 100%Then the clerk tried to get me to pay the new price and bring the receipt to corporate store to get a refund. No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere and go to DuPage county that’s only a couple more miles away.

Again store at Irving and 25th closed in mid morning sign on door saying opens at 5 am 5hours later still closed . Employees in parking lot because they are locked out of store and waiting for owner for over 5 hrs . Guess owner or franchise doesn't care . About customers or employees. This is happening way to often. And the cleanliness is below par . Coffee area always dirty. Food is dry out . Sandwiches have expired dates on them crossed out with black marker. Could go on but don't want to . I'll be going to anther 7 11 in Schiller park there's 2 more.

Ordered food from here and got their mini tacos and they were completely missing from my purchase on Uber eats. Awful service and don’t even have a phone number added to call about this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

ZERO STARS.....Here we go again with 711 employees just being horrible people. Another time I'm treated poorly. All I need to do was load a debit card. Once again I'm told that feature doesn't work at their location??? ALL 711 LOAD DEBIT CARDS!!! To prove my point I drove to ruby and irving pk rd and they did it in 1 minute. Terribly untrained with poor attitude. That's a 711 employee.

I have never been somewhere to order food and the people behind the counter are laughing at what you are buying. All three workers that were there 10 minutes were laughing because I got some wings with my boyfriend. When confronted as to why they kept laughing about my order and they kept repeating it to, they said they had an inside joke. When I told them I felt disrespected they got insulted and added extra tax to my order. Will never go here again!!! I hope corporate reaches out to me about this because a ton of people read my reviews.

This 7/11 store, is a good place. I went to buy food at this location, I've asked for pizza, I saw the lady not wearing gloves, not taking care about the food. I think is so gross.Today is May 27 2022. 12:00 pm. Please let her know how to do it better.

Went in there because I was waiting for food I ordered next door on the same plaza and I'm pregnant so all of a sudden I really needed to use the rest room. Went in. Kindly asked if there was a bathroom I can use. The cashier didn't even look at me and snarked no. I said I was pregnant and that I really need to use it. The man working there by the register said there is one in the back room but I can't use it and I have to go to the bar around the corner. Honestly wow. You can shove your bathroom up your behinds.

They ID you if you want to buy a lighter. I think the cashier just likes giving people a hard time. Did not have my ID on me at the time and i have never been asked when buying a lighter. Ridiculous.. go somewhere else

Just went in for a few 1/4 hot dogs. Bad idea, they only had two one the rollers, looks like for quite a few hours. So I only ordered one, received it and the bun was hard like a rock, I asked for another bun, this one fell apart in my hand while trying to open it. They were also out of both the cheese and chilli for there. If your hungry, please go somewhere else.

Most of the staff are really nice and approachable! I love their displays and their cute additions here and there. They had Fall leaf sprinkles for your coffee/hot drink and I thought that was so cute!

This place has really gone down. Again this morning 6:30 am no coffee. Place not at all crowded. Not very clean either. Good thing Dunkin Right down the street.

My kids and I have been shopping at this 711 for years and now I’m not allowed in the store anymore because I’m not able to wear a mask because of my medical condition. There should be measures in place for people who can’t wear masks. I am being discriminated against because of a medical condition. No more 711 for me or my kids till they figure this out and treat ALL customers the same

I’ve been going to this spot for 7 years now. Never had an issue. The staff has always been helpful & welcoming until today. I asked for help & was refused because the line was long. The customer service this morning was not ideal. & I didn’t appreciate it.

This is normally my go to 7eleven but today I walked in and started gagging. There is some awful smell all over the store, like someone dumped some rotting, overcooked cabbage in a broken cooler full of dumpster garbage. I was in and out so fast, trying to hold my breath the whole time. I mentioned it to the two guys working the counter and they just kind of laughed and shrugged and said, "yeah we kind of noticed"...yikes!!

Prices for some stuff are overpriced, some stuff I tend to get is sometimes out of stock. But overall the staff and their friendliness makes it a good experience.
