When filing my claim for hail damage that ultimately totaled my car that I bought 2.5 years ago, Carolyn Wright's group in Rushville helped me stay on track with the progress of my claim. Kristy in particular was very helpful in updating me, providing me with information that I could understand since insurance claims are so confusing to navigate, and contacting the corporate State Farm for me to keep my claim moving along and avoiding unnecessary steps in the claim process. This is the second time I've had to file a claim on this car in 2.5 years, and both times Carolyn and members of her office provided nothing but clarity in the muddiness insurance claims seem to be at times.

A rock hit and cracked my windshield which was a first for me after decades of driving so I called State Farm. I honestly have to say from my own personal experience, this has been the best insurance company to work with. If you live in Illinois, you understand being hit by a deer. My wife was hit by or hit 3 deer on three separate occasions in less than 2 years. I guess 3 claims and you’re out. I had one day to get vehicle insurance. I called several and no one would even quote me due to the previous claims. A friend of mine said to call Carolyn Wright from State Farm for help. I was reluctant to call figuring State Farm would be the same results. Carolyn and her group went into action immediately. This was after hours on a Friday and between 5pm and 8pm. Carolyn calls me back and says you are covered. It was a price I could afford and I was finally relieved. She took the time to go over everything with me presenting the information on a level I could understand. Get this, she sends me my temp cards that night and says I can have your permanent cards to you tomorrow. Saturday I said? She calls me while I am on the Golf Course and says she will meet me there so as to not interrupt my day. Are you kidding me? Why would you go with anyone else? Professional, fast, fair, and thorough. This is a State Farm Agent for others to emulate. Thanks for being there for me and my family Carolyn. Here is to many years to come.
