Not only are they affordable but they always take us right in. Very friendly staff, greeted at the door and they treat my babies with respect and take the best care of them. Meds are affordable as well and no wait, they have everything you need, on hand. I drive an hour away to go here and I have 3 different vet clinics right here in town. They have always worked affordable deals for shelter animals. That earns my respect.

Awesome place! They cared for my dog like he was there own! Brought my dog in that has been sick. They throughly checked for everything even sat on the floor with us while tending to him. Happy to report his is getting a little better every day.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and caring. My puppy is extremely scared of new people and other dogs; no aggression issues, but she shakes life a leaf and tries to run and hide. They were very patient with her, and allowed her some time to become comfortable before doing anything. They were very gentle with examining her. They listened to my concerns regarding an injury she sustained, and helped to put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them!

I live in Macomb. Came for 2nd opinion. I have many times. Vet in Macomb misdiagnosed my cat with a chronic heart condition requiring lifelong medications. Dr. Sydney saved my cat's life. Diagnosed with a routine respiratory issue requiring only one round of antibiotics. It is worth the drive for non-urgent emergency medical issues.

I arrived way ahead of my scheduled appointment time but was not turned away. I do not make a habit of doing this, it just happened. The people had no curt words for me, they got Bailey in and taken care of right then. Doc took the time to swamp stories with me. I felt welcomed in spite of my embarrassingly early arrival.

Most caring group of vets and staff that I've ever met. We had taken in a sweet stray cat at Halloween last year, so she had only been here for a few months. We started taking her to Roseville Clinic even though it was about 25 miles away. They took very good care of her there and their prices were much less than most other places I've used before for other animals. When she needed an Emergency visit, the vet met us at the clinic after hours. When the outlook wasn't good, she gave US as much comfort as she gave the cat. Not long afterwards, we received a sympathy card signed by everyone at tbe office. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were.

Not only are the prices reasonable, but the staff is kind and genuinely love animals. I live over an hour away from this office and choose to go the distance because the staff will “go the distance” to take great care of my dogs.

This is one of the best experiences I have had a vet and I've had several as I've moved enough in my life. I recently moved to the area from out of state with my 14 year old dog, Booker. This place came highly recommended to me and it was clear why in my first phone call. Tracey answered my questions and was so incredibly easy to talk to about transferring records, intake process/covid restrictions and end of life care. The techs were all so wonderful and the doctors were too. Unfortunately, the second appt was Booker's last one as my buddy was at the end of his life. All of the staff were so sweet even though we hadn't been there very long at all. Words can't express my gratitude and respect for these very loving, and very essential workers. The love and care is top-notch. I will be back in a heartbeat when we get our next pup.

I am a new customer and was treated like a long time customer. In these trying times, the techs tried their best to answer all my questions and concerns. They retrieved my dogs in parking lot and returned them after seen by a vet. Good service in a fire situation. ❤️

These guys are great. My Chi had a lump on his throat and I called them and they got him in that afternoon and gave him medicine and he's already doing good after 3 days.

This is a great ",old school" vet. Still old school prices, I think because it is in a small town you need to drive to. Dr. Rudy loves my dog and vice versa. He just had a natural love for animals. Have been a customer for years.

This place is so amazing! I live almost a hour away called them to declaw and spade our cat Cuddles told them where I lived they said yes that's fine we can take her! Let her stay over night while I was taking care of my father's estate in a city near there! The vet was excellent and very good with Cuddles the nurses there were stellar and treated Cuddles just like she was part of their family! The vet did as well they even gave us a 2 week supply of soft cat litter for free so our cat could get used with her front claws! And they are so reasonably priced way cheaper than any vet up here in the Quad Cities! Will make the drive again for our other pets! Hands down best vet in a 2 hour area!!!
