When I walked in store I was interested in buying a very cute, but simple outfit. Joanna walked up to me and suggested a few outfits for me. I was amazed by her style. She was dressed very elegantly so I knew that she would pick an outfit just for me. She spoke polish which was a plus for me because it was an easier way for me to communicate with her. The outfit she picked out for me was remarkable and people were amazed. I got so many compliments on it, that when people asked me where I got it, I told them to ask for Joanna at J Crew Factory. She was wonderful and a great help and I recommend her to anyone ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

I just visited this store and had a terrible experience. I went in for a couple of items and when I could not find them, I asked the store manager Jacqueline for help. She was very rude, disrespectful, and very unhelpful. The way she treated her employees was also very unprofessional and disrespectful. Please don’t shop at this j crew, you will be greeted with terrible service from a store manager that has no clue how to treat others with respect. I have never had a more terrible experience shopping and will never be returning to this location again.

LOVE, J.Crew Factory, their clothes are not only beautiful but the quality is excellent. Great sales online, I have to say the stores have a very limited amount of clothes on the sale rack but the employees are always super helpful and ready to put the order in the store for you with free shipping if they don't have what you're looking for. One of my favorite places to shop for my family.

Me and my friends were at the store last evening when the shooting broke out in the mall. I truly feel the J. Crew worker Alana (I hope I got her name right) should be awarded with honors for the way she handled the situation so calmly and effectively by putting her customers safety first by rushing all of us in the back room. Handled the entire situation like a champ, made sure everyone was comfortable, even offered snacks and color pens and paper to the children to keep them calm, gave us realtime updates of the situation as and when she received any information. She took responsibility till the end until we were all escorted safely by the Chicago Police (who we thank for their service.) J. Crew if you're reading this please give this woman a massive raise, she truly deserves it.

Love the clothes, and staff is extremely helpful! My go-to person at the store was Agatha and she was amazing! Always honest, polite, professional, and never pushy to sell. I haven't had a better experience with anyone.. she really connected and understood her customers needs. She will be missed.

Awesome selection & really fantastic deals. There are tons of sizes (not just one size S and 20 size L). For a factory store I was super impressed.They also have crew cuts which has a decent section of the store, all on season trendy duds for your little ones.Clean store.Really helpful staff (including summer hires) they are helpful and not pushy!

I am an avid shopper with j crew factory; but mostly use the website. I ventured into the store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! Great selection, and they were having a 50% off er deals during the weekend I was there, so the store was packed. The being said, the staff was attentive and helpful.When I went to check out I had brought a few items to return that were bought online. It was seamless! No questions asked on an item that was final sale.I also bought a jacket that was in the 50% off section. Initially I was told at the checkout it was only 20% off. After showing the manager clearly this was in this section, he was quick to make a the wrong right and I received the 50% off.Excellent customer service, great selection, and wonderful staff. Will be a long time shopper here.

This store is so unorganized. Everything was folded nicely and hung in place for the most part but there is no rhyme or reason to the order of the sizes! It took me forever to sort through piles of pants looking for my size and the same when looking for shirts. It's also extremely annoying to be asked by TEN different associates in a five minute time span if I want to start a fitting room. I'll let you know when I'm ready.

For an outlet store this place was neat and spacious. The staff was cordial and helpful. The pricing is a little steep but worth buying since the lower prices do not imply damaged and blemished merchandise.
