It's Sugar is a really fun and unique candy store. I really wish I was able to purchase something here. I'm rating It'Sugar a 1-star because the service was so poor I was not able to enjoy the store or even purchase an item.My son and I walked into this establishment exploring all the different options. We walked around for about 10-15 minutes and noticed that there was no one in the store - NO ONE AT ALL. Someone eventually comes out of the backroom on her phone, walks right past us, does not greet us, and walks out of the store. I was slightly confused thinking she'd be right back. My son and I eventually pick out a few goodies, walk up to the register, and wait. And wait. And wait some more.Eventually, we end up putting our things back, and leave. Once we walk out, we see the store associate talking to a vendor right outside of the store. We were extremely disappointed. My son wanted to come back but that was just the poorest customer service I've ever had.We were in this store for over 30 minutes, not acknowledged once, and even after standing at the register waiting to be checked out was not enough of a sign to assist a paying customer.

A lot of good choices when it come to candy.. new and old kinds. Employees never greeted or asked if assistance was needed. They stayed in a circle chating with one another. Would of rated higher if employees were more attentive to customers.

This place is great for iconic candy, classic candy and fun candy items. Loved this place! A must visit!
