I've been to several dispensaries and none come close to the atmosphere in the store and knowledge that the employees have at EarthMed Rosemont! Lisa especially has been a pleasure to "deal" with. She is definitely a stand out employee and not just cuz of her awesome blue hair! All of the employees are amazing. Huge selection of products and sales all the time. CHECK THEM OUT!

Every time I come in to place an order, I have had nothing but top tier customer service. Talking to the budtenders feels natural, and they are happy to just have a conversation with you about what to expect from the product, and their experience with it. John helped me today and he was friendly, helpful, and told me about another product I should try out next time. The staff is phenomenal, and I keep coming back to this location bc of them!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!I ordered 1bottle to try and the promo was to give me 1 free, both for $64.99. I received my credit card statement and there is a charge for $129.99. I call the number on the statement and of course they out source it to India. She keeps repeating herself saying I purchased a bundle for 4, but 2 bottles got canceled and her tone changes to annoyed. I didn't order a bundle for 4. I order a bundle of 2 and I certainly did not cancel anything. Whatever they're doing is a big SCAM! Watch out for these SCAMMERS!

I started using edibles about a year ago to help with insomnia and an auto-immune disease. I had never tried vapes before but was curious about them, because I heard they are more fast acting. I’m new to the weed game and was a little nervous coming in and trying something new. Lisa was wonderful and patiently answered all of my questions. The vape she recommended was a perfect fit, and she gave me some additional info on other products that may help me out. I’m really grateful for the experience and for how comfortable she made me feel with the entire experience. She’s the kind of employee that makes a business exceptional.

Today I the luxury of receiving 5 star service from my budtender Liz! Make you see her when you visit EarthMed! Clean facility and staff! Although there are no tablets like other dispensaries, you should respect the nostalgic feeling of flipping a page and reading in 2024. Love this place!

I heard mix reviews about this place but decided to check it out. I was not impressed. Some of the staff were nice, but that did not out weigh the rudeness of the other staff members, especially the manager. The manager, Jack, seems to have a bad temper.

I was referred to Earthmed by a friend of mine and she said to ask for Lisa because she helped them find some new options to try out that she hadn’t thought of trying before. I take indica edibles for pain and to help me sleep after a recent surgery, but they take too long to kick in and I wanted something with a quicker hit. Lisa was awesome, I thought I was pretty well versed in the world of weed, but she put me to shame. I got exactly what I was looking for, and I’ll 100% go back to her if I want to try out anything new.

Was here for the weekend and stopped on by. The place was clean, staff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. It turned out a new debit card system accidentally double charged me for my order…they alerted me with a call and so I went back for a refund. Lauren was so kind and helpful, gave me my money back and also gifted me some flower and edibles which was great customer service and she was so warm and kind!This will definitely be my go to spot when I’m in town moving forward. Some staff are nice and some are rude and dismissive. Lady with colored hair is very rude, sometimes my coupon wouldn't work and you can clearly tell how annoyed she was and ever since then she just calls the manager if I need help. I didn't make her work, she chose this job with customer service. Hopefully you train staff better to be kinder and not dismissive nor annoyed at a customer.

I’ve bought a good amount from Earthmed this past year and I was highly disappointed on how I was treated after I had a defective product. First off I bought a Select Briq 2 grams about a month ago and only after two weeks the thing started to bulge and hit on its own and then causing it to burn all oil. When I contacted them on what to do they told me to email them pictures and they would respond, they never did after weeks. So I called and requested and AIC and was met with immediate hostility from this one lady who urged me to bring the product back into the store. THIS IS AGAINST IDFPR REGULATIONS! And when I explained to her that I in fact am also a budtender she said “every dispensary is different” then hung up. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL
