Although they try, service at the self check out could be better. Had a question, and wanted help with my order and 4 other people needed assistance as well. There is no ‘order’ of service. Seems like whoever goes to the counter or is closest to the service desk and yells out questions gets service first. I actuall timed it, waited almost 2 minutes for an acknowledgement. But must say when someone did come over they were very friendly.

This place is usually clean. Helpful staff. It is a bit pricier than most other stores, but sometimes it's worth it to not fight the crowds or for just a quick stop to pick up one or two things.

Store is well maintained with friendly employees. Need to get rid of limits on self checkouts or add more cashiers. Can't have 1 cashier and 10 or less. Doesn't work.

Get rid of self check out and maybe I’ll come back. After 20 years of being a customer I refuse to come back since they have lost the customer experience appeal of human interaction. I can go to Wal Mart if that’s what I want.

Stop by the deli and you might find me everyone here is very nice from the older bakery women to the front of the store all the way back to the porters in the background that nobody gets to see if you want a friendly family feel this is no doubt the best place for you to do your shopping

Great store. Have used the Meat Department for special orders and they are terrific. Bakery will slice bread for you and having the Liquor Section in the same space is so convenient. Customer service people are really helpful and nice. Love this place.

Good selection of quality meats, and for those who use gluten free foods, however the downfall is their prices. I find them to be rather pricey in comparison to other stores. Overall clean, well stocked, good employees, just wish they'd have more comparable pricing

This store is always clean and the shelves are well stocked. Some things are more expensive, but I've also gotten really good deals. There's a few other comparable stores close by so I usually compare prices online and know what I'm going in for ahead of my trip.The biggest fail I've had was the pork rinds with the badger on the bag. They were terrible. Smelt like chemical and tasted like styrofoam. I don't remember the brand name, just that they are made in Wisconsin. I tried 2 different flavors and they were both inedible.

Schnucks is the best grocery store in Roscoe IL! The bakery is the best, produce is the best, deli is the best, and you can always find someone to help you find what you are looking for! Set up for this store is superior! My most favorite store in the world! Yes, it is that cool! ❤❤❤❤❤!

Handicapped, in scooter. Employees were rude when I asked for assistance getting items from shelves🤨do not like walmart, so this is my only option. Found items to be very expensive. Meat was horribly high. On social security, fixed income. They were stocking shelves, acted like I was in their way. Mark, the bagger is always so pleasant. Disgusted with male employees smoking right outside enterance door!! Idiots! Very disappointef

Schnucks bakery made a fire truck cake (#27) for my grandson who is obsessed with fire trucks! It was so adorable! He loved it! And it tasted great!!!

Store is well laid out and easy to get to everything. Shelves are always stocked and store is always clean. Flowers kept fresh and looking beautiful. Really like this place. Next to Subway if you're looking for a quick bite. Schnucks chicken is absolutely fantastic.
