If I could of gave them one star I would their loss prevention guy who is a twerp who thinks with that title he’s somebody! Tonight I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life because of this man! My 7 turning 8 at midnight daughter were getting her cupcakes for her class we were checking out and talking to the girls who were hyping my daughter up with her stitch outfit and telling her happy birthday… I truly thought both cupcakes scanned a mistake when your enjoying your kid take in all the birthday love. This little man dragged me and my daughter in the back with 2 giant fake cops. Instead of letting me correct a mistake which I was gladly willing to correct now you are threatening the cops on me and to arrest me if I don’t give you my information! My daughter is now traumatized over this balling her eyes out a few hours before her birthday! How is this ok? How is it that most of the people working there are so rude and are unwilling to help your customers?! And then once I made enough of a scene in the back room because how dare you! I finally retrieved my purchases at the customer service, and they tried to snatch what I had already bought away from me. And then, as I was walking out and telling them that I will no longer be spending money here they said I don’t spend enough money here and it doesn’t matter who cares. I spend well over $2000 a month here easily but not no more!

Done with it. Had to schedule an oil change. Fine. Rather than sit and wait, had a friend pick me up and ran some errands. An hour and a half later, decided to stop back. Just as we were turning into the parking lot, got a notification they were just about to start the oil change. What was the point of making an appointment?

Stood in line at the self checkout for a solid 20-25 minutes this morning while a woman with maybe 200 items took forever to check herself out, a man with a motorized cart took the longest time to get his items together, only to not pay for his items and wander off. Meanwhile, the woman who's job it is to stare at customers finally came to life and opened new registers... only to allow the people BEHIND me to go to them, and leave me and the elderly woman in front of us to continue to wait on people with cart-fulls of items to stumble through checking themselves out.It isn't hard to see why this place is going out of business soon. It's a catastrophe. You can barely navigate the store with all the employees in your way, who apparently don't like moving for customers. Then you cant even check YOURSELF out in a timely manner. Less employees staring at customers, more ringing them up would be a nice start. I'll wait to hear from somebody I know that you've finally started that again before I go back to this location. Checking out shouldn't take five times as long as filling your cart.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location is one of the most neglected and careless walmart stores I've seen. The staff, mostly younger people, walk around grumpy and upset when a customer asks for assistance. I waited 30 minutes for an associate to come to the sporting goods counter, after pressing the button to summon someone. No one came and no one even walked by so I went to the front to ask them to page an employee to the counter. I went back and waited for 10 minutes after hearing her announcement over the intercom. No luck. I left and will never return. The store was also very dirty and not taken care of. Maybe if the employees would stop dancing around the store on their phones and stop playing the the store products, and then decided to pick up the fallen items off the shelves and sweep the floors, this location would be less cluttered and dirty.

Saved 10 cents per gallon at the fuel station by just scanning the QR code at the pump and saved instantly at the pump! I enrolled on the Walmart App in minutes and was in and out in a jiffy. Very happy for the QR code conveniently at the pump!

This is the best Walmart in Rockford. I use their grocery pick-up every week, and they always do an amazing job. My order has never been wrong or late. The employees are always incredibly polite and helpful. Their automotive department is awesome, too!

I come to this store often do I know where everything is. They recently did a lovely remodel but now I'm having a hard time finding things. The staff is more than happy to assist with thag though. Very friendly.

Waited over an hour for a curbside pickup for one item- people were arriving after me and getting their grocery orders within 10 minutes- they are so unorganized and have no clue what they are doing! Poorly mismanaged!

Took my car to Walmart auto to put 2 new tires I bought on my car and the mechanic or what ever you calm them crashed my car i..butvi will sayvi was mad and frustrated but my claims guy nickolas made it all disappear and took care of me a.s.a.p. the first time I talked to him.ok I had a bad thing happen to my car but thank God for people like nickolas ,he took all my stress and panic and my anger away frome and said he was taking advantage of it a.s.a.p. it s people like Nick that will keep me😊as a😁customer and iwant to thank gim so much for relieving my stress anxiety and panic of how what when and where.I will actually relax this evening and my trust in Walmart has been saved ..causei know it something we must go through so I know they do their best and with employees like Nick saving the day .is why I am a Walmart repeat xustomer

This Walmart was the worst. All we wanted to do was exchange the 5 gallon water bottle we had and buy a new one. Because the bottle didn't say primo, they wouldn't accept our bottle, which was a Hinkley water bottle. Two guesses who owns Hinkley water, you guessed it, Primo water. What the heck, even if they didn't own it, you would think that getting a customer to buy your water and make them a return customer you would exchange the competitors' bottle. Not turn away a customer because they didn't have the right brand. Uhg! These people were stupid. I won't be going back there if I can help it. I will go across town to Walmart first.

This place is a joke they barely have people working and the ones that do are not even professional and disrespectful towards consumers. Mind you they have 20 lanes but only open 2 🤨 this is honestly ridiculous no wonder people don't want to work here. They honestly need to close this whole place down. I honestly feel bad for the few employees that do work diligently.

My wife and I went there to buy a blender and we was profiled and taken in the back room by Rockford Police and Walmart security to find out that we stole nothing and everything we had in our bags and our property we had receipts and it was ours completely made us look like fools nothing good to say about Walmart security or Rockford Police Department quit profiling people cuz a long hair and tattoos

I needed help finding mashed potatoes I kept going to the wrong aisle. There was a store associate name Christina, who is picking orders in the same aisle that I couldn’t find my item. I simply asked her. Can you help me find the mashed potatoes? Am I close? She said I don’t know. I said how do you not know you’re literally picking orders right now so of course you know where the mashed potatoes are she was so rude to me and then finished the conversation with her telling me she’s very new and she can’t help me out at all. It’s ridiculous. She literally visibly looked like she was high on marijuana.I then went to the check out to try to tell someone that hey, you know I have a complaint like I was just treated pretty rudely and I didn’t find my mashed potatoes that are for my girlfriend who just had wisdom teeth surgery so not only did I get treated awful I didn’t find the item that I needed either and it doesn’t seem like any other associates. Give two cares in the world about complaints on other staff I needed help inside of Walmart and instead I got treated rudely. I’m done shopping here. I understand that people doing online orders are probably busy but it literally took two seconds for her to say hey you know it’s an aisle this way or an aisle that way I didn’t ask her to walk me to it she just lied and acted lazy and rude. It’s bad enough that we have to check our groceries out on our own, but now we have to literally hope that we can find the items because associates don’t want to help us these days. Ridiculous.

TERRIBLE . Accused my husband of stealing and he didn’t do it . Didn’t show him video of himself on camera . Only the car it took the order too . They accused him of stealing to games console and charged him with a felony. Saying it was him and 2 other people . But the two other people haven’t been charged .

DO NOT DO PICKUP OR DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. I checked in and I have been waiting over 30 minutes. There are people pulling up and leaving with their groceries so I asked one of the associates if I was checked in or WHAT is going on. He said they have me checked in but they are just busy..... NO CARS WHEN I GOT HERE. Now all the cars have left and I am still sitting here. LAST TIME. That's why I get delivery, but then 3 X's I ordered but they never delivered. FORGET talking to a manager....TRIED that..... no manager and NEVER a call back.

I haven't been to this location on Riverside in a long time mainly because the the experience is badThey have an extremely poor and lazy crew most of the people there just walk n talk on the phone and when asked for help if they don't know u they give u attitudeThe only reason I went it to get a Xbox controller an that took 30 minutes to get because the staff was so busy they couldn't stop there conversation to assist me lmao instead of self check out try to re-evaluate your employees starting from the top to the lowest I'm sure it'll fix this dump of a walkmart

Do not under any circumstances go to this Walmart, it is not the company or employees I am talking about, do your research on this area and drive a few miles East on Riverside for a much safer experience. Feel free to read between the lines.

Super packed tight aisles with people and products everywhere, high prices, bad steaks that aren't worth dog food with employees that work the self checkout that smell like they haven't ever taken a health class or a shower in there life, oh and the subway there, just pass on that and keep walking immediately.

We needed help in the garden area . There was a young man who was expedient in service and very helpful. But then we went to the self-serve line, and the two young ladies there were rude. One wanted to add paper and couldn't explain herself correctly. Another spoke all upset, Practically pushed my husband out of the way saying don't you know you can't buy liquor here?and then added her pass code. I would give 3 stars, but the young man in garden was nice.

The employees here are absolutely horrible. It seems they must be standing outside the jail with applications. You got thugs working here. Pants around their ankles reeking of weed. Not to mention, it's the most dangerous walmart in Rockford.

I'm tired of scanning and bagging my own groceries and then being stopped at the door to have someone go over the receipt to make sure you're not stealing anything. WALMART: If u don't trust your customers, then put cashiers back at the registers.

If I return an item that was purchased with a debit card, that money should be put right back on my card. Not issuing a credit and not even asking me for my card. Ally in customer service made that decision for me. So now instead of getting my money right back on my card, like y’all took it off when I made the purchase, I gotta wait up to ten days… not my first rodeo and it’s not “like it’s always been”
