The store was organized and clean and the two men working were very helpful and friendly. Since this store has been in service the customer service has always been outstanding the staff changes a lot but the choices of employees have been in line with the people who shop. I have to go back soon staff had an awesome selection of music playing!

The staff came out to see if I was OK. I had locked my keys in the car. They put a chair up in the store for me to wait for my son to bring a extra set of keys. Thank you for the kind help. May 15, 2022 at 3:30 P.M. I truly appreciate it girls.

It is really dirty but otherwise the people there are nice and of course, it has good prices since it is a dollar store. :) I am a germaphobe so I couldn't be there long without feeling gross. It just is a little dirty. Otherwise it's not bad.

Employees do what they can with the limited space in which they have to work, but it is some what of a minefield at times. Store generally has what I am looking for and interior of the store is well maintained but the parking lot and adjacent lots are always layered in garbage, at times it's pretty disgusting. The management should assign an employee to have a daily morning walk around and pick up the garbage, it was especially objectionable after they mowed the grass the other day, it looked it snowed there was so much garbage spewed all over the grass. I understand that not many people seem to have respect for the environment on the west side of Rockford but 2 wrongs don't make a right after all the garbage is only accumulating due to the presence of your store thus your store should lead by example and keep your property clean as possible. In all the years I have been shopping there I have yet to see a single employee in the parking lot or grounds picking up debris, I mean it is not like they don't sell brooms and garbage bags..Thank you your time..

This use to be my favorite family dollar until they hired an ignorant management staff with zero customer service skills. They don't acknowledge you when you enter the store, they discuss their dislike for other employees right in the presence of the customers. God forbid you ask for help! Highly unprofessional! This is the third poorly ran location i'll add to my sh* t list.

Springfield Ave family dollar is the cleanest. Rockton Ave and Auburn Street family dollar's I would stay away from. Hard to find anything and the stores are an extreme mess.

Very clean I have not been in that store in a long time it's been rearranged and looks good always have had nice people who work in that store and that store has always been a clean store to go into love the prices

Dirty as always and they play loud offensive music that I’m sure is not allowed. I’ll continue to do all my shopping at Target. This store and it’s parking lot is disgusting

They have a good variety of snacks and foods. Along with a variety of household cleaning products and even cloths. It is close to my home. Makes for good quick shopping.

Wouldn’t let me in to store because I am a student, this is very discriminatory and it is the only store students at auburn have to go to. Very disappointing.
