I bought a battery at West state store January 27th 2021. 7 year battery 3 year free replacement, January 15th 2024 it went bad because it was weak and it froze. No replacement on a frozen battery. I have bought batteries there for forty years. Better off going to the junk yard and getting refurbished. Guaranteed. I have been going there since I was a kid. I am done.

Avoid this place if you possibly can.Went today to replace the car battery that has 5 years warranty,3 years free replacement,just to be told by bunch of crooks and criminals that battery had been frozen and they don’t cover the warranty.That particular car ,me and my wife had been using to go to work together,every single day,and has been in our garage every night.Now I understand there has been some very low temperature last week,but the car has been starting every morning until today.Also today prior to taking it to Farm&Fleet, I had it tested at O’Reilly’s ,and they gave me the slip saying it’s a bad battery,not mentioning anything about being frozen.This crook named Alex at Farm&Fleet,supposedly called their regional manager named Tim by phone,and told him that customer brought bad frozen battery,in which he obviously responded to denied me a replacement. Like I had said , have been buying many automotive stuff at this place,but I will be taking my business someplace else from now on.Also forgot to mention that when I arrived to their car center,there was another guy ,complaining about being screwed,that they didn’t have his vehicle done yet,and that he doesn’t have another way of transportation tomorrow for work!If I could give this crooks 0 I would.God bless and be aware! Thanks

Stoped here with my semi to get some supplies.No overnight parking for big trucks, but plenty of space to get what was needed.Easy on and off the interstate and into the parking lot.My brother recommended it and came to visit me while I was stopped there.

Very organized store with friendly staff that are always ready to help when someone have questions. They also have well marked areas for things that are on clarence, which can save you a lot if you stop by those areas.

I had a flat tire I needed to get re-plugged, they took it to their shop and came back in less then ten minutes, they took the tire off the wheel and without removing the old plug they claimed the hole was too big, they also said the tire was bald, but no wear marks are visible and my tire only had about 30,000 miles on it. I just took back the tire and separated wheel and had it patched elsewhere, I also found out these guys decided to leave out the tire valve. In summary the mechanics here are lazy and only want to upsell you on new tires.

I a Black Man and Roommate Mexican Man...Felt the heat of all your security watching us the hole time we were shopping... I tried not to look them in the face to see how many plus employees watched us in the Carhartt hooded Big and Tall section 2 of your wonderful non racist employees directed us to... I never felt so uncomfortable in any store we've been in... I tried not to let them know I was watching them then my roommate asked me did I see security I said yes... That's when I spent extra time trying on the jacket and bookbag that I did purchase because they never approached us... $179 I had put it in my online cart... The white manager stood next to the self checkout talking loud to security to let them know we paid in self checkout... It was a bad experience and I still didn't get my 10% discount for purchases online... I stopped my sign up for a credit 💳 because of my treatment the cashier said I get some points for my purchase of 179$ still nothing on 10% discount... waiting to see my points for my purchase and 10% discount credited to my debit card before I make my decision to 🛑 stop shopping with BLAINS FARMERS FLEET... HOPE WE CAN FIND COMMON GROUND... IF NOT I'LL SHOP AT MYER'S.... THAT'S ALL AND MY ROOMATE WANTS SAME THING IN BLACK BUT WEMIGHT BE SHOPPING ATMYER'S????

They always take care of my needs. Brian working in the yard was excellent with customer service!Update: the staff at this Farm and Fleet go out of their way to make happy customers. Ran into Brian again who remembered me from last year. Excellent customer service over and over again. This is our go-to local place for chickens etc.

Had to run over to Rockford store.. my favorite cappuccino they're no longer going to order so the girl that answered the phone was kind enough to pull off eight cans and save them so I could get there today and pick them up.

Absolutely love this place. After waiting a year with my receipt and item I purchased yr before I was able to exchange my item. Thank you so much to the co worker that helped me out. And Thank you Farm and Fleet for being our local west side Business for as many years as you have been over on our side of town. Your the Best. As you can see I Love my plants mostly Perennials,Wind chimes,And my Butterfly's,last my yard art.Only 1 Photo was taken at Blain's Farm And Fleet. Hmmm what one could it be LoL

Most of their employees are very knowledgeable. Unfortunately there's always one or two employees who will get someone to help if they don't know something. One thing I would not tolerate from any of my employees was when I asked a specific question, he said " I don't know, I just work here!" Unfortunately it's always with any company that causes them to loose their 5 star rating.

Customer service has gone down hill, sat on hold for over a half an hour before i gave up and hung up. They use to be better about these kinds of things, even going into the store its hard to find anyone to ask any question.

Good selection of pet items, but when you check out WATCH THE PRICE THAT RINGS UP. Got overcharged $6 and when I drove all the way back to get it fixed, wasn't even offered a "Sorry about that"... which is the simplest of customer service etiquette at the "customer service" counter.

Never been here, but it didn't take too long to find the welding area to get a helmet, a pair of gloves, and a magnifying lens for the helmet. The staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean. When checking out, I decided to become a member due to every dollar spent equals a point, and 2500 points equals a $25 gift card. They also honor veterans as well, which is a huge plus to me.

Quality of merchandise is better than most stores and the variety of things you can get here sometimes you can't find anywhere as my business buys things that we would only be able to find online otherwise. Friendly service knowledgeable managers. We really like the online order and pick up they help us load our truck with thousands of pounds of bags of Rock so we didn't have to load all ourselves.

If i could give 0 I would. I went in to farm and fleet today 1/15 into the service department and was not greeted at all by 2 gentlemen, both workers mind you. I said good morning to which no reply. Then i ask if they could mount and balance a tire. The one guy says, not today, probably Tuesday. Ok,I get that. But here's an idea. Talk to the customer, treat them like a customer. Like they pay your bills, because they do. I was immediately ignored as they were too busy to talk to me. Wasn't even asked if I wanted to set up and appointment or anything. I was basically told no and immediately ignored without another word. I go in here very often as everyone up front knows me. They all love me and I love them. I would however not recommend the service department at all. This isn't the first time I've had issues in their service department. This is just the first time I decided to say something. They need to start over in that department.

Prices and deals are pretty good, but customer service was horrible. We asked an employee if they had any snow chains. So the employee asked the Auto Center. The Auto employee from down the the isle yelled "no their illegal". was pretty rude. I know cant use them on cars but were looking for our tractor on our own land. Will be taking our business else where for now on.
