An awesome place to board your cat. It's not in my neighborhood but the 35 minute drive was well worth it. My cat looked so happy and well cared for after her two weeks of boarding there. Large condos and a cozy cottage like feel. So pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized everything looked and I got to meet one of the cat petting volunteers. Thank you Darlene for the lovely experience and for sending me pics while I was away.

They threatened to euthanize my cat when I couldn't pay to keep her there even with negotiations on payment plan. I didn't want to have her boarded, but my sister went and did it anyway without my consent. I would never go to them ever again.

I needed someone to take care of my cat while I was recovering from surgery. I’d only had him for about 6 months at the time. I was amazed by the beautiful facility and the caring and dedicated staff. My boy spent over 6 weeks there, and I checked on him regularly. He was having such a good time I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home! The cost is quite reasonable, especially considering the wonderful environment. I would highly recommend The Enchanted Cat to anyone who needs to board their cat, short or long term. ( that’s my boy Bear in the foreground)

Excellent service. Our Cat nikki was treated like a cat should be. Large play area, a large holding cage. We got regular updates with pictures. Our cat was there 2 weeks with no problems. No worries made our vaycation perrrrrrfect. Thanks guys nikki will see you on our next adventure!

We boarded our sweet kitty for over a month at Enchanted Cat and were very happy with the experience. Darlene and Paula took great care of our girl, let us know how she was doing regularly, and sent us photo updates. Although we never hope to be away from our girl for so long again, we would board her again in a heartbeat at Enchanted Cat! Absolutely recommend to folks looking for a trustworthy place to board your fur babies!

The enchanted cat is the best place I've found to board my kitties! It is by far the best option for the money. The staff is great and helpful. I get regular updates and photos of my cats while I'm away. The cages are larger than any other place I found with multiple levels. Cats get time out side the cage to explore and they have volunteers that come and play with the cats! I travel for work and this is hands down the best place to board your cats. I've looked into and visited many other facilities and no one else has all the benefits of the enchanted cat! I highly recommend them!

Paula and Darlene are the most wonderful people. They have been compassionate and understanding. I have boarded my two boys with them for the past month and a half and never once worried. I was able to visit and all the cats there are divinely taken care of. You can 100% tell that Paula does this for the LOVE OF CATS!! I will always recommend this place to anyone with cats. The care they have shown to my boys and myself will not be forgotten. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do.

We boarded our cat at The enchanted Cat for the first time this last week and loved it ! Paula took our cat in at the the minute, we had a family emergency and had to leave town. The facility was very clean, friendly and a safe place, we were very impressed and thankful that we found them. The Enchanted Cat is our new go to place for our cat. They're literally the best! I can't express how pleased and comfortable I am with Enchanted Cat's care of my cat, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Darlene and Paula have gone above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable, taken care of, and happy, and I'm happy to have gotten to know them.My cat Louie was under their care for a couple of months, and during that time period, I received frequent updates on his well-being and was assured he was in good hands. I was very happy with how accommodating they were for Louie.Darlene and Paula's care extended even further when I had to twice fax over a prescription to a clinic in town for a medication for my cat. Both times, they showed how much they cared and helped me out in a big way by getting that medication for my cat.If you ever need a reliable cat-care center in your future, look no further because Enchanted Cat is the place to go. We left our 2 cats, both requiring medications, at the Enchanted Cat for 2 weeks in the trustworthy, competent, caring hands of Paula and Darlene. We will definitely do so again! They both looked happy, healthy and well-groomed when we picked them up. Top notch care!UPDATE: It is now one year later and, once again, we left both of our cats at the Enchanted Cat while we went out of town. Paula and Darlene did their magic and our 2 cats were in tip-top shape and happy as can be when we returned to pick them up 2 weeks later. As a matter of fact, we don't think they wanted to leave their "spa"! It is wonderful to know we don't have to worry about them while we're gone. We know they are getting wonderful care, entertainment, and attention. Thank you, Paula and Darlene!

I love The Enchanted Cat!!! Everything there is about the cats...Darlene and Paula are very caring, accommodating, loving to all of their furry boarders. They have very large enclosures giving your pets plenty of space and places they can explore and play in. They have a large kitty play area too! The atmosphere is mellow and calming...I love just sitting there with the cats. Darlene and Paula, Thank You Both for all that you did for my cats...I will be back!!!!

I have never boarded any pet before and was extremely nervous. The very patient people answered all of my questions and put me at ease. They were extremely accommodating when I needed to extend the stay by a day at the last minute.The actual facility is wonderful - the cats get an enormous, multi-tiered cage. They get 4 hours of playtime and have the option to roam around a bit.Wonderful!

I have been taking my cats to The Enchanted Cat for several years now. Their services have been excellent and I have been impressed with the facility and the environment the cats share. Paula and Darlene are awesome, so caring. I boarded my boys there last January for the first time. To my delight, they both did well at "kitty kamp". They will be staying there for a long weekend very soon and I have no reservations or concerns. I would not trust my boys with anyone else.

We have been boarding our cat, Callie, with The Enchanted Cat during vacations for about 15 years. The facilities are spacious and clean with large individual caged areas that are more like cat sized and furnished rooms than cages. There is also plenty of shared space for sociable cats. Callie is always well cared for, including administering medication in recent years. We can not imagine taking her anywhere else!

My cats Felix and Dakoda were well treated and enjoyed their stay in the Enchanted cat place. They were free to play and well fed. As required, I brought the food to the owner who did an excellent job to feed my two cats. I also had all of the cats' vaccination.My cats were very happy and felt safe during their stays . It is an excellent, a high quality and safe place for cats while people are away. The owner is respectful, nice and loves cats. My cat Dakoda had a trauma, she was a street cat before I adopted her. Dakoda did not have any anxieties at all in the enchanted cat place. She felt safe and loved. I highly recommend this place and I will use it again. Happily we have place like that for cats.

This is the best place to put your cat(s) and not have to worry about a thing. My cat is on the older side and has diabetes. I was reassured that this is something they can handle and they did. I was worried about putting him in due to his age, but he came out happy and healthy, which I cannot say about other places he has been boarded. These ladies truly care about your cat and the cats get additional attention that they all need. They are very attentive to what your cat needs and wants.I highly recommend that you use the Enchanted Cat if you are looking for a reputable place to put your cat while on vacation.Thank you!

We absolutely love the care both Darleen and Paula give our cat Morticia. She is used to being treated like a queen, so being at the 'cat resort' ,as we call it,suits her to a tee! The facility is super clean and odor free, nicer than some hotels we've stayed at! We looked at several other places that 'claimed' to board cats and I wouldn't leave the rattiest street cat at any of them! We have total peace of mind leaving our cat kid here, which matters when you're far away. Pricing is more than fair, they have veterinary experience, and even live on-site! Bring your cats here, you won't be disappointed! That nasty reviewer must have a problem with knowing where she was because it WASNT here! 😻😻😻😻

Super impressed. We took our cat Zora here for the first time. She is an older cat who has always just stayed with friends and family before. She was here for 10 days and is happy and healthy. It is a really neat place, and they seem to do all that they can to make it fun and keep cats entertained. Your cat will be well loved here. Will definitely do this option again. The Enchanted Cat was/is a dream come true. We had our suspicions at first, but the care and love that was shown to both of my cats was definitely not fabricated. Our cats stayed for over 6 Months and were shown the utmost care and attention. If anyone needs to leave to go on a trip or have any kind of problems and want your cats to have a great place to stay, THIS IS IT.I would leave my cats here again, without hesitation. From the first time I visited the Enchanted Cat, I could see how Paula and Darlene truly treat each cat, as if it's their own. My cat Jules was a rescue cat, so she needed tender loving care. She got exactly that and more. The huge open cage atmosphere is so much better than all the other places I'd researched. Each cage has room to roam, and several different places to sleep, but the biggest perk at Enchanted Cat is that each cat gets free time to roam outside of their cages. Now when we bring Jules to Enchanted Cat, we know she'll get attention, and love. And isn't that what every pet wants?!

I discovered this gem a few years ago and have been taking my 3 cats here ever since. I used to go to a nearby kennel that also boards cats, but after they began boarding yapping puppies in their cat room (it took my cats days to return to normal), I decided to look for a new place and so glad I did. The facility here is very clean, quiet and welcoming. The cat enclosures are huge, immaculate and decked out with nice, cozy blankets on multiple levels and their own TV. It's also less expensive than the kennel - things that they upcharge for are included here. In addition, you can clearly tell that Paula and Darlene love cats. Most importantly, I have zero concerns when I drop my cats off here. I know they are in excellent, caring hands.
