I Was about to write a negative review...I went to Spark'd and purchased a product ( Only like my third time ever going ) when I got home and opened it, It was significantly lighter than it was supposed to be. I was really upset, as I had spent quite a bit of money, but I called and they were extremely helpful and completely rectified the situation to my satisfaction. They were very professional and did not treat me like I was being dishonest. Thank you for all your help. I definitely won't be going anywhere else.

Just want to give a shout out to one of the managers! There was a limo parked directly in front of the entrance/ through the handicap spots, when brought to the attention of the manager, she asked the driver who was outside of the limo smoking to not block the area. As a disabled person, it really means a lot to see the compassion and consideration from this business.

Normally, I go to Rise out in LITH. However, it’s quite a bit a drive from McHenry. Driving by today, I decided to stop by and I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out a place so quickly. In less than five minutes, I had my adult candy and was flying high… No pun intended. The security was nice, the girl behind the counter was nice and although they’re still under construction, I got what I needed.Now, to address 3 things I’ve noticed within the last 72 hours from the day I’m leaving this review… First of all, if you have an expired drivers license, even if it’s by one day, that means your drivers license is expired. The law is the law. If these people were to disperse anything on expired identification, they could be in strong jeopardy of losing their license to operate just because you had a fit that your license was expired. That’s nobody else’s problem, but yours.Second of all, to the person that says they’re too expensive… I would pay $38 for what I got today at Rise per bottle and I’m paying $3.00 more here. However, the tax is a little bit cheaper. I don’t know how that is, but that’s what it is.Lastly, to the person that says they made a purchase, the bag was stapled, and when they left, one of their products was missing… Guess what, you can open the bag before you leave the building and verify what you’ve got. I’m hoping that’s what you did. That’s what I did before I left and everything was cool. I also learned that they double check each other’s work in the back before dispersing anything.Stop complaining about the smallest things in life before you try and ruin someone’s reputation. I could easily complain that the vibe in here is weak because of their construction, but the fact is, I got what I needed and people were cool.The day they have a bad day, I’ll let them know, instead of publicly shaming them

Isaiah was awesome. Very knowledgeable on everything. Not only did he give you reasons for things happening, but what to try to correct certain situations. Clearly he knew what he was talking about. Not like other places were most of the employees. Don’t know anything. All in all everybody there was excellent there wasn’t one person and he better than other, we just had the pleasure of interacting with Isaiah the most. Rachel came in at the end, and was also just as awesome to share an experience with just like everyone else. Overall awesome experience.

I recently went to a terpene-themed candle making class at the lounge here at the Richmond location. Tea (instructor) was AMAZING - we learned a ton and had an absolutely blast as they're incredibly fun, smart and bubbly! Jeff was super duper friendly and helpful during the activities. (Diana was also a big help and Ponyo was very sweet and fun to interact with.) Not only did we walk away with three awesome candles each and a ton of knowledge, the dispensary provided flower for us so we could partake during "smoke breaks" between candles AND we could go in and purchase anything else we wanted the whole time. Could not have had more fun. We are looking forward to more fun events at the Richmond Spark'd Lounge!

I stopped in for the first time this morning. Would definitely recommend!!! Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a HUGE selection and the prices include taxes. Best dispensary around!!!Update: Been going here since they opened and have not had a single bad experience. Even had a faulty vape pen and they were quick to help get it sorted. As usual the staff is amazing and always smiling! Love you guys!

This place is really excellent, we loved the smoking lounge! Cool selection of products too and very nice employees. Pretty good sales most of the time too. Will be coming back soon

So listen to this, they check off each item before they place it in your bag. Then they staple the bag closed. How is it that I was missing items that were checked off as in the bag when they were actually missing. They reviewed the camera footage and was able to see that I was telling the truth. They did give me the item that I paid for. When I asked why was this checked off but not in the bag , like indicated on the receipt the excuse was that “we were SO!!! busy it was just one of those things “. No, they weren’t busy. It was myself and two other customers in the building and they had three people at the counter ready to help customers. Just one of those things!? No, your people don’t do their jobs correctly or they weren’t trained correctly to do their jobs. Which one is it because either way is a very pitiful excuse. No compensation to me for having to come back and wait again. Very unprofessional, seems like all young kids that like to goof off instead of work. Would recommend to go to any other dispensary, so you don’t get ripped off. They couldn’t even put a $5 credit on my account, very poor management. They won’t be around long.

I used to love this place til they changed the pricing policy. Taxes used to be included in the price you saw online, which was one of my favorite things about this place vs other dispensaries. Now the tax is not included any more and they are just like everyone else. Not happy with this update at all. I won't be going out of my way to go here any more.

Unique set up! Engaging staff! To address the concerns in some of the other reviews, the barcode on those cards take you to their website. The card itself is not a coupon. I fact, none of their coupons “scan” they’re on their computers. Directions to preorder with a reminder that you have a discount on your second order is on the card. Taxes are included when you add your items to your bag. It is stated on their website in the first pop up. (“Taxes are added upon check out”). If you’re not checking out, you’re not seeing the taxes. And finally, comparison of pricing to the other dispensaries. At sparkd, I got not only a 1st time but also a 2nd time discount. I’m earning points with every purchase as well, sales every single day. I’ve compared their prices to rise and altius. They are nearly the same if not better, with the deals sparkd offers their customers. They also provide a chill place to hang with friends and enjoy your cannabis. Love this place!

Oh wow! Don’t wanna say anything negative about the competition and won’t. I will say I’m very happy I found you, and only 25 minutes away. Felix! Rachael are just fantastic. I described for Rachael what I was looking for and voila! Man did she get it right. Similar experience with Felix. The whole cotton pickin staff and product!

I would have given 5 stars 🌟 but my service here on 4/8/24 was awful I asked to use a coupon I was given by people who worked here and than when I tried using it they rudely explained that I couldn't 🙅‍♀️ do to it being it was for first time buyers and that is fine I just assumed they would just try and scan it like the people had done in the past 4 times I was there 🤷‍♀️ but instead the Budtender and manager were both very rude to me it made me feel very disrespected guess I won't be going back I'll just have to take the drive to Rise from now on which is sad 😔 as it is so much further from my house
