We love our 6mth old golden doodle F2b "Ruby" from this breeder. Super smart, healthy & sweet. Place was clean & caring. Just wish i could have obtained more documentation about parents. (Reason for 4 vs 5 star) Update: Here is Ruby at 1.5 years! Best dog EVER!

In June of 2009 we acquired our schnoodle Toby from Pups4kids. Toby was a VERY loving and faithful dog, and easily the best dog we ever had! He was fun-loving, full of life, and a great cuddler. Unfortunately we had to put him down yesterday due to declining health issues at age 14, and we miss him dearly. Perhaps in the next couple of years we will consider getting another dog and will contact Pups4kids again. Thanks to Pups4kids for making such a sweet dog like Toby available to us!

We got our Goldendoodle Abby from Robin almost 9 years ago. She has been the most AMAZING dog we have ever had. (Of course we have loved them all, but she has been the most well behaved, lovable and amazing with kids) I have referred my friends to her as well and all have been very happy. After much thought and consideration of adding a new puppy to our family, time and time again I was recommended by different people to visit pups4kids; so, I did. We have had our beautiful chocolate Goldendoodle for about 4 months now and cannot imagine not having her in our home. Her disposition is the best out of any of our dogs and she has been a breeze to train. Our puppy is now 6 months old and was just to the vet over the weekend so she could just stop in and say hello as well as schedule her spay appointment. Our vet adores her and tells us that she is in absolute perfect health. To date she has not required any visits to the vet related to any unforeseen illness, ears, skin or digestive issues....nothing. If I had room for more dogs, I would go back to Robin without having to think twice about it. Thank you Robin for being a part of bringing our wonderful puppy into our family.

The seller doesn't care for the puppies. I got a dog from her and took it to the vet it had parvo and passed away. I called her to tell her about it. She said "I am not going to do anything about it". My kids are very sad about the situation. Save your money and go somewhere with better reputation. She has 2 websites up. Beware this is a puppy mill. Her reply isn't even to me because I never went with a relative about a 7 mile fair purchase. Guess she's sold multiple sick dogs and is confused.

BUYER BEWARE! (They don't allow negative star ratings....)I bought a puppy from Robin when she was located in Mundelein. I should have done some homework on her, but, as they say, you can't help who you fall in love with, and I fell for one of her puppies. After I purchased my puppy, I would contact Robin off and on for advice on a few issues that I had had with the dog. I took the dog to the vet within a few days of getting him from Pups4Kids, as required, and at that point he was given a clean bill of health. At his neutering appointment, the vet informed me that my dog was Cryptorchid, so had an descended testicle. What should have been a simple procedure, ended up requiring a much more invasive surgery, which of course was very costly. At the time, the vet said "It could be hereditary, or it could be a complete fluke".I followed Robin's instructions at first, and fed him the food she recommended, and the treats she recommended, etc. since he had had numerous stomach issues. After the first year of trying multiple options, the vet had prescribed a Gastroenteric formula food, and then switched to a hydrolyzed diet, because even boiled chicken and rice would give my dog Diarrhea. Every time my dog got sick, the Vet would suggest Metronidazole, which I mentioned to Robin, and she responded that she gave all of the puppies metronidazole daily. At one point, I reached out to Robin inquiring about my dogs parents. I sent an email to her concerned that perhaps his gastro issues were genetic, and wanted to know specifics about his lineage. Her response was "Give me a call when you get a chance". So I went into her shop. She immediately handed me a few cans of dog food made from Rabbit. It seemed as if she knew exactly what would "cure" my dog. I have kept my dog on Rabbit, however, have had to switch to pure RAW Rabbit because the formula that Robin gave me 1. was on a major recall list, and 2. had other ingredients that created sensitivity in my dog.My dog is now 2 years old, and has been to the vet 21 times TOTAL. This includes his regular visits, however, it is not only my impression, but also that of my vet, that my dogs issues are genetic and hereditary. In April, I contacted Robin via email and Facebook, and written letter requesting a full monetary refund for my dog. I knew her warranty would not cover the EXHAUSTIVE vet bills (about $4000 TOTAL in 2 years), but at the very least I think I should be refunded the $800 I paid for my dog. Robin did not have the decency to reach out even once. I contacted an attorney, who reached out to her, and she had the NERVE to tell my attorney that vets over treat animals, and she would have taken better care of my dog herself.This woman is a PUPPY MILL. I love my dog immensely, but it is unjust for this woman to call herself a breeder, when she's purchasing from a mill. She puts a hefty price tag on all of her dogs, and she can't even be bothered to give owners in depth information on the dogs lineage if asked, and takes no responsibility for sick animals.After a bit of research, you'll find that she's had numerous businesses, hopped from town to town, changed business names many times, and even herself uses 3 different names. BEWARE!!!UPDATE: Firstly, I did contact you numerous time before the one year mark, I just wasn't wise enough to get them in writing. I mentioned how picky, and how sick he would get from treats, and you offered freeze dried Beef, which worked for 2 weeks. Furthermore, you gave me ZERO paperwork on the dogs lineage. You gave me a blue folder with a white tag that stated his DOB, and breed. Inside was his microchip, and your Health Warranty. I even sent an email ASKING for his lineage information, to which you could have responded with the proper information, but instead, asked me to come in, or call you. Furthermore, I love and adore my dog, I am not unhappy with him in the least. I'm upset that irresponsible breeders make big bucks off animals that end up suffering.People, do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere for a pet.

I purchased a Bichon Poodle mix 17 years ago. My little Mochi passed away a few months ago. She still wanted me to chase her around the house less than 6 weeks before she passed Seriously thinking about getting another dog from Pets4kids even though I would be driving from Texas this time.

WE MET WITH ROBYN AT PUPS4KIDS. SHE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HER PUPS. SHE WAS PATIENT AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. SHE GAVE US ALL PAPERS, WE GOT OUR PUP, TUCKER, GOLDEN DOODLE, A YEAR AGO AND HE HAS THE BEST PERSONALITY EVER! WE HAVEN'T HAD ONE HEALTH ISSUE WITH HIM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PUPS4KIDS ESPECIALLY AS A FIRST TIME DOG OWNER. I CAN CALL HER ANYTIME I HAVE A QUESTION! THANKS ROBYN!
