Every other item of several I picked up was expired (some little, some by over 6 months); lots were expiring soon too (days). Also a few rude employees too either as shoppers or unwilling to really help.

I frequent this Walmart at least 1-3 times per week. However, I refuse to return now. Something occurred today that has changed my entire perception of this store. I was holiday shopping today, while checking out (in self check-out), I noticed a white man standing towards the entrance staring at me. (THE ENTIRE TIME!!) I didn't think much of it because he looked liked he had cognitive issues. However, while I was walking to the other entrance/exit, that I entered through...... he started speed walking sort of ahead/next to me, watching me out of the corner of his eye the entire time. Get to the entrance/exit, he starts yelling at the door person who was preoccupied.....he continued yelling his name and ran ahead of me!! The guy was busy and didn't hear him. As I'm walking out, he turns around to stop me, well he stood in front of my cart. He says to me.... You didn't pay for that water. I said, Umm yes I did, I have my receipt right here, is this why you were chasing me and yelling for him? Him: Yes, you didn't scan or pay for that water..... it's also not on the receipt. And folds his arms as if he's about to walk me back in the store. I asked him, Why would I steal $3 water when I just spent close to $500???? I showed him on the receipt where it CLEARLY showed I paid for the water. Instead of offering an apology.... He says..... you have many eyes on you. If I didn't truly need everything I just purchased, I would've turned around and returned everything! Now I know my little $200-$300 a week isn't going to ruin their business but I will now go to ANY other store, versus going to this Walmart.

Not happy with the tire center. Had to buy new tires that were supposed to be under warranty because I bought them last month. They were worn unevenly and was not told about it last month. Called and talked to store manager and was told they are NOT certified to work on cars. So save your money and go elsewhere for car needs.

Over the last few months when getting delivery from this store my food has been the wrong thing or has been expired to the point of rotting in some cases... You can SMELL it. It's ridiculous.

18 registers and they have 2 open lines backed up forever!! I will never go back to another Walmart it's like this at every store!!! Need to stop employees from pulling damn orders and run a register I'm done bye Walmart Dollar general store bound!!!

The pharmacy staff were extra lovely. We ordered a cake and cupcakes from the bakery for a birthday and its the best work I've ever seen outside of a cake shop. Super affordable really professional. Then at check out, a lady saw us struggling with 2 carts and the kids and she waited for our huge grocery shopping trip and then helped us load the van. Somebody is doing something right with this store.

I go in and get what I need. If they don't have it, there's always delivery and with Walmart+, I get Paramount for free! And an extra 10 cents off gas

Walmart needs to work on their image as it Suffers from everything A toZ.. Walmart Rantoul is not unlike other Walmarts except they may not have the foot traffic that other stores have in bigger venues.

This is your typical Walmart. I have been to some nice ones but this is not one of them. Prepare to work as well since there will only be 2 lanes with actual people in them.

The service I received today during my Walmart pickup started off a little rocky with a couple bags missing and getting a bag of formula instead (no babies here! Lol) and the employee who was in charge of my order was on top of it. Not only was he entirely polite the whole time, he listened and double checked things to make sure I didn’t leave without any of the things I needed. He even had it all resolved extra quick and then we were on our way. I’ve worked in customer service for almost 15 years and I understand completely that mistakes happen, especially during such a busy time of year and I’m sure they have their own staffing issues there too. The thing is, it’s what happens AFTER the mistake is caught that matters. Kris is going to go places if he keeps up that work ethic and attitude, I hope Walmart realizes how lucky they are to have him during these times. Keep up the great work, Kris!

What can I say, it's Walmart. You can sure tell the difference in the personal. The older folks what few there are are guick to ask if you need any help. The young folks have their face buried in their cell phones. The worst is having to scan and bag my items myself.

I ordered groceries online for pick up for the wrong store and call the store for the grocery pick line 3 times with no answer so I call the help line for the store and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. I finally hung up because we had made it to the store.

Poor cashier looked all over for CSM and couldn't find one. Finally another cashier was able to assist. None of the self check outs were accepting cash and 3 of them were out of service.

Shelves always empty, long lines,need to keep products stocked more and whyyy is it freezing throughout the stores. Even the employees have on jackets,like get it together walmart.
