This is a wonderful place. They got me in after my dog had a seizure when two other clinics turned me away because they didn’t have appointments for new patients. Dr. Robinson was very kind and gentle with my dog Ginger and even carried her (she’s a 60lb greyhound mix) in to the clinic for me since she couldn’t walk. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options for her care. He answered all questions I had and gave Ginger extraordinary care. The prices here are very good and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Receptionist is super nice and very knowledgeable. Dr. is excellent with our two cats, and they are not easy patients 😂 I'm grateful to have a vet clinic that is trustworthy and affordable.

I took my Healthy 5 year old lab in for a simple spay. Went to pick her up and was told by the lady taking my almost $300 payment that she did great and was recovering well. The owner and his daughter bring my dog out and she was lethargic, bloated, weezing and could barely walk. They proceeded to take her outside to "wake her up" I immediately told them something was wrong. The vet said he thought her stomach had turned and said he would keep her and do any xray. They both showed absolutely no signs of urgency. They stood outside laughing and making small talk while my dog was dieing. 45 minutes later the vet called to tell me she was gone. They killed my dog and no one will tell me differently. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!!!

Wonderful clinic with caring staff, fair prices and excellent customer service and veterinary knowledge and care! We've been going here for almost 20 years for all of our pets! I've tried other vets closer to my home over the years as I'm moved around and will always return here! The drive is worth it, never had a bad experience here.

I've visited alot of veterinary clinics before and NONE of them even come close to comparing to this place. My hubbs has been using this clinic since he was kid and always had a great experience. I've been using them for almost 3 maybe 4 years now and I could t be happier with the services they provide. They ALL go above and beyond!! Olivia is one of our faves here (not that the other girls aren't awesome, they are we just interact with Olivia the most) shes always bubbly and smiling when we visit the clinic and I love that... IDK about others but it makes me feel welcome.(I spent 16+ yrs working with the public and it's hard to find awesome ppl like Olivia, she reminds me of myself when I worked with people.) She's always so helpful, Informative, kind and courteous. We appreciate her very much! All of the vets here are amazing, helpful, kind, informative I could seriously go on and on. They always take the time to explain everything to you, never making you feel dumb if you aren't familiar with vet terms, they never rush you when you have questions, you can tell they know their stuff & genuinely love working with the animals. We take both of our dogs here as well as our goats and I don't think we will ever go anywhere else. Oh and this place is about the animals & providing quality care they aren't trying to get rich off of you. I love them all and I appreciate all that they have done for us and continue to do for all of our animals! Best vet clinic EVER!!!

I can not say enough about the clinic, the doctor and staff. We had to have our 16 year old dog euthanized. I was a mess between the tremendous grief and the guilt. They were so sensitive to my feelings and assured me I was doing the right thing as she no longer had any quality of life. I will not take my pets to any other veterinary clinic. They are also great for the usual pet needs. The clinic is clean, the staff is professional, polite and friendly. I am recommending them to everyone I know that has a pet.

I use to live in Ptown and we always took our pets there. Dr. was awesome. Today my son called and asked if he could bring his cat in to be put down. He has never been there, except when years ago we had to put a dog down. Anyway they told him today they were not taking any new patients at this time. Now, he wanted the cat put down and cremated. So obviously he would not be returning for further Appts. This would be a one time appt. We always felt they were compassionate people and that is why I recommended this vet. They acted like he would be returning for more appointments. If they actually thought about it they would realize it was a one time appt.

The Vet that helped us was very rude, he asked me to be quite when I was trying to explain symptoms to him. He cut me off several times during the visit, he seemed very frazzled and somewhat confused at times. I'm sure he's knowledgeable, but he has zero people skills. I left there with none of my questions answered. I will never return.

The ppl that run this place Including the vets here absolutely amazing!!! I have never in my life experienced better care for my animals until my fiance and I took one of our goats here that got her leg caught in a wire fence. They fixed her right up (surgery the next day) and it didn't cost us so much that we'd be In debt for the next 5 yrs they work with you answering all of your questions while being professional and very patient and they dont make you feel dumb about any of the questions you ask. ALL of our other animals Including our dogs will go here we will not use any other vet in the area ever again thank you to both of you for taking such great care of Ms Patti LaBelle we can't thank you enough!!!

I had to put my cat down on Christmas Eve morning. Dr.Scott was so sympathetic, having lost a cat himself in the past year. He let me take my time saying goodbye to my furbaby, and explained all the problems she was having, but let US make the final decision. Our furbaby had had a stroke and was now blind... and had no quality of life, but he STILL let me make the final decision. I even received a sympathy card from the clinic about a week later. These people really do care!
