Visited here after a BBQ while in Princeton. The soft serve ice cream is nothing to right home about but they do make up for that with a lot of interesting sundae options. The kids liked the dirt sundae with gummy worms and crushed Oreos. The counter help employees were cheerful and quick with our order.

If I could give zero stars, I would.. They didn't have half menu, they had few options there no chili dogs <I understand no chili summer > they don't sell chicken strips in summer, that i dont understand.. They don't have no soda, no ice tea, no napkins, no condiment and no fries just waffle fries they had zero taste and the burger.. The only drink they had was warm water no ice, and the cook was outside or in her car and also she wasn't that friendly at all, the way she was dressed wasnt made to cook shorts and flip flop that big no no.. I won't be back, I saw photos on the Google maps was excited to come and try there food, ice creams shops always have good food not there...

First time ordered through DoorDash they canceled order after an hour. Thought to give them another try months later. Ordered ITALIAN BEEF DIP,... They arbitrarily replaced with GRILLED CHEESE. Paid for WAFFLE BOWLS for 2 desserts...they came without. Waffle fries were soggy and tasteless. Hot dog was the only good thing. Tried to contact their manager, no response to emails or Facebook. Won't waste our time here again. 👎👎

My husband and I stopped here May 5, 2023, for an afternoon ice cream treat. My husband ordered a hot fudge sundae and I ordered a banana split. I watched as the woman prepared the banana split, handling and cutting the banana without using plastic gloves. I asked if she washed her hands before she handled the fruit and she said she hadn't. I asked if she had gloves, she said that they don't have any there. Isn't this a health department violation? Don't all restaurant employees have to wash their hands before handling food? Have no way to know what she might have touched before she handled the food. She didn't seem concerned, in fact, seemed pretty proud of herself that she was preparing our food without the use of food handling gloves. Disgusting! Can't believe that in this day and age, proper and safe food handling isn't the course in all restaurants. Obviously won't be eating there and will not recommend this place.

I drove 35 minutes to see grandma and her amazing ice cream. Her little nephew was running the place. They had two flavors vanilla and vanilla. Waffle bowl with chocolate only or with mandatory sprinkles. I had worms put on with sweaty fingers. Not worth the drive. Good luck

Wanted to go on a Sunday but always closed. Tried it tonight but will not be returning. The price that was on the menu on Facebook was not the price charged. Also the size has gotten smaller. The help was not the most polite and the other worker tried to be nicer. Also not responsive to messages on Facebook.

My family and I usually come here quite often. The food has been good and the prices are very fair. Until recently typically the only issue we’d ever really have was trying to order something on the menu only to be told that it was no longer being served or just not being served at the Princeton location, never a big deal just a bit of an annoyance. Up until recently that was really the only issue but lately customer service has gone downhill quite considerably on multiple occasions recently the staff was either rude or just unattentive and Blatantly ignoring customers. The website lists their hours of operation as open a full hour later then they claim to be. Several times recently our family has visited the Princeton location and one occasion we had arrived about a minute before closing and we’re completely understanding when they told us we were to late. A separate time we arrived 10 to 15 minutes before closing, upon entering the parking lot we could see the workers inside with the lights on by the time we rounded the other side to the drive through the lights were still on inside but no one was to be seen. we waited at the window for several minutes with no service finally after trying to call the phone was ignored and the light suddenly went out. they did not even have the decency to come to the window and say anything even though they were still open for another 15 minutes. Our most recent attempt we called ahead to make sure we had time to get there and place an order ahead of time the worker was very rude who answered the phone and stated that they were closed even though the website said they were open till nine and the time was only 8:15. I hope they can address these issues in the near future.

Worth a drive for some amazing food! Have been to a couple locations now. So far everything has been great, from the greatest grilled cheese sandwiches to an awesome breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. The best cheese curds too! Might make it a routine to stop here!

Great food and icecream!!!! Their prices are a bit high for the return but it's definitely worth a few days during the summer. Definitely recommend for their icecream!!!! Good news is too it's both wheelchair accessible and a casual family friendly place!!

Pleasant surprise for princeton. My husband enjoys banana splits. He said it was the best one he has had in a very long time. The food options look great to. We came in 20 minutes before closing with 3 younger looking employees there and they never once complained that not only our group but 2 other groups as well came in.

I am not sure why this is happening but the last 2 times I have tried to place an order at the drive thru there is no one insight. I have honked my horn knocked on the window & no one answers so I drive off no business for you I guess!

Takes awhile to get your food, which I understand but we have taken our orders home several times only to find it wrong. Today I waited for our lunch, paid $26, got home to find waffle fries missing and the wrong burger. I wasn't dragging my granddaughters back there so I called and asked that they give us a credit toward our next purchase. No. They don't do that. They will only give you the item that was missing from your order. I won't be going there for lunch again.

On 7-14-16 got a hot fudge Sunday to go with a lid on top. . Once home started eating it. . About 4 or 5 bites into my ice cream I got a hard chunk in my mouth. ... upon taking it out I discovered it was a brown bug about the size of a peanut. ..NICE...NOT. .. after calling the manager. . She offered a full refund and a free Sunday. ....impressed with the service but not the bug in my ice cream. No stars tonight along with no hot fudge Sunday. .😩😕😕

This is a favorite place of ours ! Love their food & of course the ice cream . The employees are very polite & kind ! They always make sure everythings to our liking and its always nice to go into an establishment where the people have a positive attitude. Two thumbs up - keep up the great work ! 😁

I hate to say it, but I am just unimpressed with this place. My boyfriend loves it because he knows the owner, but having no personal connection I see it for what it is: sloppy, mediocre, & overpriced. $22 for two people is high, but then when you get your food and see you've just been ripped off is insulting. We ordered a gyro and an Italian beef with waffle fries and two medium drinks and it was $22. We got our food and the auj ju for the beef was not even hot, the beef on the top was just out and out cold, not even hot enough to begin to melt the slab of cheese that they put on top. I asked for mild peppers and they gave me a shity canned version of jardiniere, which I've never seen put on Italian beef, it does not pair well. In a separate basket was a half a handful of waffle fries, not even enough to line the bottom. Not that I need that much, but to pay $22 wouldnt you expect to take half your meal home? Nope, 12 waffle fries for each of us. My boyfriend's gyro had more sauce than meat and was just a complete mess on a plate. Their ice cream is good, but I'll never order food again.
