I love this place. I look forward to their corn dogs! They have a lounge upstairs that has a TV, tables, microwave, and laundry. Has a Burger king attached it has a drive thru. They have clothes, gifts, and fudge. The women's bathroom also has bidet's.

I use to love this gas station clean bathrooms well lit at night and if you were a rewards member you had a card to start the pump without paying first. They got rid of the card and made you set your phone number up and it then gets sold to solicitors to drive you nuts 24/7. That isn't the bad part, if your traveling the same route I do about 3 to 5 times in a 7 day week the last thing you want to do is waste more time. I always stopped at this station because the employees are very nice and convince. If you try to pay at the pump you don't get your fuel discount and if you go inside you have to pre pay to start the pump but then you have to go back inside and re enter your number to get the discount also they won't give you a receipt until you pump the fuel so now on a transaction that should take me going into the store and coming out takes 2 different times of going in and out of the store to pay to get a receipt and get your discount. I'm done giving this gas station my business and spend thousands of dollars every year traveling 260 milea every few days. Get back to convince store that is convenient let not make it this crazy just to get your discount or receipt that people need to write off the fuel they purchase for their business or miles at the end of the year. To pump gas shouldn't take several trips in and out of the gas station and about 15 minutes for such a Simple transaction. The worst part about it is they had an awesome system for regular business and they found a way to mess it up.

This is not a sapp bros tuck stop. At most it is a sapp express. No restaurant no fried chicken on weekends and almost no hot food at all on weekends. I was kindly directed to the restaurant across the street for food and was notified they had parking like they wanted me to leave and not spend money here. They are actively making sure there’s nothing here for drivers especially on weekends so give them what they want and go somewhere else.

MY WIFE LOVES THIS PLACE. She says that the women's restroom is the best she has ever stopped at for a truck stop. The women's toilet has bidets and she loves stopping at this place because the bathroom is like stopping at a spa. It's a welcome​ break during long road trips to see family.

Diesel pumps getting old, need to play with the DEF lever to get diesel to pump. Maintenance guy comes out to show you how it's done. Maybe ownership should pay to fix the damn equipment. Had the same problem in Council Bluffs a month ago.

I love the bidet. Super clean restroom and the only truck stop I’ve ever been to with heated toilet seats and bidets. I literally will go out of my way to stop at a Sapp Bros when I’m traveling.

It’s 7:30pm and no food for truckers to buy.. Burger King Not open on SATURDAY and Sunday. Oh; also no chicken . We as truckers do not have a nine to five schedule. I’m highly disappointed. Everything else was great.

Went to truck shop for dot inspection. Had a 10 am appt. today. Upon arrival I was told that it would be quite a wait because they had a truck that got there the previous night but did not have an appt until later in the day today but since it was there before mine and not yet started on that i had to wait until that one was done. Why is there appointments made if ones get to jump in? I came from an hr away and didnt even get as much as a phone call. Very poorly managed and not considerate of other peoples time or money.

Came in to Sapp Bros knowing we'd be here for awhile as I had to reset my sleep schedule for a load I was under. Sapp Bros as usual has very clean restrooms, plenty of stuff to look at/buy, & friendly staff. They don't have an Apple Barrel restaurant, which was disappointing, but the Big Apple Family Restaurant across the street was worth the walk. Burger King at Sapp Bros looks like a bust if you're here on a holiday.

Excellent service with a smile, stopped here to fuel up and the young ladies working where pleasant and professional. Place was clean and organized and bathrooms mom approved!The pumps and equipment at the fuel island where in great condition and worked flawlessly, that's a big deal in the trucking industry. I love Sapp Brothers, compared to others they are a step above for sure.Also, thank you for the anniversary hat, I love it and will wear it with pride!!!!! Happy anniversary!

Really gone downhill. Not as clean as it once was. Subway gone, but no big loss. Showers nice but tiny and HOT, no ventilation. Worse of all - diesel pumps. They often malfunction and you have to walk back inside, sometimes multiple times, to get it worked out. They usually end up telling you to change to a different fuel line. Ridiculous.Last time fueling at Sapp was today. Thirty minutes to fuel a semi is much too long. Update and fix your pumps, Sapp, and maybe we will be back.

Never had the chance to stop at a Sapp Brothers before and likely won't try stopping there again. The price for regular gas showed a price of $3.36 on the display out at the highway, then I got to the pump and it was $3.99 at the pump. Not cool.

It was lunch time, so I stopped here at Burger King. Nice staff and cool inside of the place, but going into the main shop area it got better. Lots of items to look at and to buy. Very clean all over and the staff were making sure that it stayed that way. The hot food section was busy as it was still the lunch hour. Many thanks for this place to be open here.

I have been using Sapp Bros. shop since the mid 90's. Great service and excellent prices. Second to none when it comes to front end work, general maintenance and parts prices. Lowest labor rate in the region. Highly recommend for any truck owner.Truck stop is always clean and awesome showers. Staff is the most professional and courteous in the industry. You won't be disappointed.

Stopped in to get an oil change. Was told they were booked up for the day. Made an appointment for 9:30 am. Sat on the front row and watched for 8 hours as no truck was ever serviced. It’s 10:00am, and was told there is no mechanic. If you don’t want to work, just say that

One of the better Truck Stops in the area. The grounds and facilities are clean. Service is friendly and helpful. The shop is considered by some the best in Illinois.The drivers lounge, rest rooms and showers are clean. I had little fear of taking anything home.

I stopped for some coffee and a quick breakfast to go. It was about 7:30 AM. The coffee was fresh and good. The gal tending the coffee station was courteous, friendly, and attentive. The gal tending the register and the hot food case was very friendly. An older gal, I think her name was Debbie. I had a slice of pizza and a sausage and egg biscuit sandwich. Both were hot and tasty. I highly recommend this place for your morning pit stop. I will be back next time I am in the area.

It's with great disappoint that I'm having to write a `Below Expectations` review on another company with incompetent employees.Such a shame that employees like Diana cost the company hundreds of dollars in ` Non Productive Time` in consideration of their own welfare.In brief explaination:I overnighted at the Sapp Brothers Truck stop with the effort of obtaining an oil change in the early morning hours, with the intention of beating the busy daytime hassles.Around 04:30, I called the service center to get my truck serviced as there `were not` any trucks in the service bays, as I had a direct view from the pump area.Diana in service, answered the phone and I informed her that I would like to have my truck serviced.She informed me that she `Did Not` have an oil bay available, which appeared quite unusual seeing how there were no trucks in the stalls.It's only an assumption on my behalf, but if I were a betting man, I'd say that they didn't want to do the work due to an upcoming ` shift change` or pure laziness on their behalf.Presumably the General Manager or Corporate will find the answer.
