Jackie was extremely helpful, the delivery truck arrived before us, and she allowed them to start unloading (with our consent), it was the hottest day of the year, so she delivered water. She was fabulous about explaining everthing!

I had such a great experience here. Jackie was so pleasant and professional. Signing up was quick, prices are very affordable, and all the units I saw were super clean & dry, as was the whole property. No signs of water or animal access/damage over many months of keeping a whole house full of furniture in my unit (relocating, so in limbo) about 18 months ago. When I was asked by a friend where a good local storage place is, I had no problem recommending Next Door Storage. I’ve used many places over the years in different cities. Not that renting a storage garage is all that exciting, but when you one, little things stand out. So, I’d say that Next Door Storage, and their wonderful employee Jackie, is the best experience I’ve had at any storage place.

My son and his roommate/friend was at there 1st year @ Illinois Valley Community College and due to Covid their Basketball Season was canceled. Therefore we decided to bring our young men home to finish there vertical classes at home! My son found this location and another near by that was not far at all from where they were living and sure to not be far from there new location they will find when they return back. I came to Peru to check out this location first which did have a Climate Control Unit available that would would fit what I was looking for. This location was not even 5 minutes away, VERY clean and up kept. My interaction with Jackie was a breath of fresh air! Meaning she made the process of me renting the unit easy which took a weight off of my shoulders!!! Jackie is amazing and will make year experience a breeze!!! I would definitely recommend this location for your storage rental!!!KIM T.

Went online to check on storage units and saw a nice review about “Jackie”at Next DoorSelf Storage. It was 100% accurate!Jackie was very friendly and informative. The “Units” are super clean and inside, even with climate control,in a variety of sizes. They have convenient exterior doors for easy entry to the interior storage units.

I was very happy with this company until just recently. Not only did they raise my fee $30.00 but they didn't even send me a notice. Plus I had snow inside my unit which should not happen and the trim on the door is coming off. I would of left a half star but it won't let me.

Nasty DONT GO HERE!.. We purchased a unit to hold our building supplies while we remodeled. NO house hold personal items were put in the unit. We just removed the last of our things after 2 months of use. Our brand new stuff in the unit is chock FULL of COCKROACHES!!!! We can't even finish our remodel due to having to sanatize brand new things!.. we informed them nicely and they said well.. I don't know how that would have got in there and we can't do anything about it because of people's things being in here. So beware you WILL get roaches here ;( These people don't know how bugs work apparently!

My wife and I had to move from the Peru area to Columbus and were given just a couple days notice from my job, the people at Next Door Self Storage were very nice to us and helpful and their facility is fenced in with security cameras.I can't thank them enough

They are way to expensive. I pay $91 a month and im on SSI for a 10x15 space. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
