As always my experience at pekin Walmart was just fine. I hear trash talk about Walmart all the time on news apps . But ive never in 35 years plus Shopping there had any real problems. Great store 😁

Either they're store hours are wrong, or no one can answer the damn phone! I have gone to get my pickup 2 times, and says I have until 10 PM. I'm able to check in, I wait and wait. Then I try to call and say they stopped at 10 -_- and now it's 6 am, and still no answer! I just want my damn order I paid for!

This store is awful. I lost count how many times my grocery order didn't come on time (hours late) and another three times it didn't come at all. I swear whoever shops for the groceries picks out everything that's going to expire in the next 2 days and I had one order that 80% was marked unavailable by the shopper but when I cancelled the order and reordered the exact same order, magically everything was available other than a few items.

Over the past six to eight months, all I have used is their curbside pickup from using their app. Love it, those employees are the best ones I've ever encountered. Keep up the great job

Walmart has completely downgraded subs covid ...😒what a shame they do care about their customers anymore. No Google pay.. closed at 11pm. Guess 2nd & 3rd shift people don't matter in their world. Process are higher than even Kroger for a lot of things. Quality of products have went down so much I would rather shop at Aldis now. And I try to say something positive about everything. #disappointedshopper

Took just shy of an hour to get a fishing license. Employees were kind in attempting to page someone but no one answered the call. I phoned up front to customer service and held several times for a manager and was hung up on every time. Terrible management!

We had excellent service and purchased a Cyberpower gaming PC and monitor for our son for Christmas. The monitor has a small defect and our warranty was honored hassle free

Look, it's Walmart, it'll not always be perfect...but the Pekin Walmart is a really good one. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

I used to do pickup orders because it was faster than grocery shopping but anymore you have to wait 20+ minutes for a pickup order. Inside is dirty and I had to wait over 40 minutes for a pickup order while people who pulled in after me were helped sooner. A disappointment of a service to offer.

The family farm was a blast! The kids enjoyed seeing the animals and i even let them buy cookies afterwards. They had fun playing on the little playground and in their little shop! Its a great place to take the kids and show them animals and just spend some time outside! We will definitely be back!

This store isn't even worth 1 star. The manager is so rude and lacks all capacity to be professional. I have nothing good to say about this store. I will drive further to avoid spending my money on this sad pathetic, life sucking establishment.

Walmart is an excellent place to shop. Has a Hugh variety of merchandise to choose from. If assistance is needed it's only an isle away.

Today I had to go to Walmart to pick up a few things. I cringe when I have to make this trip because I hate doing someone else’s job. Today there were 4-5 full service check outs!! I’m already excited then one of the store associates with a SMILE on her face asked if she could check me out. Most of the time the associates act like they hate their jobs. But today was my lucky day, DEBORAH gave me the best customer service I have had at Walmart in years! Maybe this sweet person should train everyone else.

This storefront was cleaner than most locations. Some great bargains on must have toys: hatchimals for 40 bucks. That 10 percent less than what Aldi price. American Dolls for less than 25 bucks. Line were.still too longer for the holidays season.

It's frustrating buying food and have to scan it all myself. There are never more than 2 open live person lanes. It's terrible being handicapped or elderly and no one to help. I limit going there anymore. Customer service has been sidelined.
