Trouble Free is amazing! I called when my furnace wasn’t firing on the coldest day of the year! (-5 right now). Joshua Burch is the technician who came out. He was able to diagnose the issue and replace the part necessary right away, having the proper parts on the service truck.Joshua was wonderful, and very professional. He explained what the problems were, replaced the part, and tested the part multiple times to insure that the furnace was in full working order. I’m very grateful for the service and how thorough he was.I highly recommend Trouble Free for your hvac or plumbing needs.

Technician Jackson did a great job on the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. He was very polite and respectful when speaking with me. He worked hard all day. He cleaned up the work area before he left the job. He made sure I understood all the new features of my units and thermostat and reinforced that if I had any problems or questions later on to reach out and contact them. I recommend using Trouble Free for your heating and air conditioning needs.

10/10 recommend these guys, came out same day to do a diagnosis, i already knew what was wrong and they told me exactly the same thing. Zach is an amazing tech, newer tech to the trade but it doesn’t even show. He’s not afraid to ask questions even if it means making a phone call. He got my heat fixed next day and even gifted me and my cats a heater to say warm! Talk about absolutely going above and beyond with his work. I could not be happier with the outcome. Zach represents trouble free extremely well. Ngl I was pretty nervous when my heat stopped working. But after making the call to them all that faded away. These guys will definitely get you back up and running at a fair price point. Thank you Zack! Literally couldn’t have asked for any better of an experience. Im glad to make not only new business friends. But making a new genuine friend! 100% call these guys first!

The water department had called me saying my water was running about 7gallons a hour. I called Trouble Free and Kurt came to the rescue. Kurt did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem when there didn’t appear to be any leaks in faucets, toilets or outside spigots. He had the parts available and fixed the problem within the hour. GREAT JOB!
