I worked with Autumn today at the Pekin store. I needed copies of an old letter that was very sentimental to my family. The paper was fragile and Autumn went above and beyond with the care of my letter and kept asking how she could make the copies better. She was so careful, friendly and polite. Friendly and helpful staff. 4 stars due to the upcharge on having my copies made on the spot. $20 to come back later and pick up. $27 to click the print button now. These are copies, not developing film.

I recently had party invitations printed at this location. I ordered online, which was incredibly easy. They were ready SO fast & the quality was fantastic! The young man working the counter was the nicest, most polite, & sincere person I think I've ever encountered. Because of this experience, I have vowed to only do future printing from this Staples...hoping all my orders result in this level of customer experience!!

Top notch customer service. I ordered business cards in a hurry, after explaining my situation Weslie and her team (I assume team, otherwise she did it all alone and that is even more fantastic) got me high quality cards in less than 4 hours. Saved my bacon and made a customer for life.

Michael Garber, a General Manager, Provided outstanding customer service and the printing department. I came in with a product I was having issues uploading to the online program, and he walked me through it with no problem. His tact, good nature, and calm demeanor made it a pleasure doing business with him. We will definitely be coming back to this location for future printing services!

The store is always clean and organized. I used the print service and it was OUTSTANDING!! Weslie and Karen heled me get prints made to the right size and was more than gracious with their prompt service. I will definitely continue to patronize this store.

I went in there to grab a couple of things. I walked up to the register that was lit up and waited for someone to see I was there. 5 minutes later, employees were chatting about their Halloween plans. They didn’t notice me until I set my things down on the counter and walked out.

Stop in to have labels made for the sale of my local honey I would be selling. A staff named Karen took the time to help me find what I'd like and set up to be printed and sent to me. Just wanted to say I looked at here name tag and was beside myself, "A Karen and look she is really trying to help me and was very socially friendly toward me, not all Karen's are "BAD"." Thought I needed to be up front and put that out there. I will come again. Thanks Karen for not being a KAREN. Lol

I enjoy this store grew up in Pekin but I overheard a conversation between the general manager and an employee of the store where he was quite condescendingThe staff is brilliant but the general manager needs to go back for a refresher course as a general manager myself at a hotel in the surrounding area it’s honestly pathetic

As far as I can tell the only place in Pekin to buy an Amazon fire stick. Stocked up on the goods and is even a fair stop for the tech savy.
