My husband just forwarded me a text from Fancy Paws saying our boy was ready and I could pay before pickup. Went to pay and there was a $25 late/no show fee. I didn’t know he had missed an appointment so I called and she said he missed one the previous month. I said I had no idea he had an appointment and I never received a text, that is why I had made today’s appointment. She said the text was automated and I would need to pay the no show fee. After hanging up I realized my husband must have received the text but did not relay it to me. We have been going there for 3 years. They need to put multiple phone numbers in their system to remind people. If not, they need to get a confirmation accepted from the customer or maybe a phone call should be made. It’s been nice Fancy Paws but you have just lost a loyal customer and any more referrals I would have given.

Took my friends timid 3 legged Pomeranian here, and these ladies were incredible with him! We asked for a lion cut, he looked so cute when they were done! And I was nervous at 1st because everywhere else was booked up for weeks and they had a next day appointment open. Glad I took it!

The ladies here are awesome with my 2 dogs. The nails are nicely done and they smell great after their baths. Plus they have awesome treats u can buy also

Wow. We decided to take our double doodle to Fancy Paws for the first time and just wow. They did such an amazing job! She has never looked so good, ever. We will never be taking her anywhere but here! The staff is so sweet, they did an absolutely amazing job, and the price was great too!! I would 110% recommend Fancy Paws!!

This place is amazing. I have a Belgian Malinois who is very high energy and very bad with groomers because he tries to wiggle out and HATES even being near the dryers. The ladies were very kind and very understanding with his needs. They have essential oils diffusing for a calming atmosphere. When I got there to pick him up he was sweetly laying on the ground with his cute little bandana and he was so calm and well behaved I didn't believe it was him! They even gave me a bag of treats to take home! Would recommend!

Inexpensive, always great, and are able to get me in on short notice (since I am usually late to schedule appointments). I never tell them how I want it cut, I figure they are the ones that do it everyday so I'll trust their judgement and my pups are always super cute when I pick them up. You will have to specify if you want their teeth brushed though, that isn't an automatic service.I have horror stories from using other shops but this place is always fantastic and I won't take my pups anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

Been going there for years, never had any issues. Other groomers have caused marks from fur not cutting and being pulled out (like a heat rash in appearance) but I've never had an issue here. And they can usually get me in pretty quickly and are fairly inexpensive.

I’ve taken my very moody Pom chow to several groomers in this area and none compare to Fancy Paws! They are patient and take their time with him and do an absolutely amazing job. I recommend them to all dog owners. I will continue to take my Pom Chow and looking forward to taking my newly adopted Aussie in!

Melanie is the groomer for my Darma. She is absolutely wonderful. She is so patient with my girl who doesn't like her face touched. She grooms Darme perfectly. I do believe I have found the perfect groomer!!!!

These ladies genuinely care about their furry customers. I brought my pup in for the third time and as I handed her to one of the groomers, the groomer took the time to let my pup sniff her and even cuddled my pup. Thanks for being so attentive and sweet!
