Nothing short of Amazing!! We were given an estimate for a new air conditioner and air handler on March 26. On April 3 all equipment was installed and working. From the first phone contact we made until the end of the install, we were pleased beyond our expectations! Great job Dogtown!

If you need a plumber in a pinch, don't hesitate to call Dogtown. Sometimes it's difficult to get service in a small town. Dogtown made it easy! We had a stinky mess, leaking into our basement. Dogtown came out straight away and was accurate to their appointment time. They're a great bunch of people, communicative, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I'd definitely use them again and certainly recommend them. Thanks Dogtown!

Bought a new heating/cooling system and water heater. Jeremy explained our options and helped us make a decision on what would work best for us. Pricing was much more reasonable compared to another company for same system. Installers were professional, polite, and worked well together. Patient with me when I had trouble getting my thermostat connected to the internet. Good job cleaning up. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

We had a toilet that began leaking on a Friday morning...all over the bathroom into the kitchen. I called Dogtown that morning and was told we would have a technician come on Monday. My husband shut off the water to the toilet so it was un-usable. When the tech arrived on Monday, it was determined that a new toilet would have to be ordered. The tech said they would most likely be back on Wednesday or Thursday to replace the toilet. We heard nothing from them so on Thursday afternoon I called their office and was told we weren't even on their schedule and again we had to wait until the following Monday for the replacement toilet. We were out of town on Friday and my husband left his cell phone behind. When we returned there was a voicemail from Dogtown saying they were at the house Friday to replace the toilet and said "Your wife called and changed the replacement day to Monday." I am a little irritated that they did not call to set up the replacement on Friday first of all and were apparently unaware of what the office told me and was doing by scheduling the replacement for the following Monday.The guys who replaced the toilet were great. They were fast and efficient. My concern is this, their inter-company communication is sorely lacking. If you call them for service, make sure to over communicate with them or you might just miss an appointment. Don't count on them responding quickly.

Had our sump pump fail last night and Jordan was at my door in just under an hour. He was thorough in investigating the cause of the failure and replacing the pump. He even helped avoid another service call by showing me how to re-light our water heater pilot before he left. Water damage seems minimal and I have Dogtown to thank for that!

Came out same day I called. Furnace wasn't working and although it was very old they attempted to fix it. After 45 years, it was time to replace. Financing was in place in minutes. These guys were professional and courteous. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Provided a payment plan so I did not have to finance the furnace replacement. Furnace runs great. Very happy with the experience overall.

Absolutely amazing customer service, we had to get our pipes cleaned due to a very nasty clog. Other places were gonna be a day or 2 before they could get someone out, and dogtown had someone here in 30 minutes. Took less than an hour to have the service done! Can’t recommend them enough. Additionally, I thought the pricing was very fair for what was done.

My recent dryer vent cleaning went very well. L shaped 30 feet long vent was cleaned with rotary brushes that removed all the lint clogging the vent. Very good price for the job. Highly recommend.

My old HVAC system failed, I called Jeremy with Dogtown to get a quote for replacement of the geothermal unit and the water heater. I called late in the day on Thursday he came out Friday morning and provided me with a quote same day. I approved the quote and in just over a week the new system was installed (which was faster than I expected). The crew showed up on time and they worked together very efficiently which allowed them to complete the job in one day. The plumbing looks excellent and the geothermal installation is very clean. I am very happy with how the process went. They are great at communicating the plan and I would recommend doing business with Dogtown.

Second time I've chosen to use Dogtown--and that in itself says something positive. This time I needed a gas line to my generator replaced.
