My first time back into a Wild Birds in what has to be 12-15 years if not longer; sadly there are no locations anywhere near me. Nevertheless, I had several question, from Screech Owls to Kildeers and more. Casey came to my rescue and was very helpful, informative, friendly and gracious; she answered all my birdy inquiries and even helped me get set up for their rewards program. After almost 2 decades, I think I'll finally make an effort to be more active again in the hobby birding community, via Wild Birds Unlimited. ^3^ Until someone can fill the shoes of such a nice place, I think this Palos Park location will be my favorite store to visit, when I'm able to get the free time. ❤️🕊🐦🦅🦆 🦉

The staff here are the greatest. They are full of knowledge and share it freely. Seed choices are good and the seed is always super fresh. They have lovely gift choices in the store as well. And best of all they have Sadie, {dog but don't tell her ) who makes every visit very special.

This is a great store. If you want to learn how to attractcertain birds,they can help guide you. I was able to seemany Orioles thanks to them. Now i want more feeders for nextspring.

Shopped there for the first time today. Had a very good experience. Can't believe all the great products. Everything is of great quality. Yes, it is a little expensive but Everything in the store seems it is the best you could get if your "thing" is birds and feeding them.I will be back.

Great staff and boutique style arts, quality of seed makes a HUGE difference so don’t always shop for deals if you want educated great info on how to attract birds and oily fresh seeds that will keep em coming back.....Edited, last part was pasted on by mistake while doing a bunch of reviews so apologies, that was embarrassing , meant only down side can be price but quality of products are above what you would find in a traditional store.
