This Starbucks is very busy at times. However, the quality of the items is always well prepared.The only thing is when ordering a drink and food, I wish they would hand all items together. One time, I ordered a coffee & breakfast sandwich, but only gave me the coffee first. I had to ask about the breakfast sandwich.Other than that, the store is spacious. I do recommend getting the app and ordering ahead if possible.I would still recommend you stop by this location.Parking: They have tons of parking. However, the location is in a strip mall plaza. Sometimes parking can be a bit tight.

This was a fairly run-of-the-mill Starbucks with the standard Starbucks food and drink offerings. Our coffee was prepared fairly quickly, but for some reason our bakery items took over 10 minutes. It was moderately busy here on a late Sunday morning. Staff were pleasant enough and the food and drinks were prepared accurately.

Ordered two drinks and a cookie at 5 PM on Saturday night. No cookies. I was told they only had cake pops and crossaints. If that was all, it would not have been a big deal. The tea was prepared right away. After 4 minutes of waiting I look over and see one guy on the drive through window making drinks. The manager and another worker are talking to each other behind the counter. In a pause in the conversation I ask the worker if my drink had been made yet. He looked at the screen, asked my name and said you will be next and then walks away. That worker and the manager begin talking again behind the counter. No other customers in the store are ordering. I ask the drive through worker if the two others are able to make drinks as well. He says yes. I said why aren’t they helping you or making the drink that I have now been waiting for? He says I don’t know; they are talking about the schedule. The manager then says goodbye to the workers and walks out. I asked if he is the manager and he says yes. I say I have an issue with you and the other worker having a conversation instead of making a drink that I have already paid for. He says well we had to discuss something before I left. I said you can’t talk and make the drink at the same time? He says he will refund my drink. I say that is not the point and no thank you. This was not only a horrible customer service experience but it was also an example of poor leadership at this store.

I was happy to see this starbucks was right off the highway, for the perfect stop to stretch legs and get something delicious to eat and drink. I ordered a head on the app and was able to run in and get my order. I was glad I didn't place it as pickup in drivethru lane, because that was quite long. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and greeted me when I stopped in. My drink was made exactly as ordered. I thought the cart with all the extras loaded near the pickup section was really smart and I wish other stores would do the same, it saved time to bother a barista to ask for a bag and etc.

As I stood and waiting too long for my drink this morning, I can see my drink ticket in the machine. I watched while the barista was casually mopping the floor. With no gloves on, they set the mop aside, pulled the drink ticket and started making my drink without washing their hands. Gross. Really!!? Aside, I then had to peel a sleeve out of the holder to complete the process on my $9 drink myself because I believe they don't do that anymore?😣Really disappointing, Starbucks!

This store is very dirty. They had 10 people working behind the counter, but there was trash everywhere, surfaces needed wiped down and when i advised the bathroom needed attention (tp on the floor and a spot where it looked like someone press on the floor) they stepped back to look and came back and said “it looks fine”..Also, I know space is limited but when you have stacks of boxes of inventory all over the seating area, it makes you feel like you’re in the supply closet.

Today is the first day of the buy one fall drink get the other free special after 12pm. Placed my order at 12:04 and it said my pickup would be ready at 12:14. When I got there it wasn’t ready, that’s fine. I understand it being super busy so I was willing to wait the 30 minutes for a drink, it’s not the employees fault. I actually felt bad for them because of the crowd of people waiting. I was frustrated because I waited for over an hour for my two drinks and was not told my order was ready. The employee that placed the drinks on the counter said the names so quiet I could barely hear (if you have a large crowd of over 20 people waiting on a drink, you need to speak up so you can get those people out of there) because the employee was quiet I was trying to pay attention to when mine was ready. My name was never called and my drink sat up there for an extra 30 minutes. Waited a hour total. The said employee was clearly very annoyed with everyone in the room and I understand that it’s busy, but you have to speak up when calling out mobile orders. Also don’t snap at a customer for asking a question regarding their order and yelling “it’s only going to take longer the more you keep talking to me” Rude.

Our favorite coffee stop everytime we drive to Missouri. Bathroom and shop are always clean. We are always greeted by a friendly staff. We typically order on the app and walk in to pick up.

Employees were friendly as soon as I walked in. Many more staff on hand than my normal location in Missouri which is probably why my WHOLE order was ready as soon as i walked in!I was prepared to wait and am so happy I didn’t have to, the little things can truly make or break a moment!Thank you for being on top of friendliness and being expedient!

Standard Starbucks quality as far as food & drink goes. We entered as one couple was finishing their order, then we stepped up to put in our order. The food came within 5 minutes while our 3 drinks came 21 minutes later.Plenty of employees, all working hard but the lead employee/shift manager should really be identifying choke points in the process & assisting as needed, in this case, with the drinks.

I only went through the drive through after placing an online order. I didn't expect to be in a line of cars wrapped around the block and waiting for over 45 minutes. My food and coffee were cold by the time I finally got to the window. I'm not sure what's going on but I wonder if there might be room for some logistical improvements.

Tationa is the best Starbucks employee I have ever had. She made my drink faster than any other barista, and made no mistakes. I was there for about an hour and every time I looked up she was working hard. Also, her customer service skills made me feel like I was welcome here and catered to.

Instead of forcing employees to pretend they gaf about making anyone a damn coffee for min wage. Why doesn’t Starbucks just start a policy where employees can throw random drinks directly in customers faces when they roll to the pick up window. I would probably finally get my coffee spending under control. And your employees could live their best lives

I placed an online order, came in 10 minutes later and they were packed. Probably 30 people inside with a dozen waiting for drinks! The guy taking orders was great, he told me they were backed up but he'd let the team know I was there for my order. He went and found/filled my order so I didn't have to wait for the in person line to diminish. Coffee was great!

I loved Starbucks and the pineapple refreshers with light ice because the cup full of ice means half of the drink isn’t full but anyway , I WAS TOLD THIS MORNING BECAUSE I ASKED FOR LITE ICE THAT BEGINNING ON MONDAY THEY ARE CHARGING $1.00 for LITE ICE !!! What ? That’s dumb and I’m done with Starbucks.
