I was standing completely in a legal place where there was no closed parking. And I was sleeping, some guy with flashing lights arrived in his car. Firm and another driver kicked me out of the place and said that this area was closed for Parking. Although it was at night it was 2 hours 30 minutes at night. You can't do that. Guys. Drivers are also resting. If you don't block parking spaces in time, it's not the driver's problem. It's your problems. This is not the way to wake up brothers in the middle of the night.

I can honestly say Love’s loves you! I’m from outta town and my wife wanted to take a quick shower since we’ve been having n the road for 10+ hrs. This establishment was one of the cleanest establishments I’ve ever been to the showers were immaculate and the employees were so helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful visit.

Great stop! I was able to get a nice walk in utilizing the parking area as well as the RV place across from the truck parking area. Wide open spaces and well lit. Not an overly huge Loves, parking wise...but, the lot was clean and pothole free. Shower room #2 was huge, clean and had great water pressure! Definitely adding this to my places to stop in the future.

2nd time stopping here. Was very clean and staff pleasant both times. Love me some Bojangles biscuits. The Bo-berry biscuits are the best. Large truck parking and you don't have to blind side the slanted spots. Speedco on site. Separate RV parking. AWESOME 👌

Loves is a great trucker stop. This one's main areas look decent. I hope they can get the Urinals fixed. It needed a bit of cleaning when I went in.

Had a chicken sandwich’ must say it’s way better than Popeyes, and as greasy either Also drivers be aware of this new policy they are trying to enforce about giving another driver your shower. They would rather that driver stink and smell before you give him you extra shower

Yes everything seems to be brand new but It's been a long time since I took a shower with so soft water. It’s lucky for those who have soft water like that. Enjoy it.

The tire shop guy is a very nice guy , he gets the job done fast , no bu…sh…t , I didn’t need extra services tho , so I can’t talk about pm and etc , just a flat tire on drives , he got it in and out fast . Reasonable , respectful young man .

When I went in to get my coffee the cashier was rude and wouldn't scan my loves bar code because it was a screen shot and it wasn't on their app. I have never had any other loves tell me this. Totally ridiculous. Cross the Normal IL Loves off your stop list. I mean what's the difference if it's a screen shot? I do it so it's easier than logging in every time. The only reason I gave it three stars was because the gas pump didn't seem to have a problem scanning my barcode!

Clean store & bathrooms! Great personnel! Lots of souvenirs, snacks & goodies! Hot & cold on-the-go-foods! Truck supplies, blankets, hats, clothing, phone accessories, headsets, ect. Looks to be a newer store. Real nice hot showers & cement lot. Great for overnight or reset. Thanks guys! (I normally do piks but we pulled in real late & was too tired honestly).

Great new place to stop as the facilities are all still new and in great shape! Bojangles is usually understaffed and takes a very long time when you order, but the food is usually pretty good. The inside dining area is extremely loud from the tin ceiling and loud hvac. Although poorly planned by the Town of Normal, traffic during peak times can be busy, with trucks parked along the main road to get in and trucks missing signs to get back on the interstate. Rivian is also using it for parking since they don’t allow trucks to wait at their warehouse down the road and don’t allow trucks to unload on time.

Needs training on how to open the case with a key. Could not get me the product due to this problem. Also why does the manager only have access to the one case? Poor business model. Your loss people gain.

Please do not bring your truck here for maintenance. They do fake service and they are super expensive and rude too plus waiting at least 8 hours minimum. They tell you you can't watch the mechanic so they can scam you they only change stickers. Brought the tractor to fix airleak left with another air leak when you call them after 30 minutes they tell you nobody expects what's on the road.

Do a better job cleaning the showers and toilets. The shower I paid for I had to clean the toilet myself. This is becoming to common of a service. Do a better job please. We work hard and pay for these showers.The parking lot was in great condition and the store was decent enough.

I have been to this particular truck Stop 4 different times. And each time I've been here They have had power problem where they can't accept anything but cash. You really need to get your system fixed and make sure that everything is working properly because it is very annoying.

I'm an OTR driver and this new Loves happens to be minutes from our terminal. I spent all day planning on parking here (instead of 2 miles down the road at the terminal) so I could have some Bojangles. Got in super late but found a spot. The girl at the register at Bojangles without looking up mumbled what do you want. I said a #13. Again she mumbled what I though was "what size" I said large. She said "SIDE!!!" I said oh I'm sorry I've never been here before and I thought you said size. What sides do you have? Again, condescending, no interest in helping me said "there up there under sides" to which I replied "have a good night" and walked out. When you drive 11 hours a day. Work 12-14 hour days the last thing you need is a snoty rude, impeculent child greeting you. They lost out on a lot of money from me over the coming months and years I'll be working here.

This truck stop Loves find a way to get better ,clean , attention to customer ,I even hear when the manager said to another employee we need to put more attention to restroom which is good write, I was in my way out when I hear the manager telling a driver you can't use another drive's card to take a shower ,and the manager said we can't allow to do that , i mean I am fuel I pay the fuel , I can do wherever I want with my points rite?now all kinds of companies take advantage of drivers ,when is it going to end? .be safe drivers.

Anybody traveling through with your dog(s)? They have a fenced in dog park and even a dog washing hut. I could not believe it! Nice selection of snacks, prepared foods, and drinks. The bathrooms were nice, clean, and well stocked. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. Did I mention the dog park!?

Clean showers. Nice parking lot. Typical loves country store. Be aware of the mechanics they like to run around and play parking lot cop they will throw you out if you are not parked in a legal parking spot. There is no curb parking here.
