Professional staff who are efficient and did a great job grooming my German Shepherd. My dog is rarely around other people or animals, but they did an excellent job handling him. Ace looked and smelled great. His undercoat had become funky despite my brushing and K-9 was able to get his coat looking (and smelling) great!

Today I took my dog for groom, he came back really sad and refused to eat. I was told he was not behaving, but my dog has always behave with all groomers and never had a problem with it. I am very disappointed! And will not be returning back due to grommer Diane! And still got charge 85 dollars from a horrible cut.

I take Bean there a few times a week and he LOVES it. He gets so excited as soon as we drive into the parking lot. The girls are super nice and very welcoming. Would 10/10 recommend! Also they post pictures on Facebook weekly

We love K9 country club! We have sent our puppy, Sox there since he was old enough to start. He now tends to go 5 days a week lately due to a busier season of life for us. The staff is so friendly and welcoming to us, and our pup always enters very excitingly, and leaves tired from a day of play! It’s so good for him to socialize with other pups all day. The facility is really well kept and cleaned, and I feel very comfortable knowing our dog is cared for in good hands!

Our black lab, Drake, LOVES this place! He doesn't get to go often but he definitely remembers the moment we pull up. The staff always calls him by name and we appreciate knowing he's being taken care of and having fun! He comes home and is exhausted from all the running and playing!

Adopted our dog from the humane society, and received a free grooming from K-9 Country Club. Easy to set up the appointment, and a helpful staff who answered all of my questions. I LOVE our baby girls haircut, and the groomer Jessica even recommended some products to use between cuts. They give you an update on how the cut went along with tips and such. We'll definitely be going back! :-)

Had my dog groomed today. Great experience with Sheila. She knew how to take care of my dog's coat and she did a great job! Only giving a 4 star because my dog was in their system, but not assigned to a groomer so he had to be there all day instead of for 4 hours. Sheila took care of him though and I will be back!

K9 Country Club is the best thing for our two dogs! We have tried a couple different doggie daycare places and I can tell that K9 country club is by far the most attentive to the pups as they play. They take pictures and are able to give me updates about my dogs when I pick them up. We also take them for boarding and grooming. I would highly recommend them!!

I could not have asked for a better daycare and boarding for my dog. He absolutely adores going and everyone there. It got to the point where he runs out to the car and lays down next to it so I don’t accidentally leave him home and not let him go. He jumps out of the car when we get there and is so exhausted when he is home. When he has been boarded I knew I had nothing to worry about because the staff knows and cares for him. It is a great group that works there and are always so helpful to all of their human and animal clients. I cannot recommend them enough!

My dog was bit from daycare and no one was supervising. It is a free for all here. Safety is not their priority! The employees are never with the dogs every time I went there was dog poo in the front section. Never see anyone with the puppies. They don’t care about appearance other than the look of the facility. Just because you update the look doesn’t make it a good place. Not to mention my friends dog was always kept in the front isolation room and not in daycare that she was paying for! Never told her that her dog couldn’t go in daycare just kept taking her money and keeping her dog locked in a cage!

I had earlier given them a 1 star on a review due to how long it took for my two Shih Tzus. After Ashley came out, she apologized for the length of time. She did not realize that we lived out of town. We discussed what steps would be taken for the next appt. I have never had a problem with her grooming. She does a very good job. So yes, another appt was made, and I will bring our girls back for grooming. I should have waited before I wrote the first review, but we got up early to get them there before 9:00, which turned out to be 8:40. Just tired from waiting over four and a half hours. Also, evidently, the front desk did not tell her that a 2 1/2 hour window was requested when they asked. So all is good. We worked it out.

My dogs are SO HAPPY when they go here. They literally get excited to get dropped off to board for the week. That tells me everything I need to know! I've boarded here several times and always been happy.

The first time we took our puppy here he was 4 months old so we asked he be put in the senior dog section just so it quieter. He also had gotten fixed a month prior but needed his cone. We picked him up a few days later and he was filthy. His whole body was wet and muddy and he smelled awful. They brought him to us without his cone and someone else brought the cone separately. It had been chewed up and the gauze used to tie the cone around him was black from dirt. A few days later he had to go to the vet for kennel cough. I called to speak to the manager and when she called back after looking into the issue she stated our dog was checked on right before we picked him up. To me it seemed he had gone hours without care.Fast forward to New Year’s Eve weekend and we thought we’d give them another chance. We gave them food for the weekend and dropped him off Saturday hoping he would be ok. When we picked him up 2 days later, we were given back his food which was labeled per day. He hadn’t been fed at all Sunday or Monday prior to picking him up. He also caught kennel cough (again). I will NEVER trust them with our dog again.

Based on my personal years of experience with family owned and operated K-9 Country Club, I highly recommend this business! They offer boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and quality pet products and all at a reasonable price.Holly, family and staff are all fantastic. My Golden Doodle truly believes they are his best buds!Rest assured they maintain the highest of standards in cleanliness and pet health. Another very important plus is The Edwards Family (owners) live on site. It is reassuring to know when boarding your pet he/she is not alone after business hours.I would encourage you to stop by, talk with them and tour their first-rate facility! K-9 ROCKS!

I have never wrote a review for a place, ever. I just usually rate 5 stars if the business was good. However, my dog boarded here for the first time- thinking the 5 stars and reviews looked good, my dog came home distraught, using the bathroom (as a completely potty trained dog), anxious, and just not himself. While trying to figure out why this was, we were told “he might just be upset that we left him” my dog has boarded other places, never came back this way. I’m not gonna type too much more because it took a lot for me to even type this because as upset as I am about the care my dog got while I was gone, which was NONE. You’re paying 27.50 to get the most terrible treatment and then they have another “VIP boarding option” like it’s a good thing that their facility gives you the option of bad and good treatment. All dogs should be treated the same, if you are going to run a program, commit yourself to caring for the dogs we trust you with. I will never recommend or go back to this place .

We have taken our dog here for the past year. They have treated us so well! Our dog gets excited each morning when we ask her if she wants to go to daycare. I trust all the staff there to take care of our pup! It’s also so convenient to get her groomed when she’s already there. One less appointment you have to go to! I will always recommend them!

The staff is so friendly, caring, and easy to talk to. The grooming services are absolutely worth every penny and very well priced! We know our boys (even our shy one) are well taken care of because they sprint towards the car every time we say “daycare day!”

We brought our rescue, Milo (who came from a rough past) to K9 Country Club for grooming and they were awesome. I was worried how he would doing the first time coming from a challenging past but Jessica listened, was patient, and even sent me updates throughout on how he was doing which was really reassuring! We recently started bringing him to daycare there and are loving that as well! I love that they post pictures of all the pups on social media (and have sent them to me per request too which was above and beyond). Milo looks so happy in the pictures and he is sooo worn out when he comes home from a full day of playing with all his friends! So nice to get him active on these days with negative temperatures! :) can’t recommend them enough.

We adopted our first dog nine years ago, and a friend recommended doggie daycare at K9 Country Club to help us address his high energy levels. We started taking him a couple of times a week, and when we adopted a second dog, she went as well. Both dogs loved doggie daycare and they were always happy when we left them there to board as well. More importantly, they were just as happy and healthy when we picked them up. The staff is friendly and obviously loves dogs, and the facility is always clean. We've never had any concerns about leaving our dogs here, and could travel or plan outings without our dogs with no concerns about who would look after them while we were gone. Now we've moved out of state, and we're just hoping to find a new facility that's as great at this one!

Never having to kennel our dog before, we were nervous about leaving our Yogi with people we did not know. However, the warm and friendly staff at K-9 Country Club immediately put our mind at ease - showing us around, answering our questions, and treating our dog like one of their own. Like any other concerned parents, we called throughout the week to check in and they gave us updates about how our Yogi was doing. It was apparent that they cared about our dog.Yogi is 10 months old and 80 lbs. We were impressed with the amount of space and activities they were able to provide our big guy. Their facility allows for dogs to be inside as well as outside and even offers a doggy daycare where Yogi was able to play with other dogs. Bottom line: We recommend this place without hesitation. It's clean, ran by a great staff, and truly care about their dogs. In fact, instead of leaving our Yogi with family over a long baseball tournament weekend, we plan to drop him back off to his new friends at K-9 Country Club!

Had my dog here for 10days boarding with dog care. And grooming bath.1st thing he never had bath.2nd by looking at him it made me feel guilty for leaving him at this place. He is stinking so badly and that shows how good of a care has been taken. Please avoid going here.

K9 Country Club has been a wonderful place for us to take our very active, energetic 2-year old border-collie-poodle mix for socialization with other dogs and good exercise. Our dog absolutely loves this facility and the staff. She wags her tail and hops around excitedly whenever we say "daycare?". We love and trust the playful atmosphere at K9CC . We have also been very impressed with the grooming, as well!! We are very thankful for K9CC!!

K-9 Country Club is an amazing organization and has given my pup, Auggie, so much social experience. As a full-time student I was hoping to find a organization that would work well for my schedule and resources and K-9 Country Club checked all my boxes. The staff always is professional and greets Auggie by name every time he RUNS through the door. I could not recommend this place enough!

I took my Border Collie here to be groomed and I will definitely be back. Dianne was able to get her in quickly and drop off was easy. I ran some errands and came back in about an hour and she was done. Prices are very reasonable and she got off lots of undercoat. I’m sure my pup feels so much better. Thank you Dianne!
