Decided to give this location a try after purposely avoiding it for a couple years at this point and what a waste of time. Stood there waiting for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, asking me what order I had or anything. Left and just took the loss. I will never go back to this location for as long as I live. It’s genuinely up there with IHOP, which is so terrible that they may as well just close.While I was there, there was a girl standing next to me that clearly had been waiting even longer than I did. She finally piped up and asked what was going on and they said they would make her order really fast. Two seconds later, they handed her a bag and an iced coffee, and she just stood there with a dumbfounded look on her face, and whispered to herself with a laugh “this isn’t even at all what I ordered” shook her head and in an apparent acceptance of defeat just left. Yeah I’m not coming back.

Update: Tried this location again a few weeks ago and went inside to order. I tried to scan my app to get the $2 iced coffee deal and the employee said I wasn’t allowed to use the app for in-store purchases (even though the app has a scan in-store option and this has never been an issue at any other store). They told me I would need to then go out, go through the drive through, and scan it at the drive through window. When I asked if that would be supported by corporate, they were suddenly able to scan the app. I would recommend going to any other location in town, as this one seems to have a lot of room for improvement.Echoing another review, the inside of this store is rarely ever open. This makes it very dangerous, as there is almost always a line out into the street, which is right by the highway, so cars are usually traveling quite fast down the main road and it’s hard to see the stopped cars outside of Dunkin’s parking lot. It’s been this way for over 3 years now. The other 2 Dunkin’s in town have never had this issue. I would highly recommend going to either the Dunkin on Oakland or off of N Veterans in Normal. I have often had to wait at this Dunkin for 10-15 minutes (sometimes longer). I’ve also seen multiple customers park and walk up to the door, only to discover the inside is closed (there is a small 8x10 piece of paper on the door saying the inside is closed, which you can’t read unless you walk up to the door). This creates a mess in the parking lot, as these cars are trying to back out and get into the already long drive thru line. I will say the workers are very friendly and doing an outstanding job, but I do feel bad for them, as I know they are likely under a lot of pressure with the lack of staff, which I’m sure is stressful.

Apparently their idea of a dozen "random assorted" is 10 chocolate iced donuts. Pretty disappointed.Edit: yeah I definitely don't recommend this establishment. Iced drinks are little more than a splash of coffee in a cup of ice, they regularly screw up my order, and their service is pretty awful. Months ago, my fiancee was yelled at by a trashy employee and management refused to respond. I've filled out surveys and checked the box where I requested to be contacted but never received a follow up.AVOID

Walked up to the window to ask if we could order at the the window (we were in a semi). One worker noticed us and gave us a quick glare. The other avoided us. We knocked on the window very politely and were ignored. Not a good way to treat customers. Wish I could give no stars.

This is the first time I've been to Dunkin Donuts in probably forever the line was reasonably long but the wait didn't take long at all toddler in tow and all. The iced drinks that we got were delicious and well made as for the donut I thought was a little dry and not something I would have chosen to order again the drinks were great and well enjoyed. We went thru the drive thru thou I forgot to mention in case it wasn't already apparent I thought the service itself given the labor shortage we have been experiencing was pretty good.

Rude! Unprofessional. 2:30 pm on Sat Aug 20th woman claimed to be the manager refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Was so out of line. I asked for a frozen coffee and was given such attitude like I was a problem. Last I checked this was a coffee place. I don't even feel comfortable drinking or eating there after that. God only knows what they would do to your food. I'll drive the extra 11 mins to the next joint.

Usually great food and service, I love Dunkin, but recently had a very negative experience at this location. Purchased a couple drinks and some wake up wraps, food was fine but presentation and packaging was awful. Drink 1 was gooey and sticky, drink 2 was a frozen drink that was absolutely overfilled and dripping a lot, it dripped down the side of my car and all over the interior. Took 20 minutes at a nearby gas station to wipe it all up. The employee at the window tried to wipe off what was on the side of my car but only ended up smearing it and scratching my car with their finger nails. Please stop handing out sticky/messy/overfilled/overflowing drinks. I'd like to continue buying my overpriced coffee here, but without all the drama.

The group of staff in this location are very efficient, polite, and friendly! We're regulars at the drive-through, they always get the order correctly & greet you with a big smile! It's amazing to see how the staff do their best to make a positive impacts on people's day! It does not go unnoticed. If you're in Normal & need coffee/bagels/donuts, this is the place to go!

If lobby is closed then it makes it hard for dashers. From the 5th to the 15th I won't be back to deliver for you. You hurt my tips and I don't get enough. If your Short staffed then pay I'll work but it'll be 20 an hr. Already trained.

Service is slow and unprofessional, my fiancé and I go to this location at the same time almost every day and it’s the same. They close at 7pm we come around 6:15pm they have 4 people working, why is it that I order ahead and they don’t have my order ready and when I come to the window they lose my on the go receipt with the order so now I’m reordering and waiting a longer time. Their not apologetic, they have no sympathy, no sense of urgency and they don’t care. I feel like their more concerned about getting out of there then finishing up the day strong. Only pro they make a mean latte!

I only gave it a five star because the customer service is outstanding compared to other businesses. In saying that the donuts were dry and the sausage egg and cheese wrap had a smoky burnt flavor. Was not a fan of the food.

Who ever was working today around 12 pm was completely rude and impatient to my husband who typically doesn't order coffee so he was taking a minute to decide(litterally a minute)what he wanted and proceeded to get impatient and rude even after he explained he wanted a cold brew signature latte and still rude as could be saying so what do you want then . Maybe have the employees trained on what products your selling I've never just drove off from a drive thru like thats I'll save my money and tips for more patient workers. Went to Starbucks across the street and they were able to help him no problem. So we gave them a 100$ bill to have.

I usually order mobile to go, and almost everytime I order my stuff isn't prepared until I get there and ask if its ready which means I usually have to end up waiting. Earlier this week I ordered at 7:50 and when I got there at 8:05 I had to wait until 8:17 to get my order and ended up being late to work. Today I ordered 15$ worth of stuff, and had my friend pick it up. Showed the order number and name and still got the wrong products that was worth only about 7 $ or so. When I called in I didn't even get a simple "I'm sorry", just told to come back in. And then I got met with frustration when I said I wasn't able to until after work. Usually this location excellent in customer service especially for loyal customers but today was disapointing. Not very good actions for a company that prides itself on brand loyalty and customer service.

Submitted a mobile order and when I came in to pick it up it wasn’t ready which was fine, what irritated me is the girl working near the mobile order stations told me (pretty rudely) that next time I do a mobile order I need to stand in line at the order station to let them know that I am there…what kind of sense does that make? To stand in like when I ordered online-defeats the purpose of ordering online. I have never had to do that at any other Dunkin. Glad this store isn’t my regular store.

Horrible place, waiting in line I saw the girl making the coffee stick her hand down her pants and then handle the lid of the drink she was making,the person running the drive thru had a cough that sounded like he should of been in the hospital, I decided not to eat there obviously and someone scrwamed out money walking out the door as I left. Very unprofessional and umhygenic.
