Always find my essentials at this Dollar Tree. The people that work there and the manager, owners have been great. It is a clean store. Sometimes under or over stocked but its been fine everytime to find cheap; gifts, foods, hygiene things. I think little gnomes run around in there, leaving items in different places.

Since having relocated to this new location, Dollar Tree has been very effective in providing excellent service, keeping the shelves fully stocked with merchandise, maintaining clean aisles, and offering good values. Even the parking lot was resurfaced last year so that's new, too. There's a mailbox conveniently located right in front of the store and the employees are punctual when it comes to opening and closing on schedule.Thank you for reading my review!

Cheap stuff which is great but so understaffed that it's hard for the employees to be nice to customer's. Our cashier was super stressed and was one of two worker while the other was off doing whatever. It was a busy day with a lot of people. Getting employees happy is key.

Cashier named Meghan was beyond rude. She yelled at an elderly person who needed assistance at the register and proceeded to have an attitude with everyone she checked out. Do better.

This store is most often crowded with boxes. When you ask for something the common response is "we are 3 trucks behind. I don't know..." The assistant manager and manager are not easy to converse with. However, the cashiers are usually pleasant and personable. Most take pride in their work.

The cashier Diana must hate her job! I was there when she opened the door, no greeting what so ever. I shopped in there for 30 minutes passing by her several times, still nothing. Checked out and still not a word. Very rude!

This store is wonderful. It is clean well organized, there aren't boxes piled sky high you have to try and get around. The staff are awesome and make you feel welcome .. like so many other stores that open please please keep the same attitudes and your store clean as time goes by the other stores DONT....The Mgr makes the difference and the staff you hire...treat them right Dollar Tree and you will continue to have a successful business!!! Love this store...

The sign on the store stated it was open until 10pm. Walked in and was promptly greeted with we close in 7 minutes which was 9:30 PM. I stated what I needed and the clerk didn't even attempt to help me. When I went to check out, I said the door states that you are open to 10pm. The cashier said that the manager changed the door and I would need to take it up with the manager. The whole experience was very disappointing with the cashier.

I wouldn’t shop there when there r plenty of other ones here especially when the staff r as rude as they r. Me and my kids walked in the store and were asked to leave before the store was even closed. Really need to get a grip on ur staff! Lost business here!! I’ll be shopping elsewhere

The manager Meme is so caring and knowledgeable - she goes out of her way to help us find anything we need. Every time we go in, our Dollar Tree is clean and friendly.

The cleanest place in town even on Friday nights and weekends. Seeing familiar Cashiers and not a lot of turn over. I go out of my way to visit Dollar Tree!

Great place to pick up some reading glasses. I also like that these guys have name brands of certain items. Like, I can get a box of 22 Glad zippered snack size bags for a dollar.

I mean- it's a dollar tree. I personally think this is one of the top 2 dollar trees in Bloomington Normal because of the sheer size of the store and amount of products they have. But if you want good service? Just go somewhere else

Helpful staff, quick to answer questions and help out at the checkout lanes if there's a need. Always seems clean and organized, even when there are people stocking shelves. Great store!

The store was supposed to be open at 8am on a Sunday according to the website, but they have a sign on the door that they aren't open until 10am. This is very inconvenient for people when they waste time coming to the store according to the hours on the website. Maybe you need to update the hours on the website?
