I can never say enough good things about this wonderful Veterinarian Group! We drive an hour each way because I trust them and they always take great care of our whole rescue farm! They are so fair and honest! I'm so grateful for them because they have saved so many of our rescue animals at a price we could afford! I'm very holistic and careful w over vaccination and I'm against flea pills etc...I really appreciate that they don't hound me or shame me like other vets have. They respect people's personal beliefs and will work along with them; this to me is true service and kindness!They saved my goat Rufios life and amputated his lower leg on a night emergency call (see pic)! They also saved the life of my other goat Snowflake when he had stones in his urethra track. I can't tell you how many times I had to bring seizure dogs in off hours because they wouldn't stop seizing. I think I've been going here for around 17 years now. A Pomeranian puppy (see pic) was surrendered to me because it had Parvo and the owner could not afford the 3k the vet quoted to save its life that day. I took it to Nashville where it stayed for a week and my bill was less than $500!!! The original owner adopted the puppy back after he was healed because they could afford that price. THAT'S A HUGE DIFFERENCE! Thank you NAC for being so kind and providing quality affordable care to so many ❤️ the Thieleman's!

I always seem to get a different vet whenever I'm here, but they're all great (I'm not complaining, especially since I've always been a walk-in except for one time I had an appointment and I never request anyone specifically). I greatly appreciate their clinic hours and their affordability. I will definitely continue to bring my pets here, no matter what my commute may be.

The vet and staff were very kind,helpful and sympathetic when I called them very upset when my dog was hit by a truck and was in duress. They were willing to stay after hours in order to see her, but unfortunately she passed away before we had a chance to get her there. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this place.

My male cat was blocked by crystals. The sweet boy at home was a demon for his care givers. Three different trips for a catheter, and I was finished when I thought he was blocked for the fourth time. Yet, when I took him in to be euthanized, was asked if I could spend a few moments waiting for sedation to see if it was another blockage. This is why I love this clinic!! He wasn't blocked. They take the time to be honest, no guarantees, but caring for everyone!

One of the veterinarians here specializes in small animals.I think it is pretty cool that they take certain times out of the week to go visit the big animals.Had 2 cats spayed here, both have done super afterwards.

While I was in the waiting room, multiple people walked in with injured animals they found on the side of the road over the weekend. Not a single person was turned away. Absolutely amazing! I've never seen anything like it. These folks deserve much more than 5 stars.

Great place great prices usually! After waiting for 45 minutes I was informed they were down two vets. One on vacation the other out of the country. I’m very understanding to being understaffed especially during a fake pandemic. However I refuse to tolerate poor communication. Had I been informed at the beginning about the shortfalls of their staffing I would’ve decided then and there to leave and try again another day. But because they don’t view their patients time and their clientele’s time as valuable as their own they neglect to tells us of their issues. This caused me to be late for another appointment as I was trying to get the pup in for her second set of shots and I waited as long as I possibly could. Then because I had paid for the visit beforehand they refused to refund the money till the end of the month thereby holding my pup health hostage as I’m disabled and on a very fixed income. The only reason they get three stars is because they’re usually on the ball. But when they screw up they screw up horrendously and are unapologetic

HANDS DOWN BEST AROUND! Can't say enough about this group of amazing professional vets! The experience, knowledge, compassion and skill is unmatched!! I drive an hour to get there because I trust them. They always take care of my seizure dog Sparky and my goats in emergencies etc....

The clerk was kinda rude. The vet claimed that nothing was wrong with one of my kittens, when clearly there is something wrong with it, when I asked them to take a look at it while it was there to get neutered. I ended up having to make a different appt at a different vet to have my cat looked at.

Cured Kodi of rare fungal desiase that is similar to spinal menengitis in humans. Other vets consulted had no idea what to do. Kodi is keeping varmits out of the yard again.

We live an hour away but I will always bring my dogs here for their Veterinary Care. Excellent service excellent staff and the best thing about the place are their prices! They were half the price of another vet close to me for surgery on my dog. My family will never go anywhere else for vet care!! Five stars all the way!

The vets at Nashville Animal Clinic really care. You can call them after hours, and hey will talk to you. There's always 24 hour service because one of them is on call all the time. The office staff has always been kind to me, even though some people say they aren't. I think it's just that receptionists do one job and the vets another, but anyone could be having a bad day. Overall, I am very pleased with the service at the Nashville Animal Clinic. And if staff in the office are not the nicest, as some say, they have office work, and the ones who care for the animals are very kind to my wee little ones. This is exceptional! I'd recommend all to anyone. Their prices and care is wonderful!

I have had 3 different dogs to this clinic in the year since I moved to Nashville. (I rescue and train dogs) I have had VERY good experiences with every single one of them every time I've been there. I moved from Mt Vernon IL and was thrilled with the prices here and also from the staff. One of my dogs had a stomach issue and they called me a few days later to ck on her. You don't get service and caring like that at other vet's offices.And unlike the negative review below, I am proud to publish my name!!!

I breed and raise dogs, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Their walk in hours are super convenient, and they really know their stuff. Staff is very friendly. I actually drive 45 minutes to go to them, even though there are 2 vets in my hometown.
