They were out of everything I wanted, which isn't totally their fault, but they also managed to get my order wrong, again. If this was the first time getting an incorrect order from here I wouldn't have taken the time to post a review about it, but this was the second visit in a row. The food was sloppily made. My Frisco sandwich was swimming in sauce, to the point where it was soggy. The bread was barely toasted. I'll be avoiding this location in the future.

Stopped in to have a relaxing lunch an had to deal with a loud mouth manager named Tonya. The hole time she kept screaming and complaining Out loud about how she does this an does that and how today was her day off an shouldn't even be there cussing out loud with people in the lobby. The other manager and staff were very polite an apologetic. I get businesses are short handed but no one should have to work with someone with that attitude. If you hate ur job that much quit. And for her to be a manager. Very disrespectful to the customers

The food itself is typically good. The service is aggravating when I. The drive through. They always try and speed through your order. I have always had to say, hold on I want to order something else. Then I'm met with an attitude. The most infuriating thing is that they are constantly put pf curly fries. I even came one day and the roast beef was there but not thawed. I blame management for poor training and poor ordering habits. If you know you're always out of curly fries...then order MORE.

I was at the drive thru and ordered 2 #8 combo’s. I asked for picante or hot sauce and didn’t get any. I also got coffee and although I did get cream and sweetener I didn’t get a stirrer. I did get napkins and the food was good. The workers need to be trained better to be attentive to things needed for orders

They made fresh Onion Rings for my order! Luck me they were so good. Asked for Ranch with onion rings and they were happy to help. Preface next statement, I rarely eat Fast Food Burgers but because of being short on time and not a lot of choices in area I went with a Burger. I expected to like it as it had been a long time since I've had one from Hardee's. I stopped McDonald's Hamburgers forever.. as in I have fired McDonald's. Wow! With that said the point is I didn't like the burger. The meat was dry and had to be covered in Ketchup. Onion rings made my trip 5 stars.

I’m a little mad I love goin to this Hardee’s but tonight experience really shows me I should go there it wasn’t a long wait buttt….. my fires was so gross and nasty they were soggy and I definitely think their grease is bad because they’re just so brown and gross.

was a bit shocked @ my price of the food. the #10large, with a chocolate shake...19.30$$ But i have to say this also. it was the best food, delicious, meal that i have had in a good while. fresh & hot, & the fries were perfect...Well Done Nashville Hardee's. But Hardee's, come down on the prices, we are living in the Biden presidency, & having money for occasions like this is rare.

I come in to take my order and was helped right away. Got a Frisco breakfast sandwich 🥪 with Hash browns 😋 and Large half and half iced tea. It was awesome 👌. Thanks I be coming back to Hardee'sDietary restrictions: The quality of the food was great 👍 and had speed as well. Great service and friendly

Usually come here before work. Usually fast and friendly. Food's usually pretty good. I would recommend this location. I will keep coming here. I like being able to get a burger, or a chicken sandwich, etc with cheese fries, and love being able to get a beef taco if I want one. Love their chocolate shakes and cookies.

Zero stars. Terrible food. OLD dried up chicken on the soft taco chicken. Nasty experience. Terrible management. District manager no better. No more Hardee's for us. NEVER eat there. Still angry over the way we were treated. Plus we were told that since new prices were instituted and they didn't have new signs yet we had to pay $2 more for every item...

Jennifer is a fantastic manager. She is pleasant to deal with. Very attentive to customer service. Very personable and should be running her own store. Everytime I go through Mt. Vernon, I always stop at her store. She could teach your Belleville managers a thing or 2.

No indoor dining yet. They are waiting for approval from corporate. Food was good but wanted to dine in so it was a disappointment. Diner open for customers. Food was good on last visit. This hardee!s also has tacos so thats a plus.

It was not a bad meal! The cheese was a little rubbery. The onions were sweet, not hot, the tomato styrofoam, but the burger itself and the sourdough were surprisingly good. The fries were crispy and not oversalted.

Continued problems with waiting for orders that are ALWAYS inaccurate! We have received tacos without meat once, once without cheese and airways have missing items! Tonight I specifically asked for a phone number to contact corporate and even when the assistant manager was made aware that I was dissatisfied and asking for corporate phone number I was not given the number!

They had us wait for fresh fries. The couple of minutes it took was so worth it. They were so fresh and hot, it burned your fingers taking them out of the bag.
