Cindy helped me last year when I found a dog covered in mats and urine. She fit us in last minute and charged a very reasonable price. She was SO nice and accommodating and the pup was groomed beautifully and not scared or anxious upon her pick up. Love love love you Cindy, that day was so heavy on my heart that anyone could treat a puppy like that, and you really turned her whole life around with her grooming that day. Her new life started in your hands Cindy and she’s so healthy and happy in her new home now!! I cannot thank you enough! ♥️

I am really unhappy with my experience today.We dropped him off at 10 rather than 12 because she asked. We didn't see him until 2.5 hours later. His appointments usually takes an hour MAX. She didn’t even start on him until 11.We called and asked if everything was okay because we was worried after 2 hours of waiting. She said everything was fine and that she just had nails to do. So what I don’t understand is how a cut happened on his ear if it was just his nails that were left!I also did not get a call telling me about the cut when it happened, and I was not asked if applying glue on it was okay.Chopper is a senior dog and I care for him like a child. He has not eaten, or drank since coming home. He is not acting the same.We also said three times how we wanted him cut with just a trim and he came out completely shaved down. We will NOT be returning! It is such a shame because our first experience was so good. But my heart hurts seeing my baby like this.

They did such a wonderful job with our puppy Maltese Angel!! It was his first time at the groomers and he was very happy and excited with his new haircut !! 💕

She did a wonderful job on our pups. They came back calm and happy and looked so cute. She gave them a blueberry facial with really helped them relax and she even showed us some things that could of been causing our pups some pain. She is very knowledgeable about pets beyond just the grooming aspect. It looks like she does business in her basement but it is a professional looking space. She's top-notch and worth going to. Our last groomer would do a good job but we felt the pups were suffering with them because they would come back skittish and afraid. They came back calm and cuddly

Maisy, my 6 month yr old Aussiedoodle came home yesterday looking and smelling amazing!!! Cindy was so good with her!. I will definitely recommend Muddypaws to family and friends. Maisy has gotten soo many compliments ☺️

WOW WOW WOW! We just moved to Morris and found Muddy Paws online. I called her this morning ( Saturday ) and when she called me back she said we could bring our 3 year old yorkie right in! I advised Cindy he was not taking the move very well and she said she would take her time. Not only does he look adorable, he is calm. He came home at his supper ASAP, that he has never done and is now taking a nap! We will definitely be back to Cindy! Cody has a new best friend!

I absolutely LOVE this place! My puppy came here for the first time today for a nail trim & they took amazing care of her. & they’re very friendly, we will be back once a month for a bath, nails, and an ear cleaning!

Cindy was AMAZING!!! I have an 15 1/2 yr. old dog who is mostly blind, hearing issues and basically grouchy old man! He had a lot of matting going on and I was so nervous about taking him in! Not only did he look fantastic, but smelled great too! She was holding him like a baby when I got there…..I was shocked!😂😂😂 If I could give Muddy Paws 10 stars I would! Definitely going back!

I made a trip East to bring my daughter’s two little Bichon’s home with me while she underwent surgery and then is having chemo treatments. My daughter did not have a chance to get them trimmed up, so I told her I would take care of it and not to worry.I found Muddy Paws listed after doing a Google search and gave Cindy a call. She set up a time for me to bring in the two little ragamuffins. When I went back to pick them up, I was delighted. They looked like brand-new, little, white cotton puffs!Cindy and her husband, did an amazing job getting to know me and also making me feel comfortable when I dropped the two off. They also treated these two new four-legged customers with doggie care. I especially liked how she got down to their level to have a little chat with them both. I am sure Miss Daisy gave her a run for her money.I would not hesitate to bring them both back for another grooming session when they need it. Her pricing is very reasonable especially considering the amount of time she spent on them.Thank you Cindy and Dennis for the sweet surprise of seeing these two turn into such beautiful little doggies. Now if I could get Miss Daisy to act like the lady she presently looks like! My daughter was so pleased with the end result! Thank you for cheering her up. 10 paws up for MuddyPaws—woof, woof.

This home business handled my English Mastiff as one of their own. She had no problem staying with the staff as I left to run errands. After, my dog smelt great for WEEKS! This place is so great, we have an appointment tomorrow.

Cindy has been grooming my dog , Oliver, since the day I got him 3 yrs ago. Previously she groomed my late Prada, a Yorkie, until he passed . Both dogs were puppymill dogs are scared of basically everything. Cindy is the only person I trust to groom my dogs . She has a gentle touch in dealing with my fearful little man. The products are organic and leave Oliver smelling as good as he looks .

They did an amazing job, was the only place I was able to get my dogs clips, I have tried 5/6 places and all of them sad I would habe to get him knocked out and it would not be cheap. I brought scamp in becuase he got fleas a week ago and they washed him 3 times and not one was left on him, he was shiny smelled amazing and his nails were no longer little knifes cutting me up. If you have a dog that don't like his nails being done or getting bathed this is the only place to bring them.They do there work out of there house in the basement, its very professional and they have all professional tools and products.I will be bring my dog here on a regular bases and that is rare I don't bring him any were regularly in the 4/5 years I have had him.Thanks for doimg what many habe failed at.Best regards,John

I LOVE this place! I've taken my boy, Tashi, to Cindy two times. Both of which were very last minute(oops). Both times Tashi has come home looking like a handsome new man! LOLHer at home service gives you a comfortable at home experience, and shes so sweet to my furry best friend! It's nice to know Tashi is in good hands when I leave him with her. I finally found a groomers that I like to take my dog to. YAY!

Horrible do not go here. She must be getting to old. She destroyed my dogs. They have cuts everywhere, one has hematomas due to her cutting his ears to low She shaved them bald for no reason besides it was quicker for her and she was in a hurry. And they are cut very uneven
