Talk about price gouging! They need to replace whoever in the back room is putting prices on the goods especially the goods towards the back of the store...the non clothing items. The prices are ridiculous they're pretty close to full retail price. There's at least a dozen comments here stating the same thing recently and nothing changes. Just a canned response to email somebody. This is supposedly a place where the less fortunate can afford to buy goods but I feel like they're greedy and they're just trying to rip people off.

The girl at the counter heavily sighed at LEAST 3-4 times when she had to take the hangers off all of the clothes I was buying. I don’t expect a whole lot from employees. I don’t need to be greeted, but when you express how much you hate being at work like she did, it makes me feel like I shouldn’t go back. Their prices are WAY too high to be dealing with attitude like that. I’ll just go to St Vincent where they don’t act like that. Their prices are way better too.

The store manager in Morris has been there way to long he thinks he owns the place and has become ignorant and very rude to customers I over heard him tell a customer is u don’t like the price go someplace else when I gave him a look because I was standing right next to the lady the white haired prick said to me WHAT hand kept walking even the young girl at the register said he’s like that to everyone

I used to shop here often. I moved away for about a year and a half but was excited to make a stop when I was back in town. The excitement was short lived. What the heck happened?! It's a dump. Damaged and dirty items on racks, large carts blocking aisles, disorganized, dirty floors. The kicker ...they now charge a dollar for bags!?! The cashier didn't tell me that I would have to pay for a bag until after I was standing there waiting for my items to be bagged. At least tell people you charge a ridiculous amount for bags when you ring them up. No thanks, do not recommend. Go to St Vincent down the road, much cleaner.

This is a nice goodwill with a lot of quality items. Even some new packaged items were being sold. The employees seem to keep everything organized, and the store has a nice layout. There is more couches and furniture at this location. Some of the higher priced/name brand items are not in great condition for the price. This was a great place for my family to buy winter coats, shoes and pants.

It was a good experience. I dropped off a truck load of donations today. Two guys were there to greet me. They were very polite and basically emptied my entire truck for me. I was in and out of there in less than ten minutes. It was a much better experience than St. Vincent DePaul. I will be donating more stuff here.

Haven’t been for awhile. Prices to high. Hangers are horrible, I bent over 20x picking up hangers and clothes that fall off them. Used to be all used items . now they bring in new stuff higher prices. Employees were great. Kept Busy and friendly. Also they pack clothes to tight on racks, and can’t see things. Ended up passing over lots cause couldn’t move them, when tried that’s when all new hangers and clothes started falling!I still bought things. Sad No birthday club!Sad about prices, especially now….oh and went with cheaper bags where handles broke on all 3 and so thin. Whosever making changes cheapened the experience!

I don’t understand how they charge soooo much for stuff when a lot of this stuff is donated! What happened to donating to help the less fortunate ! These donation places need new management and a new direction! I refuse to donate to them anymore… they lost me forever as a customer with multiple and multiple donations!5-10-23…thank you for your response but I searched into other donation places which after some research… I prefer. I no longer need your services. Have a good day!

Not the largest Goodwill around. Romeoville's is larger, but Morris gets some fantastic donations. The store has a good selection of clothes for the family and many are high end quality and style. Lots of small appliances at very good prices. Some are brand new. Employees are friendly and helpful. Furniture varies, including mattresses.

Not much variety and super slow at register. Two trips in one week I left items sitting at register, once because no one was around to ring me up and the other because the line of people was so long and only one register. If you have time to wait in line for 20 mins for 1 item head on over.

I come her quite often, overall it is a good store. However, compared to other locations their prices are way higher for certain items than other goodwills. The staff isn’t the friendliest, everyone just seems upset and looks like they hate working there. I do find good stuff here, but just wish prices and staff were a bit nicer.

I buy all my shirts at the Morris Goodwill. The same, perfect condition, shirts I pay $4.00 for at Goodwill, would cost me $25.00, at least, in a regular clothing store. That's the best deal ever. They have something for everyone, all in very good to excellent condition. I love that place.

The store was neat and clean. They had a lot of new holiday decorations and I thought they were rather high priced. Staff was friendly and as of Nov 2021 they still had plastic bags and still wrapped your delicate items.

Probably the worst selection around. Whomever is pricing the items needs their head examined. Leather jacket was 79 dollars and I noticed a painting worth about 10 bucks listed for 200. This was not my first or second time in this store either. Unfortunately this store as well as others in Illinois are all operating the same way regarding the screened items that make it on the sales floor, and pricing that is geared to line the pockets of the upper levels of Goodwill Corp. Lucky for us, people are starting to realize the business model, which hopefully will result in the inventory ballooning at the local level. I personally do not have any complaints about the staff, or the cleanliness of the store.

Prices at this Goodwill store are higher than other Goodwill stores in my area. Good selection of items. I like this store for they keep everything neat and clean.I have not been in their public bathroom so I can't answer anything about that. Dressing rooms are spacious and items kept picked up.

Was just in there last week, first time since March. Prices have gone way up, wow! I shop resale for a reason, prices way below retail. Also, they had their restrooms closed to the public. I have been in a few other Goodwill stores recently, theirs were open for use. This store seems to march to it's own set of rules.

Our family loves to drive down the interstate and spend the day thrift store shopping. This was our first stop at the Morris goodwill. The store was clean and we'll organized. The prices are insanely high. I could buy the items new on clearance or on sale for about the same price. They were asking $14.96 for a child's size 10 Underarmor hoodie and Nike boys T-shirt size 10 was $7.98. I saw a lot of items I would've bought had they been priced lower. There were only about 6 people (customers) in the store the entire 45mn I was there. Usually goodwill is flowing with customers on a Saturday. The 2 staff members kept following my family and I around or would all of a sudden be stocking racks in the aisle we were in. I felt like they were waiting for us to steal something. I won't be going back to this store again. I could find similar deals for new at an outlet mall.

Store is hit or miss with pricing. Some are reasonably priced and others are cheaper , brand new at dollar stores. The staff acts like they are being forced to work there and some are just plain rude.

Went in for the 1st time. Was greeted only by the smell if mildew. The pricing for the most part was actually decent although the selections were very limited. Did find some items for my granddaughter, one of which still had security tags on them. They said that they could not remove them so I offered to purchase it at a discount price and take the chance on finding a way to get it off. The lady stated it was already really low priced. So I am guessing they are just going to put it back on the floor like that. Hopefully the next person notices it before they pay full price for it. I will not be returning as they also told me that they do not participate in the Goodwill loyalty program.

I really enjoyed shopping at this Goodwill for clothing. The prices were reasonable, and I found nice things. They have a section of new items, and the prices on those were high even for normal retail. I was not a fan of that.

This store has friendly and kind staff. Their selection is limited. That could be because the man in the donation center is rude and so controlling. My job allows me to bring a lot of quality clothes and items to Goodwill but I’m not bringing them to the Morris Goodwill even though I live there because of him. I will take them to Minooka donation center where they are polite and appreciative. Let’s remember we are giving items so you can sell them and make a profit!!

Stopped by because my family and I were in the area. I shop at goodwill whenever possible. The store was clean and organized with plenty of inventory. The reason for the one star is the high prices. Why? I've never been to a goodwill with such prices. Needless to say I won't be back. St. Vincent thrift store which is not far from there will get my business.

Inconsistent exchange policy...I was told last time that as long as what I was wanting instead was that same price or more, it was fine. Now today, I was wanting a purse in place of a dress, and now the "manager" is telling me "clothes for clothes". I was willing to give more money to complete the exchange, but now my money is going elsewhere, where they can tell me the same story every time...

This Goodwill is not as great as the others. The prices are crazy! I noticed they had a pair of VS Pink sweatpants for $9.99. At first you might think that is an awesome price. But let me tell you, they should of been thrown away upon arrival. There was a hole the size of my fist in the crotch area and noticable piling in the crotch also. Ive also boughten a few items I thought were great deals, just to go home and find holes, zippers not working, and sizes marked wrong etc. The furniture is ridiculously overpriced as well.
