Got Covid shot here a while back everything went smooth I don't use their pharmacy any longer however I do live in momence they don't take my insurance when they did everything would go smooth I like their drive up window. Yes pharmacist Joel was for me smooth sailing. Last time I got a prescription filled here I paid cash it was a prescription from the oral surgeon a female pharmacist filled it no problem literally out in 5 minutes

Would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I have a prescription for Viberzi 100mg (which are pills for IBS) that they told me are set on auto-refill and several times I've gone in and one person says it's auto-refill and another employee says it's not. Several times I've told them to have these pills ordered so I don't have a break in between days with no pills and every single time it's happened. I've called days in advance and still nothing. I live in Momence about 300ft from this location and only go there for convienece (not that it's very convenient at all). I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!

...Momence Illinois Store is fairly welled stocked ..as soon as a load of totes arrive they are stocking shelves ... Store employees are super helpful if needed a "NEIGHBORHOOD" store.

I came in near closing time. Annoying... I know, but my kid sick. Joel was so rude and annoyed by me being there. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Pharmacist is great however the rest of the staff is extremely rude. You can drop off prescription andit's never ready next day. Always excuses.

Would give no stars but it won’t let me. Very unprofessional and seem to not care about customer experience or service Hannah at cash register was rude and unprofessional and don’t seem to care much at all would not recommend this location at all
