We ordered dinner it was very crowded. We waited for 20 mins. We ordered dinner I got cod the girl friend said I have never had honey wings so she ordered them. The honey wings ended up being honey mustard but that was not on the menu. They offered to make something else but it was late and we said no but they still billed me for them. I will say they tried to make something else but I said no.

What a hidden treasure! The food was great and the service was superb. Everyone was so nice. Even the other customers were great. Absolutely can't wait to go back. I had the cod dinner with fries and mac n cheese. I have had fish that good in years...no joking. It was exceptional. The Mac and cheese was creamy and tasty. The fries were cooked to perfection. I can't say enough about how nice the staff was and how great the food was. I want to try something new but I already want more fish!!! Trust me. Go try it!

Absolutely love this place. The service is great and the food is even better, if you can believe it. If you're there for breakfast, check out the pancakes, they are as big as the plates! I love getting the crispy chicken wrap for lunch, but it's always a hard decision with the fried chicken on the menu 🤤

There was only one person waiting tables, it took along time to be seated. We wanted to dine outdoors but were told she didn't want to seat us outdoors because she was too hot. The inside dining area was filled with flies, dirty uncleaned table and floors. Air conditioning was leaking on our table and others in our party. It took over an hour to get out food, we had to repeatedly ask for napkins and 0ur drinks were left empty our entire meal. We still left a nice gratuity for me to later find out the next day that they took it upon themselves to add another $20 to our bill total without my permission. Food was over priced and service was awful.

The parkinglot is made of gravel and full of holes, but I was willing to overlook that if the food was good. The grilled chicken was extremely dry, and I’ve never experienced dry shrimp before now. It was bone dry. Flavor would have been good if it was cooked properly. Our waitress was polite but very slow. She didn’t check on us, so we waited until after our food came (45 minutes) to order another cocktail. She gave us the check before asking if we wanted anything else. We had planned on ordering more drinks, but didn’t because we felt we were being rushed out. We will not be returning.

It took 57 minutes from the time our order was taken to the time they brought us our food. We asked about our order after waiting 45 min. We were told "it looks like they are plating it now," as they looked through the kitchen door window, not even going back in the kitchen to check. However, when the food was brought out, it was for a table that came into the restaurant After we placed our order.In less than 5 min after getting our food, they quietly put our bill on the table and walked away...not even asking if everything was okay.The least they could have done was apologize for the wait, or even offered to credit our bill for the 3 lemonades.I understand a lengthy wait if a restaurant is busy, but there were only 2 other tables with patrons, and some people sitting at the bar.I've never written a review before, but am frustrated with our experience and wanted to share. Maybe the restaurant is not like this on a regular basis, but with this being our first time visit, I was not impressed.

The service is as good as I gets, the food is second to none, and drinks pour all night long. I couldn't ask for a better bar to go to to make me feel at home. Liz is the greatest, and Charlie is the best, no one compares when Reinhardt's is open. Best bar/restaurant in the greater St Louis area hands down!

IT'S A REAL OLD-SCHOOL BAR N GRILL OR SALOON.A NICE USUALLY CVERED POOLTABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DINING ROOM .FRIDAYS FISH IS ONLY BESTED by Sunday's fried chicken all meals are served with along list of sides to choose from. This is a made from scratch menu of country style comfort food. Everything is reasonably priced and more then you can eat there. And with the friendly staff you won't be disappointed.
