The cashier Elizabeth is so rude! She doesn't greet you when she starts scanning your groceries, and when she hands you your receipt and you say thank you, she won't say you're welcome. The first time she did it I thought maybe she didn't hear me, but on the 2nd and 3rd time I've come to the conclusion she's just rude! I will not be returning to this store. It's not like their prices are cheaper than Walmart or Jewel Osco.

They just remodeled this store about a year ago and it really needed it. It reminds me of an upscale Aldi store. Very clean inside with prices that are competitive. There is also a lot of parking, which makes it easy to get into and out of. Since the remodel this is now a nice store.

I will say I'm not a fan of Save A Lot brand of food but they sell more than just their own brands. The customer service is awesome and friendly. I go here often and love the atmosphere.

Overall, this store mostly carries off brand products. There are a few name brand products but I don't think they are priced I need differently than at any other store. I was not impressed with the quality of their meat or produce. One thing that I will say was a great positive was that every employee greeted me as I came into the store and every employee greeted me as I walked down the aisles. A couple of my items came up a higher price at the checkout so watch the prices as they scan them. The store was clean, but I likely would not recommend to friends.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went here 2 days ago. They have a nice new floor. Everything is very neat on the shelves. The selection is great. They even bag your groceries now. I'll definitely shop there more now.

This store is OUTSTANDING! I forgot my mask as I walked to the store. Instead of being shunned away, an associate offered me a free mask, and showed me where to buy some more masks. A win win. 🏆On top of that, the food selection is awesome. I found exactly what I expected, and so much more.As an even more impressive part, I want to thank Save A Lot for the ideal location so I can get a good exercise as a Legally Blind member who obviously doesn't drive.AAAA+++++

The store is very nice a neat. The guy Chris I believe is his name was at a register and I went to him and he said his line was closed so I went to the next line he failed to tell me that another cashier was coming right up, three people was checked out before me and I was still standing there. He didn't apologize until I said something all he said was he wasn't open he was just checking something that was bad customer service.

My problem is the store not checking their products for disgusting and contaminating stuff like mice holes. This is the second time I went to the store to find a rodent has eaten the bread but the product was still on the shelf like the managers don't check for things like that. Knowing they have mouse traps around they would be more consistent with evaluating items.

The meat selection is not the biggest, or best, but it's supposed to be a "value" store. Some good prices on certain things. The employees are nice, and helpful.

If you're looking for a high end experience here, look elsewhere. This is a no-frills store with decent prices.The selection of fresh produce and seafood is severely limited (most of the seafood is of the frozen variety). That said, their selection of store brand items is phenomenal, so go here if you're into saving money over name brands.

Horrible service I was over charged and i was missing some for my groceries. Lost about $16 in understand they have signs that they are not responsible but I am sure this is not the first time it happens. I went back less than 10 minutes later the girl didn’t bother to ask if they put the stuff back. And when I went to repurchased the item it look like something was put back . Than I went back home and noticed I was missing more items I called and no one knows anything and the guy tells me there is a sign that we are not responsible for things left behind. It’s not so much the money lost but it’s the fact that I was over changed and than some of my groceries went missing and I am sure they restocked it. I will never go back to this location or chain of stores and I spent over $50 🤦‍♀️

I don't usually shop here but everytime I have gone to get something, spare of the moment, I've always been disappointed with something with this store. My last visit, they didn't have grocery bags for my purchase...really. So, I'm pretty sure I'll just drive a little further to get what I need.

Wow, I'd have to say that Save A Lot remodeled up very well, and they have more name brand products, and still for a reasonable price. Aldi might want to watch out, Save A Lot is coming up!!!

Everyone sneaks a quick text every now and then at work, but the black girl with glasses couldn't even put her phone down to ring me out. She literally slid my items across the scanner with one hand and kept texting with the other. Should she be praised for her multi-tasking skills? Maybe-- if she didn't have an attitude scowl on her face as if I was bothering her by being a customer there. Good help is really hard to find in 2018. The struggle is real.

Name brands, very low prices, but located in a food dessert they do have a nice selection of fresh produce, reasonably priced soy and almond milk. Produce prices match or beat Walmart which is nearest competition around 5 miles away. Store is small but friendly employees ample parking lot and within 2 blocks of Pace bus stop. A gem to find when most of my neighbors were shopping at the dollar store for pre packaged frozen microwave foods or the small mini mart in the neighborhood where you can play slots and buy pop and chips.

IDK what the previous person is smoking... I went to Save a Lot for the first time this last week... They have 2 meat packages that are to die for!!! I paid $1.78 FOR GROUND BEEF I'm sorry but at Jewel it goes ON SALE FOR $2.99 NOT $1.78!!!!!!!!!!I love the fact that their bagged cereals are BIGGER than Walmart's and HALF the cost!!!! That is AWESOME!!!!! We spent a whole $44.00 and got breakfast, lunch AND dinner for A WEEK AND A HALF for 5 people!!!For the same items at Walmart (getting NOTHING BUT GV brand) I would have spent about $125 and at Save A Lot I managed to get a Tony's Brand Pizza, Mott's Medley's Fruit Snacks, Jarrito's Soda that were NOT generic brands AND that were REALLY affordable!!!! The pizza was $1 and made lunch for my 3 boys, fruit snacks were $1.99 ($3.99 at Jewel btw) and made snack complete all week long for the boys (while sneaking in a little veggies to it), and the Jarrito's we NORMALLY have to wait for a sale (Walmart $1.69, Jewel $1.89, Tony's $1.99) and HERE it was a whole whopping $1!!!!!!!!! So me and my Husband enjoyed a very nice treat!!!So anyone considering it... go when you don't NEED anything and price compare to what you normally spend on the very same items :)

Not a bad place for quick shopping the prices is ok and cool, but it's a bit small and didn't find some stuff and it's fine but, the cashier was not good at all he barley do his job and he was in bad mood or something but in general it's good place (not the cashier)
