The staff are very friendly and always greet you when you walk in! They also are great at keeping the place exceptionally clean. The building itself is nice, and the decorations suit it. The outside seating area is nice as well, and always clean. You can also buy many coffee related items that are not food or snacks here, including cute mugs and cups. The food tastes great too, and it usually is not too long of a wait.

The staff is friendly. They always keep the place clean, inside and out. The drinks are always amazing. I haven't tried any food here yet, but I'll be back :)

I pulled up to drive thur only and was told wait one minute we will be with you as soon as we can. 5 minutes go by I said hello the girl rudely said "I said one minute I'll be with you" I just left I think she was trying to run the clock down to 8 since they closed at 8pm. It was 740pm when I was there. Pretty disappointing all I wanted was a hot chocolate and doesn't the staff realize if we customers don't come by and order they are not needed at this job! There was only one car in front of me. I don't think she was swamped with work.

Exceptionally friendly. I immediately wanted whatever the drive through voice had (I believe Kendal was her name) as she sounded like she was in an enchanted ocean with the magical bean juice siren herself.

I went here twice... both times were not good. First time they blamed my taste buds and the 2nd time, they just fixed it. I will say, excellent job making things right (Why they're getting 3 stars instead of 1 or 2). While I did have a mess of a problem, by and large, they took care of it. I know it's the times we're living in, so I get it. However, more training is needed. I hope to come back in the future when I'm in town and give them another shot.

This Starbucks is my favorite in the area! The lines even though they are usually long tend to go by quick! The only main issue with the drive thru is that it can be difficult to drive around in due to how small it is.If you're a new customer, you have to remember that you need to pull closer to the window than you think you do. The staff are great at what they do and are quite helpful and kind! Don't forget to put a tip for them in their tip jar!If the general manager(s) is reading this, give them all a raise, they deserve it! The best part is that as a regular customer the staff have only messed up my order 2 times out of the hundreds I've been there. My hot chai tea lattes always taste amazing--even when I switch them up!The inside of the building is very warm and comforting and excudes the ultimate coffee shop vibes! I really love the Christmas music they are playing now! I also love the canvas that are across from the counter! The bathrooms are also very modern looking and clean. If you like Starbucks, I would definitely recommend this one!

Waited for a long while for two drinks; spoke with manager who informed me it takes 10 minutes to get drinks. I can get an oil change faster than that.
