This was my 1st time here. When you walk in, it reminds you of a low-budget pet shop. They are very lax on cleaning. The variety of fish is pretty good. If you need pet supplies they have a pretty good supply at a fair price. All in all it's a good place to stop and check out what they have.

Took our cat here to get her ears cleaned and nails trimmed. The groomer(didn't catch her name) was very nice and it was a very quick and affordable visit. Everything went great and will definitely be going back!

We went looking for a ball python and were pleasantly surprised with their large selection and extensive knowledge. Justin was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely like the snakes he was caring for. It smells the same as any other real pet store I have ever been to. The people complaining of the smell must have only ever been to places like PetSmart where it is more like Walmart than anything else and the pets for sale are just considered inventory. I am sure the back rooms of those places smell very similar to a regular pet store. We will be back here for all of our snake's needs.

This is the only pet shop I go to. Love the place and owners are good people. I just have to say some of these bad reviews r ridiculous. I mean the place smelled, do u even own a pet? They don't always smell good. And I've never seen dead animals just left there. Animals seem well took care of . I can honestly say I fact checked Mike on info he gave me and he is spot on very knowledgeable.

I have been here two times 1 week apart. My son is going to get a Gecko.We went to see the Gecko options and spent over an hour being very well informed of what is needed, not needed & didn't feel like we were hurried.The 2nd time, I went alone to confirm a few purchases (my son & I didn't hear or recall the same information & I needed to double check). I wanted to surprise him with a few items for his terrarium, too. This time I was there for another hour discussing the best items for the terrarium setup and size.I would highly recommend this business.

It smelled kinda bad. They did have a big variety of animals though. I did notice that the hamsters were housed together. They can stay together until they hit maturity then they need to be by themselves. One hamster per cage. Anyways I got my birds from there. I felt rushed when picking out my birds and felt like I didn't get to inspect them properly. They were housed in a cage with no toys and now I'm having lots and lots of trouble getting my birds to play with toys. I liked that they kept them in a warm room and the man seemed pretty knowledgeable. I appreciated that they were on a pellet diet too. One thing I will say is when I was getting birds the man who was working didn't respond much when I asked questions. By that I mean I'd ask something and he'd looked at me and smile and say very little. In all I have mixed feelings about this place and I don't know if I'll be going back. Don't write off the place but be cautious before buying animals from here.

I'd much rather go here and support local business, where the owner knows what the hell he's talking about, than pet smart, where I can talk to a high school punk that doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Mike knows what he's doing and knows how to properly care for his animals. I bought my very happy, very much healthy bearded dragon from him about 4 years ago and anytime I need anything I know I can count on Mike to have the answer. Him and his wife will have my business as Long as their business is open.

The store always has what I need for my fish, bird, rabbits and guinea pigs. They have a great selection of reptiles you won't find in your chain store. The owners are knowledgeable about what is needed to care for my pets and don't attempt to sell something if the problem can be fixed or need can be met without a purchase. Reasonable pricing on products superior to the chain stores products. The place has a virety of things not available in the cookie cutter chain store. Just a superior place to find what you need for your hobby, passion, pets.

This shop not only has a very knowledgeable staff but the animals are very well taken care of. The owners are always feeding the animals and cleaning the cages to ensure proper health and education. Definitely the most knowledgeable and fun pet store to go to.

We went in to look at fish, I saw the reviews and thought hey the reviews are good should be worth checking out... I'm not a big fan of petco or petsmart ,but Boy are the reviews very wrong, dead wrong! The place is dirty!!!!!There were some dead fish in tanks. The fish tanks are so dirty you can barely see fish, which is ridiculous. After seeing the tanks I would not buy a fish for my tank here or advise anyone to.

I want to cry. I cannot believe other reviews of this store of being clean and well maintained or having healthy animals. They are not given proper living spaces and are in either over crowded and ordirty cages; reptiles being kept in plastic storage containers with no water or food, fish tanks so dirty you can barely see into them, a large mouse cage overfilled, birds in a small room with no visible ventilation. The whole place reeks of urine enough to burn your eyes and looks more like a hoarder's home than a well ran pet shop as everyone has said before. I don't know if he has anyone else to help him with the shop but it is clear he is overwhelmed and needs to consider the well-being of the animals before the cost of upkeep and get extra hands or end up getting reported for neglect.

I love the groomer Brandy. She does and awesome job. I live in Indiana but when I visit my mom Brandy always makes time for Bubby and he is a cat. Most places won't even groom cats. Love ya

Most disgusting store I've been to. Ever. 2 baby ball pythons with no water, only dry feces in the water bowl a very bad looking bearded dragon in a tiny tank, empty dirty tanks all over the place. Can't believe it's legal to keep animals in the condition.
