They order way more grain product than they use. If you’re taking a hopper load in you’ll be waiting hours. Last load I took it was two and a half days before they had room for me to offload it!

Was a drop and hook pick up. Pick up the phone at the gate for check in. Swapped trailers, went in to get paperwork.In, out, on with it in under 30 minutes. Indoor clean bathroom, nice people. I was lucky and had a very light load. Though being a dog food place, I doubt all loads are that light.Over all... great place for drop and hook pick up. Don't know about any other aspect.

The problem with this place here for me is that they overload and NOT show the actual gross weight on the bills. Brokered load confirmed weight at 42,000, the bills showed 42,661 gross, but that didn't include the extra 3000 lbs of chep pallet weight, so actual weight of the load was 45160 when I scaled it. I agreed and accepted a load at 42000 lbs not 45000+lbs! Empty weight was 33500, loaded was 78660

I was told to be here at 1800.. got here at 1700 .. it's now 2300.. still waiting to unload.. how much longer ??? Don't come here... this is the type of place that needs no truck deliveries for a week.. it's all about their time , not yours.

Guy that unloads the hoppers is funny as heck. I give him a hard time when I go there just to get his reaction. Always has some great pre rehearsed saying that I have to write down so I can remember. Good times. Good people. I'll be back.

First time picking up here. I got here at 1130 to check in for my appointment at 1600 due to clock already being started for the day. I was given a door around 1430. It is now 1844 and my light is still green. My trailer has not even been touched. If you do NOT get paid detention and you are not patient, do NOT come here! If you do, bring snacks and food because you will be waiting quite a while. I am not necessarily upset, I just haven't had to spend the night at a shipper in quite a while but it is very quiet here so it is easy to sleep and the staff is extremely friendly and understanding.UPDATE @1900:I did talk to the guy in shipping and he said that he is very low on staff today. Only 2 people came to work, even the yard spotter called in. I am 3rd in queue. Gonna knock out some dinner and another nap or two. 😂

If i could I would give them ZEROMy appointment was at 4pm, got here at 3:15pm.They couldn’t find my load paperwork for like 2 hours! Then finally found it and gave me a dock.Green light was till 10:18pmLong story short, now is 1:35am i am still here, and they still loading me.Don’t come here, don’t waste your precious time.

I usually drop and hook. Use telephone to check in, nice people clean establishment, restroom avaliable & vending with good prices. No overnight parking i liken coming here open 24hrs

Get unloading 40 minute. They have big drop trailer yard I don't know if you van sleep there. Maybe. 50/50 chance. But they're taking my load before appointment time. 5 start on that

Came here for delivery- Easy check in, staff is respectful. Clean washroom. Spent 8 hours on dock. Can’t sleep on site but there’s truck stop about 6 miles from here.

I picked up at this place and was a day early do to low freight with my company.They got me loaded 6 hours before my appointment time. I was also able to drop my trailer and wait at the local truck stop while waiting. This is a production plant so I do recommend going in as close to your appointment as possible though.

Great people at the receiving they take me before my schedule and also they work 24 hours respectfully people and I don't know about the pickup but delivery is so nicely 👌

Came in thru old gate, use phone, go around the building to the back lot, shipping office is in back. Easy offload, no issues, nice staff.

Broker scheduled open appt. between 0700-1500. Got here around 1200. Shipping said the loads not ready and that it will be around 1800 before they can put me in a dock. At 1745 I checked in and they said they already loaded me!!! I said lady you told me to come back in @ 1800!!! There’s no way you loaded me!!! Looks like a long night. Just got backed in the dock! Will never come back here!!!!

5 hour live load when trailer was to be preloaded the day befor. They were to good to pick up a phone and let broker know that they are behind. If it switches to a live load your better to just cut your losses and move on.

This place is really going downhill. Was here last week took them 10hrs for live load. Now this week was to pick up load and was told so behind load was pushed til next day. Terrible

Waited 8 hours to load and no detention for waiting. Stevens Transport Broker name Alex is a lier. He said I would get detention after 2 hours but denied the detention. The reason for not paying detention was because it's fcfs. Delivered to Mars petcare in Lancaster, TX and waited 6 hours 25 mins and again no detention. This place is wait wait and wait. Think twice before going here.
