I would not recommend this place very unprofessional. I have waited for a call back from owner since May 28th and still have not received it. Aerial the groomer that works in this shop very unreliable and deffinetly does not want to make thing right when she screws up. I had an 8 am appointment and sat there wait for almost an hour called several time left message. Finally at three minutes til 9 i get a call back form Aerial who stated oh i put your puppy on for 9 am by misstake. I replied well im and still here i will bring her in now only to be told OH NO I CAN'T take her now my 9AM appointment is here. Well that makes no sense because if she had her down for 9AM how did she have another appointment. Aerial processed to say she would have owner call my and see what we could work out. Well i was still a little upset about this but i said ok. Well that was on May 28th and still have not heard from owner. Not a very good way to run a business or treat a new customer. So if yuh your looking for a grooming appointment i would say think if your going to use this plase THINK AGIAN and dont do it.

Awful! Just don't go. I was very through in my explanations and even included several pictures to go with what I wanted. As you guessed, I wasn't at all pleased with the butcher job that I got. I wasn't the only one who thought it looked horrible either. The COVID cuts that I gave my puppy were better than this. I contacted the groomer and she didn't offer to make it right either.

I love love love this place! This is the only groomer my dog doesn't cry when I take her! I love Michelle she is top notch!
