I’ve been bringing my elderly miniature chihuahua here for almost 3 years. Dr Yealey is very attentive to his needs. The rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well.

WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND INSTRUCTIONS.I requested for a non-daily anxiety med for my dog and I was prescribed one (or so I thought) until I searched online after seeing no effect. I called back to confirm feeding instructions and they cnfirmed it was non-daily. Few minutes later, they called back and said the med they gave is a daily medication and needs to be weaned off for safety. I have been giving my dog daily med intermittenly because they 1. gave wrong prescription 2. gave wrong instructions for more than a month.This is absolutely not right.Whats worse is that the front desk was annoyed with me because I was angry that they gave wrong med, wrong instructions.They said it was a miscommunication because they thought I wanted a daily med (which was not the case). Even so, they should have given the correct instructions when I went to pick up the med.They were friendly and nice until they make a mistake. Never going back to ensure my dogs safety.

They treated Remington like royalty when he came in for a heartworm test and a Proheart injection on his 1st birthday. They sang happy birthday to him and gave him treats. Cost was very reasonable with a rebate as well

My dog bella we have had her for 15 years and they couldn't put her down bc we couldn't make it till past the time they closed we have trusted this place since we have had her my own personal opinion don't go there

I've been with Dr. Yeley for 9 years with my two cats. I had an appointment in August I had to cancel. They charged me a $25 fee. I provided the screenshot from my phone showing I called in. I also stated I could stop in and show them my phone. They continue to send me emails about the fee. I've asked to speak with Dr. Yeley 4 times to resolve this issue. They state she will call back. I still haven't been called. They are never available for emergencies. Additionally prescriptions are sometimes hard to get refilled, because they state their fax machine is broken.

Obviously really cares about their clients. I accidentally left bad review meant for the other clinic and took the time to reach out and check in. Will definitely be going here next vet appointment

Took my dog to be seen by this vet, the vet techs were great! Gave my boy a shot and he didn't even know they did it. Amazing work!***Update*** also took Boomer to get fixed, pricing was very fair, and they did a great job! He's still healing but doing great!

By far the best vet in Marshall! Dr. Yeley and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Yeley helped my baby when she starting having seizures out of nowhere. She was so compassionate and and put my Lilly girls needs first. I highly recommend Dr. Yeley to anyone looking for a vet!

I took my baby to this office because of how caring they were at first. Then when he got kidney issues and wouldn't eat the kidney food I just started to get frustrated. So they ordered a different type of food that was 80 some dollars a bag and I told them he still would not eat that I was told to just try to soften it up. He still wouldn't eat it so I am out that money. I am sure there was probably a smaller bag but I guess it wasn't an option. But what really upset me was he got really sick right after new years and I left 2 messages and no one got back with me. She was on vacation which everyone deserves but still someone could of responded. I ended up taking him to indy emergency hospital and after 2 days I finally got a hold of the office. I was told by the receptionist that they could see him if I could get him there. I had all the information faxed over from the hospital and when I got there I was told by the same lady that they were not seeing emergency cases only shots. When I told her that she told me come in to help with i v fluids she laughed at me and said no I did not. They finally brought out 2 bags of fluids and needles and said just put it under the skin in the shoulder blade area. If they didn't want to treat my poor baby then I should of been told to find a different vet. I know he wasn't in good shape but a little compassion goes a long way and I was doing everything that I could to save him. 2 days later I had to say goodbye to my baby. My daughter and I asked for them for a hair clipping and paw prints to be done before cremation. Well when I picked up his ashes there was neither. I went back to the window to ask where they were and the girl said not everyone has signed the sympathy card after 2 weeks and she didn't see the hair clipping. Well that was 2 months ago and I still don't have them. I emailed them 2 weeks ago to ask when I would be getting them and still no response. This is so upsetting. I will never take another animal to this office.

This clinic has no shade whatsoever in their parking lot. My dog is a German Shepard mix and has thick fur. I had a curbside appointment for my dog due to the COVID-19. Filled out a Curbside Care Appointment Intake Form prior to appointment stating I wanted my dog to receive a 12 month heart guard prevention injection. It was exceedingly hot this day and the air conditioner was barely able to keep up with the heat. I noticed other customers having difficulty with the heat also. This clinic kept my dog waiting 45 minutes past his appointment time before coming to get him. He had to take medicine two hours prior to his appointment to keep him calm because he has an aggressive nature. He usually is muzzled but has been no problem as we had been able to accompany him into the clinic. He was stressed too much 3 days earlier for an appointment because he was not familiar with the person handling him. Hence, this appointment. My dog staggered out the door of my vehicle due to the medication, which was obvious to the staff yet they insisted on double muzzling him. They returned him to the vehicle quickly and when I asked if he had received the injection the staff stated I had been unclear on my intake form and they would have to take him back in. I'm not sure how much clearer I could have been. Unwilling to make my dog wait again I opted out. When I asked the staff member why my dog was made to wait so long - she stated "we overbooked". Not the right answer. I voiced my discontent, paid my bill and left. The next day I made arrangements to have my dogs medical file transferred to another vet. My only regret in all this is that I stayed and waited for my dogs appointment. This clinic failed to provide my dog with quality care. (Update: I received a reply to this review I had also posted elsewhere on the internet. The response was a most glib apology that they are always trying to do better. I'm not talking rocket science here or how the world was created . If they haven't figured out how to provide quality care to their patients by now - then I can only assume they never will.)

The only experience I've had with this clinic is one phone call. You shouldn't advertise to PROVIDE AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY CARE when all you do is provide 2 numbers to clinics 1+ hours away that actually do.

Dr Yeley and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My 14 year old mini schnauzer had surgery here yesterday and they did a great job! I’m grateful to have found this office and will continue to drive from Terre Haute to have my pets seen here.
