Timberline is one of the best places I have ever worked. Great pay, great benefits and a management team that really cares and listens! Also, they celebrate employee's birthdays and work anniversaries monthly by providing some great treats! Great job to the HR dept(April & Trevor) for all of their hard work on a daily basis. I would not hesitate to recommend Timberline to anyone for employment!

Truck driver here! I delivered here. After i unloaded they very politely told me that i have to leave even I'm not on the way of anybody! They are ok with you until you not needed anymore and trow you on the street. Drivers be careful with directions. If you coming from north 37 and turn on Boyton st !!!

Absolute terrible H/R team. Hands down embarrassing how they treat employees. Told them I had a dentist appointment a few days after I started in the interview. They said it was fine. I go to leave for my appointment and get a message saying my assignment was ended there. Woman named April in H/R is one of the fakest women I think I’ve ever met. I was fired for doing absolutely nothing wrong and the woman was full of attitude once you started the job. She didn’t like the fact I didn’t put up with it either. lol. Probably a big reason why they are always hiring?? Wonder why no one stays at that company, one of the worst turnover rates in the area.

I have worked here for almost a month. If you are not a fast pace bug person then this job ain't for you. Can't be slow gotta produce. We get paid okay money to produce. So produce and hit your numbers it's not hard. If it's hard then you are making it hard for yourself. I think Timberline is a fantastic place to work. I love my job. Horn Worms

Management is the biggest problem, well next to the owners. You are treated like trash and if you complain your gone. Don't get sick, don't miss work, don't complain. They started by hiring ex-con and felons, and treat you like such even if your not. The pay is OK but they low ball you as much as possible.

This is a bad place to work i know of at least 6 people that got jobs there,most of the staff is rude,they hired my daughter a moth ago fired her first day, they called her back friday put her back ro work monday fired her again at noon told her she was to slow and she was dumb it was all recorded over a phone, who treats people like this?? I even went in to drop my daughters lunch off and they were rude and hateful to me!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE place to work! Co-workers are wonderful in the Box Room. Management is a complete joke! You are verbally abused by management repeatedly yet they want you to work at 150%!If you say no thank you to voluntary overtime you are either threatened to be put on part time or you actually put on part time. This place does not care about anything except the money they can make off your labor. So, if you dont have any feeling of self worth, you enjoy being verbally abused and you have no family, children or ever have to attend a funeral then this is the job for you.

Worked there for 5 hours and couldn't stand it. The production and packaging areas are extremely unkempt, infested with roaches and mice and there's trash everywhere. I understand it's an area where bugs and insects are boxed and shipped but there's just no cleaning being done to keep the problem to a minimum.

For one let's start off as a former employee there selling fake products as there is no diff between vita and non vita same bugs same feed on a side note I worked there for 3 months not only did they not train me on anything the management is ran poorly Jordan and Andy will treat you like your trash everyday the place is like a high school they all gossip I've literally put dead bugs in cups cause that was what I was told to do by management they cant keep anyone hired cause of this and on top of everything they fired me cause of that I had to go up north and my mom had passed away and I told them that I wouldn't be able to make it back home tell the end of the week

I love working here. It starts at minimum wage and is hard work but my coworker are super great, we get a break every 2 or 3 hours(2 ten min breaks 1 hour lunch) , and guaranteed 40 hours aweek. Timberline only closes twice a year, Thanksgiving and Christmas day. So you don't need to worry about lay offs or shut downs and it's not dangerous 😉. 5 days a week every week. However they grow bugs for pet food and fishing 😂 so if you don't like bugs then maybe not the best idea to work here. LoL. I love my job and my Tylenol back and body. LoLP.S this is a Factory we grow different worms, fruit flies and crickets. As far as I have seen, We sell them to shop owners to sell to the public we are not a store.

Every single time I've bought super worms through timberline live pet foods there is never 50 worms in there. I would be lucky to get 20 worms. The containers and dust obviously shows that their is no way 50 worms can be inside. I've sifted through and counted less than 20 and returned the worms for another container and it was about the same count. DO NOT BUY THEM

lied about my hourly wage, many employees asked for drug money. I was offered different types of prescription pills and substances while on the clock. the few employees that wasn't trying to deal or sell on the job offered absolutely no help with how to do your job while being trained. tried to sell me a dream but was only offered drugs

Their superworms tubs are never true to quantity, and I find them shorted up to 20 worms each time. And this don't even count the times I bought tubs that were completely dead.

i worked here for 2 years. the worms must be removed along the route because they drop in prolly more than 50 or 100 usually. i worked and made quality above standard.

I'm so done with this company!!!!!! They have stolen so much money from me thru out the years it's not even funny anymore!!!!! Everytime I buy meal worms or super worms it's never accurate, . Container might says 100 it's only 30 or even less in the box, never what it says. Tired of always going back and trying to get money back!!!!!

I bought 2 500 count meal worms on different days and it just didn’t look like 500 I counted the first one it came to 250 and the second one had 290 but I paid full price and only got half of what I paid for? 🤬
