Went to food service and told the lady I wanted a large diet drink. She charged me 97 cents and when I went to the drink station no diet of anything no unsweet tea nothing. I then went back to her and told her I was a diabetic and needed a diet drink she said I could buy a Diet Coke in the case. She never offered to reimburse me. 97 cents isn’t much but it’s the principle of the issue. She should have at least reimbursed me.

The prices were good. Help was great, even walking me halfway across the store to find a product that had been moved.If an employee goes out of their way to help you, take a minute and tell a supervisor.

Passing thru; very close to the exit of Interstate 57. Hop off and on to refill gas here and grab a hot dog w/ drink.Very Friendly Service, great prices.Hot dog and 30 oz drink deal for $1.50 is better than my local Costco! Drink selections better with both Diet Mountain Dew and Sobewater, sweetened AND unsweetened tea as choices. Larger packages of relish which always gets stuck in Costco's dispenser. Containers of ONIONS available here which hasn't returned to my local Costco since the pandemic. And packages of Saurkraut on the condiment bar if you want to add!

Great you can order a day ahead for items. It was 100 degrees when I pulled up. I don’t live in the area. So nice to have them bring out to vehicle that had AC on. Food wise some things are decent. My kids and I didn’t like the pot pie. Great parking and easy.

We joined Sam's Club one year ago. We added Plus to our account a few months later. We have saved several hundred dollars in shipping cost alone. We go in store monthly for items that can not be shipped. The meat and produce are top notch. We have tried a few of their heat and eat meals and they were delicious. Marion is a smaller Sam's with a huge selection. The employees have always been extremely friendly and helpful. We had an item recently that on the app was pick up or in store purchase only, we arrived at the store and were unable to locate the item. We stopped a very nice young man who looked up the item. They had it, just none out on the floor. He said he would be more than happy to get another employee to get a forklift and get the pallet down, which he did. Both young men were more than happy to make sure we were taken care of.I have had great experiences with my online orders shipped to the house. The quality and prices are phenomenal. Highly recommend Sam's and Sam's plus..

It is a big warehouse box store that sells food,households,Personal care,pharmacy,tires,lawn & garden, mattresses,tvs, dairy, fresh fruit & vegetables, beer,wine,liquor, some clothing, books,toys,meat, bakery etc.., you just have to see for yourself. Plus, great cafe inside. Love the variety of products & prices.

I understand being shorthanded as I worked in retail but tonight the lady in the meat department did not need to be around customers. we were patiently waiting & when she came out of the back she was rude & unfriendly. Thats not needed toward anyone (especially today being my birthday & I only wanted a pack of steaks but left with nothing).

Some prices are not worth the cost of gas to travel there. You have to know your prices before making the trip. You have to research pricing. If I'm saving $0.60 cents a can for something I consume then I'll buy the case, but not for a few pennies. Do not be fooled that your getting a deal just because you go there as a regular customer.The store is clean, carts are big, but that's about it.

The lady checking receipts at the door around 11 in morning on 17 November was very rude to multiple people while I was checking out, people asked her for help and she would roll her eyes and just walk away. The woman needs to be in the back warehouse not around customers, sending video that was recorded of her interacting rudely with customers. Management needs to address this immediately!! Marion Illinois Sam's Club fix this nonsense!!

I was at the self checkout and my card wasn’t working, so I was trying to cancel it out to use cash at a register. I hit the assistance button and looked around, there was one woman up front. I waited patiently, watching/hearing her have a personal conversation with someone by the isles. She kept looking at me, but not moving. So I took my cart and went up to her, just wanting to inform her that I was leaving that self check register. Her name is Jennifer and she completely ignored me, I stood there for as long as I could bear before walking off. There was also a gentleman waiting for assistance besides myself. Just wanted to squeeze in a “my cards not working, left stuff rung up at that register, sorry!” Never once had I been treated that way in Sam’s, the employees are usually amazing!

Ordered tires 3 weeks ago Tuesday. Supposed to arrive in 2 days. Have not received notice that the tires are in. After being switched to a call center, who said the tires were in and wanted to set appointment. Appointment could not be set because the Rep could not find the tires in the system. They connected me to the store and it rang about 20 times and then it hung up.

This store doesn't have a local competitor (no Costco in this area), but the location is nice. Store is always clean and parking lot is large. Their only negatives are the occasional less-than-best quality cuts of meat and the customer service clerks; every time I have to go there, it's an absolute nightmare. They don't know the current sales, policies, and just downright rude and defensive from the start. For example, the clerk was mad at me for wanting to upgrade my membership last year and this year for returning a damaged item.

I have been a member of Sam’s club for 31 years. They no longer carry a lot of the items I purchase most of the time. Here is a few of the items they are always out of or no longer carry: Members Mark lamb and rice, dentastix, 120 count members mark American cheese, members mark hickory smoked bacon( 3 1 pound pack), looking at their site today they no longer list the members mark American cheese 160 count either. Over the last couple of years it seems like don’t they carry many products I regularly buy. About the only thing I can say lately is they have good meat.

How hard is it to answer the phone. 12 times I called today at different times. The only person to answer had no idea how to transfer calls, I was trying to contact the meat dept. And I guess the training didn't include answering the phone. Absolutely no reason someone shouldn't have answered. You charge people money for a membership. Why. Answer your the stinking phone

Use Scan and Go if you have a timetable to keep. The lines can get ridiculous even at the the self check out. Scan and go you scan it as you shop, swipe pay, and walk out. You never even have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. The only thing you can't scan is liquor, which is meh, but nbd.

We have been members since the first year they opened. Clothes, electronics, food and seasonal. Lots of choices in products. Clean place, friendly employees. Oct 2022- Prices are still the best. They now carry more choices. Nice small cafeteria with tables to sit awhile.

Most everything I have bought from Sams was good till I tried their big chuck roast. It had no taste and was tough as leather ... I probably wont buy any more meat from Sams and will stick with what I know is good .

I tried to get gas before shopping and my Sam's card wouldnt work. So once I shopped in Sam's, the cashier told me that she wasnt sure if my membership had lapsed. Then brought up a screen and i had choices of 50 dollars and 110. I asked her a question that was my membership lapsed and she kinda blewme off and said theres the choices. So i chose 50 dollars and commentedit used to be 35. She was not friendly or even wanted to talk. Now i am wonderingif i just upgraded cos i went to get gas at sams after shopping also and it said my membership wasnt recognized. What did she charge me for?

Very upset about my last visit at Sam's. My husband recently had hip surgery and was excited about this outing after physical therapy but when we got to the door there was only one electric cart and it said it was charging but when I asked the greeter how long it had been charging he said oh it don't work and we only have 4 or 5 due to the weather. He said might be one in parking lot if not they are being used...ok I pay $110(that was due to be renewed) a year and due to weather there are only 4 carts for all your handicapped shoppers...I would not had renewed at all if I had not already spent an hour in the store while my husband sit in the car and he also went back to the door where they were rude to him and another employee said something different about the "broken" to another customer also. So needless to say another of handicapped people could not shop that day sad really do better Sam's 😕

Wanted to purchase 5 pergolas for my business and initially there was no issue. Then was told I was only allowed to purchase 1 and money was refunded back to me. Went into the store and there was no limit sign of how many could be purchased and there was other members buying multiple items that were on clearance as well. Phil the “manager” there apparently will let his family and other staff purchase however many items but regular customers are limited. I definitely won’t be coming back to the Marion location and have filed many complaints with corporate with how the situation was handled. As a local business apparently my money isn’t good enough for them there. I guess we’ll have to go to Paducah where Nate knows how to take care of his customers.

Been coming here with my family for years. The familiar faces of the staff here are always welcoming and inviting. This Sam's Club, does an excellent job keeping their aisles well stocked and clean.
