Placed an order for 8 treats. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. They packed everything nicely using a box and added extra napkins. They were wonderful!

Orders are messed up week after week, I let the first few go...after all anything from DQ Is delicious but then I thought I am paying for the ice cream I should get what I ordered. I ordered a banana split, I get home and the pineapple topping was frozen, it literally crunched as I ate. The next week, I ordered trwist ice cream with my sundae & received vanilla. Ordered a twist dipped cone & they tried to give me a twist dish. It was week after week of receiving the wrong orders, so probably by the fifth week the order was wrong again & the girl at the window didn't try to rectify it.

My grandson ordered a small sundae and I ordered the same thing only a medium. They both were the same size only the medium was more expensive. When questioned about it they said that's the way it is. Very weird. The ice-cream was good tho.

Honestly thought the place was abandoned when I pulled up. The staff was nice and helpful. The owners need to step up and spruce up the place. Only bought a cake but it was delicious.

We really enjoy DQ but it really blows my mind that one time u go and there are lids on the blizzards and then other times with only one person in the vehicle the blizzards have no lids, no tray to carry the 2 and the pup cone we ordered. So by the time it gets home it is melting everywhere. I apologize for my better half not complaining, he is too nice, but this is the 3rd time this has happened and my items were dripping everywhere. Why would it even go out the window with no lid??? How do u hand out a pup cone not in a cup. For the price being paid I would like lids everytime!

Great ice cream! But beware... $1.20 extra for whipped cream and nuts. $0.80 extra for an extra topping. Don't open in the car.... when I took the top off it spilled everywhere!

Tonight I went and got ice cream for my son and myself. I picked up the small twist and the root beer float. When the young lady behind the counter handed me my root beer float, the top was not on. The root beer float spilled all over me. I stayed at the window waving at the person behind the counter. It took over thirty seconds before someone recognized I was still there. I explained what happened and I got a handful of napkins. Nothing was happening with the napkins so I asked for a towel. I was given a towel and a pathetic apology, and she walks away. Then the people start honking at me behind me so I had no had no chance but to move. Poor, poor experience!

Went through the drive thru this evening and ordered a large cookie dough blizzard with EXTRA cookie dough. Get home and start eating the blizzard and there's maybe 4 to 5 pieces of random cookie dough to be found as I take the spoon and sift around. I love the ice cream but For how much the product is, I expect to get what I ordered. It's not like they were even busy. Only car in the drive thru and no one at the walk up window. This is now twice this location has done this. Get it together!!

Inconsistent service. Went tonight, spent the extra for their "royal" blizzard and didn't get my fudge. Been before and had zero peanut butter cups in the blizzard. You call management and get a very 'could care less' attitude instead of making the order right. Sometimes it's good almost really good here but usually not. Too many unsupervised clueless kids running things.

Thank you to the girl working last night who went out of her way to sanitize everything and give my sister fresh pineapples so she could enjoy her banana split. She’s allergic to strawberries ❤️

We missed the fireworks and were feeling bummed. We stopped at the Dairy Queen in Manteno and were greeted by 2 awesome ppl. They were so friendly and just made our night. Our treats were ready quickly and we left feeling like we just left won the lotto. Thank you guys !!

Poor service, full of rowdy teenaged employees screaming and throwing spoons at each other. Took 20 mins for me to get from the speaker to the window. When I got up there my order was ready but they put too much whipped cream so the lid didn’t fit. He still asked if I wanted a lid I said “Yes, but if it can’t fit then it’s ok, I’ll take it without.” Another employee walks up and says “if she wants a lid, I’ll give her a lid” and smashes a lid on as ice cream and whipped cream ooze out the sides of the container. Very disrespectful and there didn’t seem to be an adult in sight. There are other Dairy Queens. Will not be returning to this one.

Went through drive through this evening. Took a bit longer then should have ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard and a medium oreo blizzard. Received a cup of vanilla ice cream with the dough dumped on top. Not mixed At All. The oreo blizzard was mixed but melting. It was placed in a bag so i wouldnt notice until i left. Another reviewer indicated a similar experience. For $10 for 2 mediums.. the order should be right....

Nothing was made right and they barely put anything in the blizzards we ordered and our misty float was watered down and had no flavoring in it. They must be trying to save money by cutting what they put in there stuff

This DQ used to be good but recently every time we go they are very slow and our order was wrong. It seems like only teenagers working and no adult to supervise/manage so the service is really poor. Won't be coming here much anymore :(

The only reason I gave it three stars is online it said they were open till 11pm. We arrived at 10:15 pm and they were close. Can you please change your hours online very miss leading.

Always seems a little slow and out of the way, but it's nice when there is stuff going on in the park and you can watch different events while eating your ice cream
