We arrived to get our cards 5 minutes before they closed. We had already ordered them hours before so it should have been a quick grab and purchase. They had already closed and locked up. If you are closing early then you need to put a note on the door at the very least but preferably don’t close before your written hours on the door. Or change your hours on the door to your actual hours.

Dropped off a prescription and was told it would take an hour. Came back an hour later and they haven't even touched it, still waiting on the Pharmacists to fill it and was told it would be another 15 min. The tech at the register was going to hit expedit since it had already been an hour and I had a baby on my hip and another tech stopped her cause "the Pharmacists doesn't like that". It took another 40 min before it was filled. The Pharmacists Ken Mobgo was also extremely rude to all 3 of his techs working.

This pharmacy is garbage. The male pharmacist has never been anything but rude during every instance I’ve used this pharmacy. He is condescending, unkind, and unpleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, this is one of the in-network pharmacies for my insurance.

The manager doesn’t honor prices that are in the literal ad I walked around the store for 30 minutes scanning and wouldn’t honor a single scan from the cvs app.

Very rude and unkind people work here. From pharmacy to cashiers. The manager should show them how to treat people because he is a wonderful man

The cashier Kelly was so rude. I've worked in retail for 20 years so I always try to be as pleasant with cashiers as possible. I said that I had just signed up for the rewards card last visit and I got a bunch of texts about coupons. I asked how I redeem those because the texts do not have links to barcodes. She was unbelievable rude,. I don't know what you're talking about, do what your phone tells you to do. I'm like ok nevermind, sorry I asked you a question about your rewards program... Clearly I'm not the only person who thinks this cvs is awful since the reviews are only 2 starts. What a miserable human being.

Always helpful store clerks. I like to get in and get my quick shopping done there. Greeting cards, sometimes gifts, candy candles and sweet knickknacks for gifts. Also over the counter medicines & vitamins,etc.

Got one of the most wet cat pharmacy techs answering their phones I have ever heard. And I have had to call pharmacies a LOT. Big yikes. Just trying to ask if they had a medication in stock and I got attitude. The pharmacies around town here are just a joke.

This is a large CVS in the area. The drugstore part is in the back of the store it also has an alcohol area to purchase alcohol you can also get your photos developed here. It also has a gift selection and many other cool things to look at.

Les than 1 star pharmacy is terrible no stock on meds was told didn't have any with no solution asked what should I do he said to go to Beecher and get filled.

I was told that I had to make an appointment for a shingles shot which I did. I went to my appointment and the pharmacist was not even there. I guess they were at lunch. I couldn't stay so I left. If I had to make an appointment, you should be there.

Better hope you don’t need CVS in Manteno after 5pm on a Saturday or after 4pm on a Sunday. I’ve never seen a CVS close this early on the weekend!! Can’t use them when I need them because they’re usually closed !

I got my COVID vaccine at this location yesterday. The process was quick and easy, and the woman who administered it was exceptionally kind. I'm very appreciative!

The store is old and needs remodeled and the prices on goods are high, but the pharmacy staff is always so polite, helpful and cheerful. Things you don't find every where these days.

Extremely long drive thru wait, then upon entering it seems like nobody in the pharmacy looks very busy. Pretty baffling. And I was waiting about 20 min.

Sat in drive through for 20 minutes before closing, waiting on another car, only to have the lights turned off and curtains closed at 8:03 when I pulled up to the window.
